发明人针对上述不足之处，开发人们迫切需要的一种饮用方便，疗效好的保健茶；本发明人经过反复研究，并通过临床试验，反复验证，终于找到了一种成本低、配方合理、四季皆宜、饮用方便；该保健茶具有健脾补肺，行气利湿，除烦热，润肺，止咳，补肺益肾，化痰，开窍，肋消化，消积食，镇静安神，健胃之功效。
本发明的目的就是提供一种五指毛桃根保健茶。
本发明的药物选用五指毛桃根、山丹、小黑药、白菖进行组合，将这些药物组合使得各药物的功效产生协同的作用，从而能够实现有效的保健作用。其中选用五指毛桃根：性味；甘辛，微温；具有健脾补肺，行气利湿。选用山丹：性味；甘苦，凉；具有除烦热，润肺，止咳，安神。选用小黑药：性味；甘微苦，温；具有补肺益肾。选用白菖：性味；苦辛，温；具有化痰，开窍，健脾，利湿，肋消化，消积食，镇静安神，健胃。经过药理试验证实，本发明通过上述药物共同协作后具有健脾补肺，行气利湿，除烦热，润肺，止咳，补肺益肾，化痰，开窍，肋消化，消积食，镇静安神，健胃的效果。
本发明药物组分的用量也是经过发明人进行大量实践摸索总结得出，各组分用量为在下述重量份范围都具有较好保健效果：
五指毛桃根1-10份、山丹1-8份、小黑药1-10份、白菖1-10份。
优选为：五指毛桃根8份、山丹6份、小黑药8份、白菖8份。
本发明的制备方法是：首先将上述的五指毛桃根、山丹、小黑药、风箱树根分别单一碾成粉末，颗粒度控制在90-110目之间，将各单一研碎后的粉末按比例混合一起，然后将所述的混合物粉末置于在封闭容器中，通以蒸汽100-140分钟，控制蒸汽压力在950-1200千帕斯之间，温度控制在90℃-120℃之间，用低温真空干燥法将所有的混合物粉末置于干燥，将处理后的混合物按计量5克装入小过滤袋中，将装有混合物的过滤袋装入油纸质材料制成的外包装袋内，通过真空后密封即得成品。本发明的药物可以制成小滤袋泡茶剂、含剂、丸剂、片剂、胶囊、冲剂等；但以小滤袋泡茶剂最佳，可以通过饮茶的同时达到保健的目的。
一种五指毛桃根保健茶的饮用方法：每天饮用10-25克，每次取一小滤袋，置于保温杯中，用沸水冲泡，盖闷5-20分钟后，代茶频频饮用，可反复冲泡，泡饮味淡为止。
