本发明涉及一种治疗低血压的药物组合物，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：血风藤3-10g，手掌参5-15g，老君须3-7g，黑皮根3-5g，墨旱莲2-8g，槭叶草2-5g，崖棕根2-7g，西藏角蒿3-8g，锁阳5-12g。本发明各中药原料相互配伍，有益气养血、补阴益髓、健脾补肾、宁心安神的功效，以补益气血为主，调补脾、肾、心诸脏为辅，达到治疗低血压的目的，见效快，疗效确切显著，无毒副作用。

本发明属于中药领域，具体涉及一种治疗低血压的药物组合物。
背景技术
低血压是指成年人收缩压小于90mmHg，舒张压小于60mmHg。老年人曲于动脉硬化，血管弹性降低，故其收缩压小于或等于100mmHg时即为低血压了。
低血压多为先天不足或后天失养，导致气血阴阳不足、脏腑功能失调。阳虚者，阴寒内盛，卫外不固，清阳不升，中焦气机不畅，多见头晕眼花、胸闷心悸、面色无华、畏寒肢冷、神疲乏力、纳少自汗、便溏或五更泄泻，舌胖苔薄，脉沉无力；阴虚者，虚阳上亢，可见眩晕眼花、神疲健忘、口干尿少、乏力、五心烦热、便秘、遗精盗汗、舌瘦偏红少苔、脉细弱。
本病以心、脾、肾三脏阴阳亏虚为主，常夹杂互见，主要辨别虚者以何脏为主。如心气虚则头晕心悸，胸闷气短，少气懒言，面色无华，脉细弱；脾阳虚则见纳少腹胀，消瘦乏力，便溏及中气下陷之症，舌淡苔薄白，脉沉缓；肾阴阳亏虚常见眩晕眼花，腰膝酸软，畏寒或口干，神疲健忘，遗精盗汗，耳鸣，舌瘦偏红，脉沉细。
本病以虚为主，临证应注意辨别轻、重、危证。一般轻者头昏目眩仅见于突然起立或久站时，平时症状不明显，有轻微短气；重症者平时既有头晕眼花，站立时症状明显加重，但神志尚清或仅见短暂神昏；危症患者心阳暴脱，阳气虚浮，表现为突然昏迷，伴冷汗淋漓、二便失禁、呼吸微弱、脉微欲绝，如不及时抢救，可致阳脱不复。
本病以虚证为多，表现为气血阴阳之不足。治疗宜补益气血阴阳为主，调补脾、肾、心诸脏为辅，补气血、升清阳、添精髓为其大法。临床常用归脾汤、生脉散、补中益气汤、金匮肾气丸等。对以虚证夹杂痰瘀者，则在补益基础上佐以化痰活血之品。若出现心阳暴脱者，又当急用回阳救脱之品以挽救其危亡。

本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗低血压的药物组合物，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：血风藤3-10g，手掌参5-15g，老君须3-7g，黑皮根3-5g，墨旱莲2-8g，槭叶草2-5g，崖棕根2-7g，西藏角蒿3-8g，锁阳5-12g。
优选的，治疗低血压的药物组合物，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：血风藤5g，手掌参10g，老君须5g，黑皮根5g，墨旱莲3g，槭叶草3g，崖棕根5g，西藏角蒿8g，锁阳10g。
本发明各中药原料的药理活性如下：
血风藤，为鼠李科植物翼核果的根、茎，甘，温，归肺、脾经，补气血；强筋骨；舒经络。主气血虚弱；有经不调；血虚经闭；风湿疼痛；跌打损伤；腰肌劳损。广州部队《常用中草药手册》：补气补血，舒筋活络。治气血亏损，月经不调，风湿筋骨痛，四肢麻木，跌打损伤。
手掌参，为兰科植物手参或粗脉手参的块茎，甘，平，归肺、脾、胃经，止咳平喘；益肾健脾；理气和血；止痛。主肺虚咳喘；虚劳消瘦；神经衰弱；肾虚腰腿酸软；阳痿；滑精；尿频；慢性肝炎；久泻；失血；带下；乳少；跌打损伤。《四川常用中草药》：补血益气，生津止渴。治肺虚咳喘，虚痨赢瘦，缺乳汁。《陕西中草药》：滋补强壮，补脾润肺，安神镇惊，益气止痛。治身体虚弱，神经衰弱，劳伤，咳嗽，气喘。
老君须，为萝藦科植物雪里蟠桃的根及根茎，味苦，微辛，性平，归肺经，清热凉血；利胆；解毒。主阴虚发热；虚劳久嗽；咯血；胁肋胀痛；呕恶；泻痢；产后虚烦；瘰疬；无名肿毒；蛇虫；疯狗咬伤。《陕西中草药》：滋阴补肾，健脾益气，调经活血。治月经不调，阴虚白带。
黑皮根，为番荔枝科植物陵水暗罗的根，甘，平，归脾、胃、肾经，补益脾胃；滋肾固精。主慢性胃炎；脾胃亏损；食欲不振；四肢无力；遗精。
墨旱莲，为菊科植物鳢肠的全草，味甘，酸，性凉，归肝、肾经，补益肝肾；凉血止血。主肝肾不足；头晕目眩；须发早白；吐血；咯血；衄血；便血；血痢；崩；漏；外伤出血。《纲目》：＂乌须发，益肾阴。＂
槭叶草，为虎耳草科植物椒叶草的全草，甘，微苦，平，归心经，宁心安神。主心慌；心悸。
崖棕根，为莎草科植物崖棕的根，味甘，辛，性温，归肺、肝、肾经，益气养血；活血调经。主气血虚弱；倦怠无力；心悸失眠；月经不调；经闭。
西藏角蒿，为紫葳科植物藏波罗花的根及种子，味甘，淡，性温，益气养血。主久病虚弱；产后乳少；头晕；贫血。
锁阳，为锁阳科植物锁阳的全草，甘，温，归脾、肾、大肠经，补肾阳，益精血，润肠通便。用于腰膝痿软，阳痿滑精，肠燥便秘。《本草原始》：补阴血虚火，兴阳固精，强阴益髓。
本发明各中药原料相互配伍，有益气养血、补阴益髓、健脾补肾、宁心安神的功效，以补益气血为主，调补脾、肾、心诸脏为辅，达到治疗低血压的目的，见效快，疗效确切显著，无毒副作用。

