[0007]当太阳光透过微通道平板热管集热器中的玻璃盖板,照射到微通道平板热管的表面时,微通道平板热管蒸发段外壁面受热,热量传递到冷凝段后,被紧贴微通道平板热管的蛇形管里的冷水吸收,形成热水。这部分热水在保温壳体和循环水栗的作用下以较小热损失传递至水箱,从而为用户提供热水。冬季取暖时,蒸发器中的制冷剂从水箱吸热并气化,在压缩机内压缩,后经换向阀,在冷凝器内冷却凝结散放出热量将室内空气加热,而制冷剂经节流装置返回蒸发器,达到室内供暖的目的;夏季空调降温时,蒸发器中的制冷剂从水箱吸热,经节流装置节流后,在冷凝器(用作蒸发器)吸收室内环境热量,然后在压缩机内压缩,后经换向阀,在蒸发器(用作冷凝器)内冷凝成液体,达到室内制冷的目的。
[0008]本发明的冷暖联供太阳能辅助热栗系统与现有传统的太阳能系统相比,具有如下优点:
[0009] I)本发明的冷暖联供太阳能辅助热栗系统将太阳能系统与热栗系统相结合,一方面可以有效地降低集热器的板面温度,从而提高集热效率,减少集热器向外界的热损失,另一方面可以提高热栗系统的蒸发温度,从而提高热栗系统的性能。这种方法不仅可以通过提尚系统效率节约尚品位能源,还可以提尚热水器工作可靠性,从而能够满足人们连续供热水的要求。同时,该系统长期运行的总投资与其它种类的热水器相比也是比较低的,在经济性方面具有一定的优势。
[0010] 2)本发明的冷暖联供太阳能辅助热栗系统采用了微通道平板热管,其外形扁平,不仅方便与换热面贴合,增大换热接触面积,有利于与建筑一体化,而且轴向和径向导热系数高,热阻小,冷凝端与蒸发端之间温差非常小,等温性和导热性良好,此外由于微通道平板热管本身全为吸热体,可阵列式密排实现最大限度采光和传热,其集热性能更优;
[0011] 3)本发明的冷暖联供太阳能辅助热栗系统的微通道平板热管支撑结构有多种形式,如横截面形状呈矩形或三角形,矩形或三角形的平面支撑结构和蛇形管的管壁采用牢固的焊接方式,故具有良好的支撑性能,整体机械强度和刚度较高,在工作状态下不会出现内部气压变化而导致的平板热管管壁变形问题;

[0017]本发明的原理图如图1所示,本发明的冷暖联供太阳能辅助热栗系统,包括有太阳能集热系统及热栗系统,其中太阳能集热系统包括微通道平板热管集热器1、连接管道2、水箱3、循环水栗4,热栗系统包括有蒸发器7、换向阀8、压缩机9、冷凝器10和节流装置11,其中微通道平板热管集热器I与水箱3连接,且微通道平板热管集热器I通过连接管道2与循环水栗4连接,循环水栗4与水箱3连接,蒸发器7置于水箱3内,且蒸发器7的一端通过换向阀8与压缩机9连接,压缩机9通过冷凝器10与节流装置11连接,节流装置11与置于水箱3内的蒸发器7的另一端连接。节流装置11可以是毛细管、热力膨胀阀、电子膨胀阀等。
[0018]本发明中微通道平板热管集热器I的结构示意图如图2所示,包括有玻璃盖板12、微通道平板热管13、蛇形管14、保温壳体15,其中保温壳体15上设有冷水入孔5及热水出孔6,冷水入孔5及热水出孔6可以设在保温壳体15的底部,或冷水入孔5及热水出孔6设在保温壳体15的下部侧壁,蛇形管14装设在保温壳体15所设的中空腔体内,蛇形管14的冷水入水口与冷水入孔5相通,蛇形管14的热水出水口与热水出孔6相通,冷水入孔5与冷水供水系统连接,热水出孔6通过水栗4与水箱3连接,微通道平板热管13装设在蛇形管14的上部,且蛇形管14与微通道平板热管13触接,玻璃盖板12装设在微通道平板热管13的上方。冷水供水系统可以是自来水供水管道。上述微通道平板热管13的外形扁平,方便与蛇形管14的换热面贴合,增大换热接触面积,另外,也有利于与建筑一体化,而且轴向和径向导热系数高,热阻小,冷凝端与蒸发端之间温差非常小,等温性和导热性良好,此外由于微通道平板热管13本身全为吸热体,可阵列式密排实现最大限度采光和传热,其集热性能更优。上述保温壳体15采用保温材料做出。
[0019]另外,上述水箱3内还设有电辅助加热器。水箱3内设有的电辅助加热器可以满足无太阳辐射或太阳辐射较低时的用水需求。

[0021]本实施例中,本实施例中,上述蛇形管14紧贴于微通道平板热管13的冷凝段背面。上述微通道平板热管13的横截面形状为三角形或矩形等多种形状。微通道平板热管13的三角形或矩形的平面支撑结构和蛇形管14的管壁采用牢固的焊接方式,故具有良好的支撑性能,整体机械强度和刚度较高,在工作状态下不会出现内部气压变化而导致的平板热管管壁变形问题。
[0022]上述微通道平板热管集热器I中的蛇形管14和水箱2可以用连接管道直接连接,或采用热交换器间接连接。
[0023]另外,上述水箱3中装设有有温度传感器,温度传感器与控制器电连接。
