技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及一种光伏热电联产装置,具体涉及一种磁纳米流体平板式光伏热电联产装置。
背景技术
[0002]由于太阳能资源丰富,而现今社会要追求节约能源,因此,太阳能的开发利用具有极大的潜力。目前,太阳能的利用技术主要有光热转换、光伏发电等基本方式。然而,虽然光伏发电可以得到高品位的电能产品,但其主要问题是光电转换效率较低,使得造价成本较高,而且可利用的太阳光的光谱频段范围较窄,已有技术中的普通光伏电池的转换效率也只在10%_20%左右。对太阳能光热的利用主要集中在红外部分,而且转换效率相对较高。若是能对太阳光的全波段进行利用,将能够很大程度上太阳能的利用率。
[0003] 传统的平板式PV/T(光电、光热一体化)系统由光伏电池板供电,而光伏电池板在工作过程中会产生大量热会影响光电的转化效率,由于光电转化效率会随温度的升高而降低,冷却工质便通过与光伏电池板的换热,以达到降低板温和产生热工质的目的,这样,既提高了光电转化效率,又一定程度上满足了热负荷。但是,往往这种供热效果不尽人意,一般夏季热水温度可达到40_60°C,而冬季的水温仅有10_30°C左右,这样对太阳光能的利用率依然不能满足需求。
发明内容
[0004]本发明的目的是:提供一种不仅结构简单,而且能提高太阳能利用率的磁纳米流体平板式光伏热电联产装置,以克服现有技术的不足。
[0005]为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种磁纳米流体平板式光伏热电联产装置,包括光伏电池板,其创新点在于:还包括储热组件、光热组件和磁场调节组件;
[0006]所述储热组件包括储热器和换热管,储热器内设有相变介质,换热管大部位于储热器中,换热管的进口和出口露在储热器之外;
[0007]所述光热组件包括循环栗和呈透明状的中空板,所述中空板设置在光伏电池板的正面,且中空板具有空腔,所述循环栗的出口与中空板的空腔的下部相连通,中空板的空腔的上部与换热管的进口相连通,换热管的出口与循环栗的进口相连通;
[0008]所述磁场调节组件包括U型磁铁和线圈,所述线圈绕在U型磁铁上,所述磁场调节组件罩在中空板外,且线圈位于中空板的两侧;
[0009]所述换热管、中空板和循环栗内均有纳米流体。
[0010]在上述技术方案中,所述纳米流体是Fe304、或者是Ti02、或者是壳芯式结构的纳米颗粒,所述壳芯式结构的纳米颗粒的外壳是Si02、而内芯是Fe304、或者是Ti02、或者是&、或者是Co。
[0011]在上述技术方案中,所述储热器内的相变介质是硫酸钠水合盐、或者是磷酸氢二钠十二水合盐、或者是氯化钙水合盐、或者是石蜡。
[0012]在上述技术方案中,所述储热器的外周包覆有保温层。
[0013]在上述技术方案中,所述保温层是聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料、或者是石棉、或者是聚氨酯材料制成的板。
[0014]在上述技术方案中,还包括左右安装架,所述左右安装架分别夹装在呈透明状中空板和光伏电池板的两侧,所述磁场调节组件设置在左右安装架的支撑架上。
[0015]在上述技术方案中,还包括隔磁层,所述磁场调节组件的两侧分别被包覆在所述隔磁层和左右安装架的支撑架所围成的空间内。

[0020] 1、太阳能辐射的全波段频谱的充分利用:可见光是电能的主要来源,红外光是热能的主要来源,通过磁场调节组件调节纳米流体的光学特性,使得磁纳米流体能高效率的吸收红外光的能量,而光伏电池板吸收可见光的能量能进行光电转化,所述光伏电池板的转换效率在12%〜25%左右,本发明能对太阳能全波段光谱进行充分利用,是一种高效利用太阳能的手段。
[0021 ] 2、存储热量:本发明的纳米磁流体能够吸收太阳辐射中大部分的红外光,通过储热组件内设有的相变介质,能存储热量,这样,不仅节能环保,还能提高太阳光能的利用率。
[0022] 3、可调控的热电输出:本发明的磁场调节组件能对纳米流体的吸收、折射特性进行相应调整,在磁场的作用下,增强了纳米流体的吸收特性和传热特性,透射率降低,且在一定磁场强度范围内,纳米流体的吸收特性和传热特性随磁场强度的增强而增强,进而为光伏热一体化装置的热电输出的可调性提供一种可能,为用户的热电需求的不同提供了灵活性。

[0033]本发明所述纳米流体是Fe304、或者是Ti02、或者是壳芯式结构的纳米颗粒,所述壳芯式结构的纳米颗粒的外壳是Si02、而内芯是Fe304、或者是Ti02、或者是N1、或者是Co。所述纳米流体是纳米超微颗粒,而纳米的超微颗粒粒径平均在20nm-50nm范围内,且粒径体积的百分比浓度为I〜3%。

[0040]如图1、2所示,为了进一步提高本发明的合理性,以及散热性好,所述储热器2-1位于光伏电池板I的上方,所述中空板3-1间隔一定距离地设置在光伏电池板I的正面,该间隔距离控制在1mm〜50mm范围内。