以下是本发明的具体实施例，对本发明的技术方案做进一步描述，但是本发明的保护范围并不限于这些实施例。凡是不背离本发明构思的改变或等同替代均包括在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1
一种治疗低血压的药物组合物，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：血风藤3g，手掌参8g，老君须6g，黑皮根4g，墨旱莲8g，槭叶草2g，崖棕根7g，西藏角蒿3g，锁阳12g。
实施例2
一种治疗低血压的药物组合物，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：血风藤5g，手掌参10g，老君须5g，黑皮根5g，墨旱莲3g，槭叶草3g，崖棕根5g，西藏角蒿8g，锁阳10g。
实施例3
一种治疗低血压的药物组合物，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：血风藤10g，手掌参5g，老君须3g，黑皮根5g，墨旱莲2g，槭叶草5g，崖棕根2g，西藏角蒿6g，锁阳5g。
实施例4
一种治疗低血压的药物组合物，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：血风藤8g，手掌参15g，老君须7g，黑皮根3g，墨旱莲5g，槭叶草4g，崖棕根4g，西藏角蒿5g，锁阳7g。
临床资料
一般资料：共收治低血压患者150例，其中男65例，女85例，年龄最大73岁，年龄最小24岁，平均年龄49岁。
临床症状：头晕、头痛、食欲不振、疲劳、脸色苍白、消化不良、四肢冷、心悸、呼吸困难等；血压低于90/60mmHg。
治疗方法：本发明药物组合物水煎服，每日一剂，一日两次，早晚分服，7天为一个疗程。
疗效判断标准：
治愈：临床症状全部消失，血压恢复正常；
有效：临床症状部分消失或好转，血压升高明显改善；
无效：临床症状未好转甚至恶化，血压未恢复。
治疗结果：经2-4个疗程的治疗，150例患者中治愈123例，有效25例，无效2例，治愈率82％，总有效率98.7％，治愈率高，疗效显著，且治疗过程中及愈后患者均未出现其他副反应。
典型病例1
杨某某，男，57岁，低血压，血压为65/45mmHg，舌淡苔薄白，脉双寸沉弱关尺濡细，面白，饮食二便基本正常。用本发明的药物组合物治疗2个疗程，血压基本正常；继续巩固1个疗程，血压稳定，面色恢复正常。
典型病例2
庞某某，女，40岁，低血压，血压为60/45mmHg，头痛、头晕、胸闷、气短、精神不振、注意力不集中。用本发明的药物组合物治疗1个疗程后，胸闷、头痛症状消失；继续治疗2个疗程，不适症状全部消失，血压正常、稳定，精神饱满。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗低血压的药物组合物，其特征在于，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：血风藤3-10g，手掌参5-15g，老君须3-7g，黑皮根3-5g，墨旱莲2-8g，槭叶草2-5g，崖棕根2-7g，西藏角蒿3-8g，锁阳5-12g。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗低血压的药物组合物，其特征在于，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：血风藤5g，手掌参10g，老君须5g，黑皮根5g，墨旱莲3g，槭叶草3g，崖棕根5g，西藏角蒿8g，锁阳10g。
