Abstract
本发明提供一种结构紧凑、减小框架占地面积、节能高效、操作方便的用于干燥装备上的新型供风装置,其括框架、安装于框架上的输送辊棒组及用于驱动输送辊棒组转动的传动机构,还包括有安装于框架中与两边内侧墙相平行的一对循环供热管、输送坯体的辊棒贯穿循环供热管后与传动机构相连接,采用上述结构后,由于循环供热管设置于框架内侧,其相对于传统的外置式其长度更短,而且由于框架侧墙代替了风管保温,且管道路线短,散热较小,节能效果明显;此外由于通过将输送辊棒组中的辊棒贯穿于循环供热管后直接与传动机构相连,因此使得辊棒在进行拆卸或安装时,可以直接从框架中沿轴向直接抽出,整个抽取过程无障碍。
Description
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及陶瓷等坯体烘干设备技术领域,尤其涉及到一种用于干燥装备上的新型供风装置。
背景技术
[0002] 传统的辊道式干燥器对坯体进行烘千时,热循环供热管、排湿管一般都设置于框架外两侧,然后将支管从侧墙深入框架内供热或抽湿。这种结构形式一方面存在由于热循环供热管设置于框架外围,供热时其热损失较大而且使得整个结构占地面积大;另一方面因为风管下落时挡住辊棒,致使拆卸更换极其不方便。此外,现有的辊道式干燥器的循环风机一般是立式安装于框架顶部,供风时空气中的灰尘会慢慢堆积到循环风机的叶片上,日积月累,灰尘越积越多时会掉落到坯体上产生污染;日常清理时需要停产拆卸也不方便。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构紧凑、减小框架占地面积、节能高效、操作方便的用于干燥装备上的新型供风装置。
[0004] 为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种用于干燥装备上的新型供风装置,包括框架、安装于所述框架上的输送辊棒组及用于驱动所述输送辊棒组转动的传动机构,还包括有安装于所述框架中与两边内侧墙相平行的一对循环供热管、输送坯体的辊棒贯穿循环供热管后与传动机构相连接;卧式安装于所述框架上的循环风机的出口和入口分别与一对所述循环供热管与所述框架内部相通的循环抽湿管相通,所述循环抽湿管的不同端面方向上还分别设置有余热接口、配冷风口、补充热量的燃烧机安装口和排湿口,一对所述循环供热管之间还连接有与所述输送辊棒组相平行的吹风管组件,该吹风管组件包括多组平行间隔布置在所述输送辊棒组中相邻两输送辊棒之间的双面吹风管以及一对分别平行布置于所述输送辊棒组上用于对最上层坯体进行冷却的上单面吹风管和最下层坯体进行冷却的下单面吹风管;其中所述双面吹风管沿其轴向分别在其管面上下两壁上均间隔开设有多个出风孔,所述上单面吹风管和下单面吹风管各自分别对应沿其轴向在管面下部和管面上部间隔开设有多个单排出风孔;所述循环抽湿管将框架内部的部分热气抽出,通过余热接口引入烧成窑炉的冷却带的多余高温干净空气加热后经循环风机和所述的一对循环供热管供入框架内干燥坯体;所述循环抽湿管上设置的排湿口通过风机排掉框架内部的潮湿空气。
[0005] 进一步地,所述循环风机卧式安装于所述框架的顶部,并且一对所述循环供热管和循环抽湿管通过所述框架的顶部进入至框架内腔中;由于循环风机卧式安装且封闭,风叶积灰少;框架外两侧无风管,占地面积小,结构紧凑、外形美观。
[〇〇〇6] 进一步地,所述循环抽湿管的入口设置于所述框架的顶部;由于干燥后的湿热气体可通过每层辊棒之间的间隙流入至该循环抽湿管的入口中,因此框架内无需设置排湿管,从而降低了制造成本,使得结构简单。
