Abstract

用于将大瓶含气饮料分装成小瓶的安全两通阀,由阀体,阀芯,手柄和饮料瓶密封圈组成,阀体的进出口具有内螺纹,进口的内螺纹和大饮料瓶的外螺纹相配,出口的内螺纹和小饮料瓶的外螺纹相配,进出口的内螺纹的底部有防止饮料瓶密封圈被压缩气体吹出的保险结构。保险结构是在螺纹底面上的一轴向凹进的环形凹槽,凹槽的一边是内螺纹,内螺纹延伸到槽底,凹槽的另一边是槽壁,凹槽的深度大于饮料瓶密封圈的厚度。饮料瓶密封圈置放在内,这样压力气就吹不到饮料瓶密封圈。另一种保险结构是在内螺纹的根部径向凹进的环形凹槽。饮料瓶密封圈嵌入在凹槽内,这样压力气就吹不动饮料瓶密封圈。

发明领域
本发明属于食品容器。
技术背景
个人或家庭购买了大瓶含气饮料经常要多次才能喝完,因此瓶盖要经常开启,造成饮料里的气体泄漏,经常瓶里饮料还有很多,但是气已泄漏光,严重影响含气饮料的质量。本发明人的专利US 5909824解决了此问题,但是结构比较复杂,生产成本较高, 市场推广困难。
因为大瓶含气饮料销量巨大,为市场提供一种价廉物美的防止大瓶含气饮料在多次饮用过程中走气的工具十分必要。本发明的用于将大瓶含气饮料分装成小瓶的安全两通阀就是这样的工具。
发明内容
本发明的构思是使用二通阀来连接大瓶含气饮料瓶和小的空瓶,打开二通阀将含气饮料灌入小瓶,然后关闭二通阀,让二通阀留在大瓶含气饮料瓶上,拿走灌好饮料的小瓶,这样就能使大瓶含气饮料的气体一直保持到最后。发明的样品试验的结果,证明此构想是可行的。
在试验过程中发现,饮料瓶密封圈会被压力气体冲出,速度很快。偶然打在眼睛上很危险,所以增加了防止饮料瓶密封圈会被压力气体吹出的保险结构。

