本发明涉及一种改进的便携式磨针机,包括支撑座,所述支撑座上设有前支撑架和后支撑架,前支撑架外侧设有第一磨轮,所述第一磨轮后部设有通过支撑杆连接在前支撑架上的压紧磨轮,所述压紧磨轮的支撑杆下部通过高强度弹簧与支撑座连接,所述前支撑架和后支撑架之间通过定位杆连接,所述定位杆通过后支撑架上的旋钮控制前支撑架和后支撑架的间距,所述后支撑架外侧设有第二磨轮,对所述支撑座前部固定设有数显测微器,经过上述改进本发明可根据需要打磨针类器具的尺寸进行调整,并且可随时对加工的针类器具进行测量节约工时提高工作效率并且本发明不仅携带方便还具有随时充电,使用便利。

技术领域
本发明涉及加工打磨冲针、顶针等车床附件的设备,具体涉及一种改进的便携式磨针机。
背景技术
磨针机是按照在磨床上利用简单的按压滚轮结构精密研磨冲针、顶针等的机床附件。现有的磨针机一般都具备打磨针类器具的功能,但是一般的迷你磨针机打磨尺寸较为固定,不能应对多种尺寸的需要,而大型磨针机则存在占地面积较大,无法携带使用的问题,并且现有的可携带的磨针机多为手动,打磨后的尺寸又不易把握需要另寻测量工具,会耗费大量时间,不利于工作效率的提高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种可以随时对针类器具随时进行测量加工的便携式磨针机。
本发明提供的技术方案是:一种改进的便携式磨针机,包括支撑座,所述支撑座上设有前支撑架和后支撑架,前支撑架外侧设有第一磨轮,所述第一磨轮后部设有通过支撑杆连接在前支撑架上的压紧磨轮,所述压紧磨轮的支撑杆下部通过高强度弹簧与支撑座连接,所述前支撑架上对应压紧磨轮位置的另一侧设有控制压紧磨轮起落的控制杆,所述前支撑架和后支撑架之间通过定位杆连接,所述定位杆通过后支撑架上的旋钮控制前支撑架和后支撑架的间距,所述后支撑架外侧设有第二磨轮,所述第二磨轮通过连接由小型电机控制的驱动轴和转子进行转动,所述小型电机上还设有小型变速机,对应小型电机和小型变速机位置的后支撑架外部设有控制面板,所述支撑座前部固定设有数显测微器。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述压紧磨轮的支撑杆为可伸缩结构。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述控制面板下部设有充电箱,所述充电箱内设有可收纳的充电电线。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述数显测微器两侧分别设有移动游标,所述数显测微器下部设有显示屏。
本发明的有益效果在于:1. 第一磨轮和第二磨轮的间距可以根据针类器具的尺寸进行调整。2.便携式磨针机可随身携带并可通过充电使用,使用要求低。3.配备数显测微器可随时对加工好的针类器具进行测量调整,提高加工效率。

本发明如图1和图2所示:一种改进的便携式磨针机,包括支撑座1,所述支撑座1上设有前支撑架2和后支撑架3,前支撑架2外侧设有第一磨轮4,所述第一磨轮4后部设有通过支撑杆5连接在前支撑架2上的压紧磨轮6,所述压紧磨轮6的支撑杆5下部通过高强度弹簧7与支撑座1连接,所述前支撑架2上对应压紧磨轮6位置的另一侧设有控制压紧磨轮6起落的控制杆8,所述前支撑架2和后支撑架3之间通过定位杆9连接,所述定位杆9通过后支撑架3上的旋钮10控制前支撑架2和后支撑架3的间距,这样设计就可根据针类器具的尺寸,对前支撑,2和后支撑架3的间距进行调整,所述压紧磨轮6的支撑杆5为可伸缩结构,根据前支撑架2和后支撑架3调整后的间距,可对压紧磨轮6进行调整实现压紧磨轮6对针类器具的定位,所述后支撑架3外侧设有第二磨轮11,所述第二磨轮11通过连接由小型电机12控制的驱动轴13和转子14进行转动,再通过转动第二磨轮11结合第一磨轮4和压紧磨轮6对针类器具进行打磨,所述小型电机12上还设有小型变速机15,对应小型电机12和小型变速机15位置的后支撑架3外部设有控制面板16,通过控制面板16可对打磨的速度进行调整以满足需要的打磨尺寸,所述控制面板16下部设有充电箱18,所述充电箱18内设有可收纳的充电电线19,实现随时对磨针机进行充电,方便使用,所述支撑座1前部固定设有数显测微器17,所述数显测微器17两侧分别设有移动游标20,通过对针类器具移动游标测量再由下方的显示屏21显示,便于随时对加工的针类器具进行测量便于加工,提高工作效率。

1.一种改进的便携式磨针机,其特征在于:包括支撑座(1),所述支撑座(1)上设有前支撑架(2)和后支撑架(3),前支撑架(2)外侧设有第一磨轮(4),所述第一磨轮(4)后部设有通过支撑杆(5)连接在前支撑架(2)上的压紧磨轮(6),所述压紧磨轮(6)的支撑杆(5)下部通过高强度弹簧(7)与支撑座(1)连接,所述前支撑架(2)上对应压紧磨轮(6)位置的另一侧设有控制压紧磨轮(6)起落的控制杆(8),所述前支撑架(2)和后支撑架(3)之间通过定位杆(9)连接,所述定位杆(9)通过后支撑架(3)上的旋钮(10)控制前支撑架(2)和后支撑架(3)的间距,所述后支撑架(3)外侧设有第二磨轮(11),所述第二磨轮(11)通过连接由小型电机(12)控制的驱动轴(13)和转子(14)进行转动,所述小型电机(12)上还设有小型变速机(15),对应小型电机(12)和小型变速机(15)位置的后支撑架(3)外部设有控制面板(16),所述支撑座(1)前部固定设有数显测微器(17)。
