本发明提供一种低温撑开式球面闸阀,包括模块化设计的阀体(1)、长颈结构阀盖(3)、操作机构(4)和安装在阀体(1)内的关闭件组件(2),采用上装式结构的阀体(1)与长颈结构阀盖(3)相连,关闭件组件(2)包括阀杆(12)、楔形阀板(10)和球冠(9),楔形阀板(10)上端设有圆形介质通孔和与阀杆(12)下端相连的销轴(11),阀杆(12)的上端设有止位销(13),固定于长颈结构阀盖(3)上端的操作机构(4)通过阀杆螺母(19)与阀杆(12)上端的梯形螺纹相连。本发明的有益效果:具备闸阀的强制密封功能、操作力矩低又具备球阀开关速度快的优点。

一种低温撑开式球面闸阀
技术领域
本发明涉及低温管道系统中的一种开关装置,特别涉及一种低温撑开式球面闸阀。
背景技术
在天然气、空分等领域的低温管道系统中,需要既要有闸阀一样的强制密封功能的而且还需要像球阀一样的快速开关性能。但是传统的低温闸阀虽然有强制密封的功能,但是开关速度较慢、操作力矩大;传统的低温球阀虽然可快速开关,但是均无强制密封的功能,密封性能不可靠。
发明内容
针对现有低温闸阀和低温球阀的缺陷,本发明提供一种低温撑开式球面闸阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
本发明提供了一种低温撑开式球面闸阀,包括模块化设计的阀体、长颈结构阀盖、操作机构和安装在阀体内的关闭件组件,采用上装式结构的阀体包括连接法兰和设置在阀座槽内的阀座,连接法兰通过密封垫片、螺栓和螺母与长颈结构阀盖的下端固定连接,关闭件组件包括阀杆、带有梯形槽的活动楔形阀板和通过梯形槽与楔形阀板连接的球冠,楔形阀板上端设有圆形介质通孔和与阀杆下端相连的销轴,阀杆的上端设有限制运行轨迹的止位销和梯形螺纹,包围在阀杆外部的长颈结构阀盖内部设有一个组成阀杆与阀盖颈部之间的气塞的空腔,气塞包括套接在阀杆上的填料压套和填料压板,气塞下方的阀杆和长颈结构阀盖之间设有填料,长颈结构阀盖的上端通过螺栓和螺母与阀体相连,固定于长颈结构阀盖上端的操作机构通过阀杆螺母与阀杆上端的梯形螺纹相连;
所述长颈结构阀盖上端设有可与不同操作机构相连的标准连接盘;
所述阀座和球冠的外部密封面上堆焊硬质合金;
所述操作机构为手轮或伞齿轮或电动装置。
本发明的有益效果:具备闸阀的强制密封功能、操作力矩低又具备球阀开关速度快的优点。

具体实施方式
为克服现有低温闸阀和低温球阀的缺陷,继承现有低温闸阀和低温球阀的优点,采用模块化设计一种低温撑开式球面闸阀,(如图1所示),包括阀体1、关闭件组件2、长颈结构阀盖3和操作机构4。所述的阀体1(如图2所示),采用上装式的结构,并在阀座槽内设置有密封面堆焊硬质合金的阀座5,进出口两端为连接法兰,中部为法兰连接,中部法兰处设置有密封垫片6、螺栓7、螺母8。所述的关闭件组件2(如图3所示),安装于阀体1内,由可转动和上下运行的带有梯形槽的楔形阀板10和通过梯形槽连接的两侧密封面上堆焊硬质合金的球冠9,在楔形阀板10上端设有与阀杆12连接的销轴11并在楔形阀板10中设有圆形介质通孔,阀杆12上端设计有限制运行轨迹的止位销13和梯形螺纹。所述的长颈结构阀盖3(如图4所示),采用颈部经过一定加长的结构,内部有一定的空间来形成阀杆12与阀盖颈部之间的气塞,保证填料14运行在0℃以上,从而改善阀杆12运行状态和减少外界热量对阀门的影响,其一端法兰通过螺栓17与阀体1连接,另一端设置有标准的连接盘可与不同操作机构4连接,并在其中部设置有填料密封结构和限制运行轨迹槽。所述的操作机构4(如图5所示),可以是手轮、伞齿轮、电动装置等,其内有一阀杆螺母19通过梯形螺纹与阀杆连接,并固定于阀盖上端。
使用时只要转动操作机构中手轮或电机来驱动阀杆螺母,即可实现快速打开或关闭阀门功能。当逆时针驱动阀杆螺母时,由于阀杆上限制运行轨迹止位销的作用使得阀杆带动楔形阀板做向上运动,球冠相对于阀座脱离开,再转到一定位置时由于限制运行轨迹止位销的作用,此时阀杆带动楔形阀板与球冠做90°的逆时针旋转,开启阀门。相反,当顺时针驱动阀杆螺母时,由于阀杆上限制运行轨迹止位销的作用,使得阀杆带动楔形阀板与球冠做90°的顺时针旋转,再转到一定位置时由于限制运行轨迹止位销的作用,使得阀杆带动楔形阀板做向下运动,球冠相对于阀座压紧形成密封,直至阀门全部关闭完成。
本发明的有益效果:具备闸阀的强制密封功能、操作力矩低又具备球阀开关速度快的优点。
本领域内普通的技术人员简单替换和更换都是本专利保护范围之内。

1.一种低温撑开式球面闸阀,其特征在于,包括模块化设计的阀体(1)、长颈结构阀盖(3)、操作机构(4)和安装在阀体(1)内的关闭件组件(2),采用上装式结构的阀体(1)包括连接法兰和设置在阀座槽内的阀座(5),连接法兰通过密封垫片(6)、螺栓(7)和螺母(8)与长颈结构阀盖(3)的下端固定连接,关闭件组件(2)包括阀杆(12)、带有梯形槽的活动楔形阀板(10)和通过梯形槽与楔形阀板(10)连接的球冠(9),楔形阀板(10)上端设有圆形介质通孔和与阀杆(12)下端相连的销轴(11),阀杆(12)的上端设有限制运行轨迹的止位销(13)和梯形螺纹,包围在阀杆(12)外部的长颈结构阀盖(3)内部设有一个组成阀杆(12)与阀盖颈部之间的气塞的空腔,气塞包括套接在阀杆(12)上的填料压套(15)和填料压板(16),气塞下方的阀杆(12)和长颈结构阀盖(3)之间设有填料(14),长颈结构阀盖(3)的上端通过螺栓(17)和螺母(18)与阀体(1)相连,固定于长颈结构阀盖(3)上端的操作机构(4)通过阀杆螺母(19)与阀杆(12)上端的梯形螺纹相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温撑开式球面闸阀,其特征在于所述长颈结构阀盖(3)上端设有可与不同操作机构(4)相连的标准连接盘。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种低温撑开式球面闸阀,其特征在于所述阀座(5)和球冠(9)的外部密封面上堆焊硬质合金。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种低温撑开式球面闸阀,其特征在于所述操作机构(4)为手轮或伞齿轮或电动装置。
