本发明公开了一种空气开关壳体材料,该壳体材料包括以下重量份组分:聚酰胺190~210份、耐热稳定剂3~5份、碳酸钙25~30份、硬脂酸0.2~0.4份、聚乙烯蜡0.4~0.6份、红金石型钛白粉1.5~2.5份、增白剂0.1~0.3份、阻燃剂0.5~1份、群青0.005~0.01份。本发明具有良好的耐热性,该材料热变形温度为210℃以上,熔化温度在220℃以上,同时具有良好的耐老化性能,使用寿命在8年以上,能够满足恶劣环境下正常使用,确保线路的安全。

本发明涉及一种空气开关壳体材料。
技术背景
空气开关作为常用的保护开关,能够确保线路在短路情况下自动断开,从而被广泛使用在各电气电路中。在高温恶劣环境下,空气开关壳体容易受热软化以及加速老化,造成空气开关失效,丧失对线路的保护,造成安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题提供了一种空气开关壳体材料,能够具有更好的耐高温,耐老化性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种空气开关壳体材料,该壳体材料包括以下重量份组分:

具有良好的耐热性,该材料热变形温度为210℃以上,熔化温度在220℃以上,同时具有良好的耐老化性能,使用寿命在8年以上,能够满足恶劣环境下正常使用,确保线路的安全。

本发明通过注塑方式制备空气开关壳体,具体方法为:将本发明的各组分按配比混合均匀后,倒入注塑机进料口,控制注塑机加热温度蠕变变化率为0.06%/次,逐渐加温至220℃后将温度保持,各组份熔化,使注塑机出料至注塑模后,常温冷却成型。