所述的保险结构是在螺纹底面上的一轴向凹进的环形凹槽,凹槽的一边是内螺纹,内螺纹延伸到槽底,凹槽的另一边是槽壁,凹槽的深度大于饮料瓶密封圈的厚度,凹槽的宽度大于饮料瓶口的厚度。饮料瓶密封圈置放在内,这样压力气就吹不到饮料瓶密封圈。
所述的保险结构是在内螺纹的根部径向凹进的环形凹槽。饮料瓶密封圈嵌入在凹槽内,这样压力气就吹不动饮料瓶密封圈。
所述的阀进出口的轴线互相垂直或成纯角。这样从大瓶倾倒饮料到小瓶很方便。
所述的安全两通阀是球阀。制造方便,使用可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,用于将大瓶含气饮料1分装成小瓶2的安全两通阀3,包括 阀体4,阀芯5,手柄6和饮料瓶密封圈7, 8组成。
 阀体有进口9,出口10和阀腔11,通道将进出口9, 10和阀腔11连通。阀芯芯部12安装在阀腔11内,可在阀腔11内转动。阀芯5有阀芯通孔13和阀芯柄14。阀芯柄14伸出阀体4,装有手柄6。阀芯柄14和阀体4之间有密封圈15。进口9和出口10内孔具有内螺纹16, 17,进口的内螺纹16和大饮料瓶的外螺纹18相配,出口的内螺纹17和小饮料瓶的外螺纹19相配。 进出口的内螺纹的底部有防止饮料瓶密封圈被压缩气体吹出的保险结构20,进出口的保险结构其结构是一样的。
阀体的进口9,出口10的轴线互相垂直,或成钝角。
如图2所示,保险结构20是在内螺纹16,17的底面上的一轴向凹进的环形凹槽21,凹槽的一边是内螺纹16, 17,内螺纹16, 17延伸到槽底23,凹槽21的另一边是槽壁22,凹槽的深度H大于饮料瓶密封圈7,8的厚度Hm,凹槽的宽度G大于饮料瓶口的厚度T。
凹槽内置放有饮料瓶密封圈7, 8,由弹性塑料制成,饮料瓶密封圈7, 8的宽度Gm和凹槽宽度G成紧配合, 密封圈7, 8的外径Pm等于内螺纹16, 17的内径P,密封圈7, 8的内径Dm大于槽壁22的外径D。
凹槽21和饮料瓶密封圈7,8的剖面成矩形,也可以是凹槽21成矩形,但是密封圈7,8的剖面成圆形。
由于凹槽21的深度H大于饮料瓶密封圈的厚度Hm,喷出的压力气体就吹不到饮料瓶密封圈7,8,从而保证了它不被吹出。
保险结构也可用另一种结构25。所述的保险结构25是在内螺纹的根部径向凹进的环形凹槽26。饮料瓶密封圈28由弹性塑料制成,其厚度小于所述径向环形凹槽的宽度,其外径大于所述内螺纹的内径,其内径小于瓶口的内径。。由于饮料瓶密封圈是饮料瓶密封圈嵌入在凹槽内,这样压力气就吹不动饮料瓶密封圈。
阀进出口的内螺纹16,17按国际饮料工艺家协会(International Society Beverage technologists)饮料瓶标准制造。对于2升或以下的含气饮料瓶,其瓶口外螺纹标准是 PCO 标准28mm neck finish。
本发明的使用方法是,打开大瓶含气饮料,将安全二通阀的进口拧紧在大瓶含气饮料瓶的瓶口上,将小的空瓶拧紧在安全二通阀的出口上,打开安全二通阀将含气饮料灌入小瓶,然后关闭安全二通阀,让安全二通阀留在大瓶含气饮料瓶上,拿走灌好饮料的小瓶,这样分灌装就结束。因为关闭的安全二通阀封闭了大瓶含气饮料瓶,所以大瓶里的饮料的气体能充分地保留到饮料最后用完,还有很高的压力。

Claims (10)

1.用于将大瓶含气饮料分装成小瓶的安全两通阀, 由阀体,阀芯, 手柄和饮料瓶密封圈组成, 其特征在于所述的阀体的进出口具有内螺纹,进口的内螺纹和大饮料瓶的外螺纹相配,出口的内螺纹和小饮料瓶的外螺纹相配,所述进出口的内螺纹的底部有防止饮料瓶密封圈被压缩气体吹出的保险结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的安全两通阀,其特征在于所述的保险结构是在螺纹底面上的一轴向凹进的环形凹槽,凹槽的一边是内螺纹,内螺纹延伸到槽底,凹槽的另一边是槽壁,凹槽的深度大于饮料瓶密封圈的厚度,凹槽的宽度大于饮料瓶口的厚度。
3.如权利要求2所述的安全两通阀,其特征在于所述的凹槽是矩形截面凹槽,所述的饮料瓶密封圈是矩形截面密封圈,由弹性塑料制成,饮料瓶密封圈的宽度和凹槽宽度成紧配合。
4.如权利要求1所述的安全两通阀,其特征在于所述的保险结构是在内螺纹的根部径向凹进的环形凹槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的安全两通阀,其特征在于所述的饮料瓶密封圈由弹性塑料制成,其厚度小于所述径向环形凹槽的宽度,其外径大于所述内螺纹的内径,其内径小于瓶口的内径。
6.如权利要求1所述的安全两通阀,其特征在于所述阀芯杆和阀体之间设有密封圈。
7.如权利要求1所述的安全两通阀,其特征在于所述的阀进出口的轴线互相垂直或成钝角。
8.如权利要求1所述的安全两通阀,其特征在于它是球阀。
9.如权利要求6所述的安全两通阀,其特征在于所述的球阀阀体和球阀芯是塑料注塑制造,球阀阀体是整体注塑制造,所述球阀芯被包裹在球阀腔内,可转动,不可取出。
10.如权利要求1所述的安全两通阀,其特征在于所述的进出口内螺纹的尺寸相同。