[0024]本发明的工作原理如下:当太阳光透过玻璃盖板12,照射到微通道平板热管13表面时,微通道平板热管13蒸发段外壁面受热,热量以导热的形式通过热管管壁和微通道内的工作液体传递到气液界面,热管腔内处于真空状态的工作液体在气液界面上蒸发变为饱和蒸气,并在微小压差作用下从蒸发段流向冷凝段,然后在冷凝段内的气液界面上凝结,释放出热量,从而实现热量从蒸发段到冷凝段的传递。这一部分冷凝热以导热的形式从气液界面通过冷凝段的液态工质和管壁传出,被紧贴微通道平板热管13的蛇形管14里冷水吸收,并在循环水栗4的作用下传递至水箱2,而冷凝的工作液体在微通道提供的毛细力驱动下沿着微通道流回到蒸发段,从而完成一次热量循环。水箱3中的水可以为用户提供热水。
[0025]冬季取暖时,在水箱中温度传感器和控制器的作用下,换向阀8转向热栗工作位置,蒸发器7中的低温低压液态制冷剂(如R134a)从低温热源(水箱3)吸热并气化成低压蒸气,在压缩机9内压缩成高温高压的蒸气。该高温高压气体经换向阀8,在冷凝器10内冷却凝结成高压液体,散放出热量将室内空气加热,达到室内取暖目的,而高压制冷剂经节流装置11(毛细管、热力膨胀阀、电子膨胀阀等)节流成低温低压液态制冷剂,从而完成一次热栗循环。为了提高系统的供热性能和满足房间舒适性采暖要求,可以采用地板辐射或地板送风等低温末端采暖方式。
[0026]夏季空调降温时,在水箱3中温度传感器和控制器的作用下,将换向阀8转向制冷工作位置,蒸发器7中的液态制冷剂从低温热源(水箱3)吸热并气化成高压液体,并经节流装置11(毛细管、热力膨胀阀、电子膨胀阀等)节流成低温低压液态制冷剂。该低温低压液态制冷剂在冷凝器10(用作蒸发器)吸收室内环境热量,并气化成低压蒸气,然后在压缩机9内压缩成高温高压的蒸气。该高温高压气体经换向阀8,在蒸发器7(用作冷凝器)内冷凝成液体,从而完成一次制冷循环。为了提高设备利用率,增加系统经济性能,热栗可以夏季夜间利用蓄热装置进行蓄冷运行,以备白天空调之用。
[0027]本系统依靠温度传感器、换向阀和控制器等实现运行控制。本发明的微通道平板热管集热器可铺设到普通建筑墙体(或阳台)外表面或取代普通建筑外墙(或阳台),以实现与建筑一体化。本发明能够大幅度减少建筑耗能并最终实现零能耗(或接近零能耗),能够减少建筑物化石燃料的消耗,增加可再生能源(太阳能)利用率,降低建筑物的碳排放。
[0028]本发明是利用微通道平板热管技术提出的一种新型冷暖联供太阳能辅助热栗系统,以解决原有普通平板热水系统的缺点,克服现有平板热管式热水系统成本高、工艺复杂的弊端,且由于集热元件本身全为吸热体,可阵列式密排实现最大限度采光和传热,其集热性能更优,同时还可以实现夏季供冷、冬季供热、全年提供热水等功能。
Claims (5)
1.一种冷暖联供太阳能辅助热栗系统,其特征在于包括有太阳能集热系统及热栗系统,其中太阳能集热系统包括微通道平板热管集热器、连接管道、水箱、循环水栗,热栗系统包括有蒸发器、换向阀、压缩机、冷凝器和节流装置,其中微通道平板热管集热器与水箱连接,且微通道平板热管集热器通过连接管道与循环水栗连接,循环水栗与水箱连接,蒸发器置于水箱内,且蒸发器的一端通过换向阀与压缩机连接,压缩机通过冷凝器与节流装置连接,节流装置与置于水箱内的蒸发器的另一端连接; 上述微通道平板热管集热器包括有玻璃盖板、微通道平板热管、蛇形管、保温壳体,其中保温壳体上设有冷水入孔及热水出孔,蛇形管装设在保温壳体所设的中空腔体内,蛇形管的冷水入水口与冷水入孔相通,蛇形管的热水出水口与热水出孔相通,冷水入孔与冷水供水系统连接,热水出孔通过循环水栗与水箱连接,微通道平板热管装设在蛇形管的上部,且蛇形管与微通道平板热管触接,上述蛇形管贴于微通道平板热管的冷凝段背面;玻璃盖板装设在微通道平板热管的上方;上述微通道平板热管的横截面形状为三角形或矩形;上述玻璃盖板为双层玻璃平板或玻璃管,上述双层玻璃平板的两层玻璃之间的中空腔体抽真空或填充惰性气体,玻璃管的管腔抽真空或填充惰性气体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷暖联供太阳能辅助热栗系统,其特征在于上述水箱内还设有电辅助加热器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冷暖联供太阳能辅助热栗系统,其特征在于上述玻璃管的横截面形状为圆形或半圆形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冷暖联供太阳能辅助热栗系统,其特征在于上述微通道平板热管集热器中的蛇形管和水箱用连接管道直接连接,或采用热交换器间接连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冷暖联供太阳能辅助热栗系统,其特征在于上述水箱中装设有温度传感器,温度传感器与控制器电连接。