[0007] 进一步地,一对所述循环供热管设置有多个用于调节所述吹风管组件中风量大小的控制阀门,其中所述控制阀门上的操作手柄延伸至便于操作的所述框架外侧;通过这些阀门可以分别调节每层供风量,便于控制层与层之间的温差,有助于防止坯体变形或开裂。
[0008] 本方案通过采用在框架腔内安装有与两边内侧墙相平行的一对循环供热管、输送坯体的辊棒贯穿循环供热管后与传动机构相连接、卧式安装于所述框架上的循环风机的出口和入口分别与一对所述循环供热管与所述框架内部相通的循环抽湿管相通,所述循环抽湿管的不同端面方向上还分别设置有余热接口、配冷风口、补充热量的燃烧机安装口和排湿口;其中上述一对循环供热管之间还连接有与输送辊棒组相平行的吹风管组件,该吹风管组件包括多组平行间隔布置在所述输送辊棒组中相邻两输送辊棒之间的双面吹风管以及一对分别平行布置于所述输送辊棒组上用于对最上层坯体进行冷却的上单面吹风管和最下层坯体进行冷却的下单面吹风管的结构形式;采用上述结构后,由于循环供热管设置于框架内侧,其相对于传统的外置式其长度更短,而且由于框架侧墙代替了风管保温,且管道路线短,散热较小,节能效果明显;此外由于通过将输送辊棒组中的辊棒贯穿于循环供热管后直接与传动机构相连,因此使得辊棒在进行拆卸或安装时,可以直接从框架中沿轴向直接抽出,整个抽取过程无障碍,比较方便;另外本方案通过在上述一对循环供热管之间连接有的吹风管组件结构形式对框架内的产品同时进行逐层加热干燥,其干燥效率和效果更好;同时本方案还充分利用窑炉余热、反复使用框架内的湿热气体干燥坯体,并且形成了“自循环”结构,效率高,能耗低;通过燃烧机和配冷风的结构设计,温度高低可调,操作灵活。

[0014] 参见附图1至4所示,本实施例所述的一种用于干燥装备上的新型供风装置,其包括框架1、安装于该框架1上的输送辊棒组2及用于驱动该输送辊棒组2转动的传动机构3、安装于框架1中与两边内侧墙相平行的一对循环供热管4,其中输送辊棒组2中用于输送坯体的辊棒贯穿于循环供热管4后与传动机构3相连。卧式安装于框架1顶部上的循环风机6的出口和入口分别与一对循环供热管4和与框架1内部相通的循环抽湿管7相通,其中上述一对循环供热管4和循环抽湿管7通过框架1的顶部进入至框架内腔中,同时该循环抽湿管7的不同端面方向上还分别设置有余热接口 9、配冷风口 11、用于补充热量的燃烧机安装口 1〇和排湿口 12,其中该余热接口与窑炉(图中未示出)相连,用于从窑炉内部余热中的吸取热量;循环抽湿管7的入口设置于框架1的顶部。 _
[0015] 另外一对上述循环供热管4之间还连接有与输送辊棒组2相平行的吹风管组件100,该吹风管组件100包括多组平行间隔布置在输送辊棒组2中相邻两输送辑棒201之间的双面吹风管102以及一对分别平行布置于上述输送辊棒组2上用于对最上层坯体进行冷却的上单面吹风管101和最下层坯体进行冷却的下单面吹风管103;其中双面吹风管102沿其轴向分别在其管面上下两壁上间隔开设有多个出风孔104,上单面吹风管101和下单面吹风管103各自分别对应沿其轴向在管面下部和管面上部间隔开设有多个单排出风孔104。上述循环抽湿管7将框架1内部的部分热气抽出,通过余热接口9引入烧成窑炉的冷却带的多余高温千净空气加热后经循环风机6和上述的一对循环供热管4供入框架1内干燥坯体;同时上述循环抽湿管7上设置的排湿口 12通过风机排掉框架1内部的潮湿空气(图中风机未画出);此外上述一对循环供热管4上还设置有多个用于调节吹风管组件100中风量大小的控制阀门(图中未示出),其中所述控制阀门上的操作手柄延伸至便于操作的所述框架1外侧,便于工人直接在框架1外侧进行操作。
[〇〇16] 工作时,当余热接口 9从窑炉内部余热中的吸取热量不足以达到框架1内产品13干燥所需要的热量时,与外部燃烧机相通的燃烧机安装口 10可向上述循环供热管4中提供热量,以保证框架1内产品I3可以充分干燥。同时,为了防止框架1内的热量过高,上述循环抽湿管7可以通过与其相连的配冷风口 11中吸入冷空气,以便外部的冷空气进入到框架部,降低产品的干燥温度。同样,基于为了使得框架1内干燥产品的温度可控,通过调节吹风管组件100上的控制阀门,可以使得吹风管组件100上的出风孔104出风量得到控制。
[〇〇17]综上所述,本方案通过采取循环供热管4设置于框架1内侧且同时采用用于抽取框架1内部潮湿或冷空气的循环抽湿管7相结合的干燥结构形式,其中上述一对循环供热管4之间连接有可对框架1内的产品13同时进行逐层加热干燥的吹风管组件100;采用上述结构可以使得循环供热管4在可减少使用量和热量损失的基础上同时可以提高干燥效率,降低能耗;另外本方案中的循环风机6采用卧式安装形式,也可以有效的避免了外部粉尘对框架内产品构成的污染。

Claims (4)
1.一种用于节能干燥窑上的新型供风装置,包括框架(1)、安装于所述框架(1)上的输送辊棒组(2)及用于驱动所述输送辊棒组(2)转动的传动机构(3),其特征在于:还包括有安装于所述框架(1)中与两边内侧墙相平行的一对循环供热管(4)、输送坯体的辊棒贯穿循环供热管(4)后与传动机构(3)相连接;卧式安装于所述框架(1)上的循环风机(6)的出口和入口分别与一对所述循环供热管(4)和所述框架(1)内部相通的循环抽湿管(7)相通,所述循环抽湿管(7)的不同端面方向上还分别设置有余热接口(9)、配冷风口(11)、补充热量的燃烧机安装口(10)和排湿口(12),一对所述循环供热管(4)之间还连接有与所述输送辊棒组(2)相平行的吹风管组件(100),该吹风管组件(100)包括多组平行间隔布置在所述输送辊棒组(2)中相邻两输送辊棒(201)之间的双面吹风管(102)以及一对分别平行布置于所述输送辊棒组(2)上用于对最上层坯体进行冷却的上单面吹风管(101)和对最下层坯体进行冷却的下单面吹风管(103);其中所述双面吹风管(102)沿其轴向分别在其管面上下两壁上间隔开设有多个出风孔(104),所述上单面吹风管(101)和下单面吹风管(103)各自分别对应沿其轴向在管面下部和管面上部间隔开设有多个单排出风孔(104);所述循环抽湿管(7)将框架(1)内部的部分热气抽出,通过余热接口(9)引入烧成窑炉的冷却带的多余高温干净空气加热后经循环风机(6)和所述的一对循环供热管(4)供入框架(1)内干燥坯体;所述循环抽湿管(7)上设置的排湿口(12)通过风机排掉框架(1)内部的潮湿空气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于节能干燥窑上的新型供风装置,其特征在于:所述循环风机(6)卧式安装于所述框架(1)的顶部,并且一对所述循环供热管(4)和循环抽湿管(7)通过所述框架(1)的顶部进入至框架内腔中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于节能干燥窑上的新型供风装置,其特征在于:所述循环抽湿管(7)的入口设置于所述框架(1)的顶部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于节能干燥窑上的新型供风装置,其特征在于:一对所述循环供热管(4)上分别设置有多个用于调节所述吹风管组件(100)中风量大小的控制阀门,其中所述控制阀门上的操作手柄延伸至便于操作的所述框架(1)外侧。
