Abstract
本发明涉及路灯制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有风力发电和太阳能互补供电的环保节能路灯,包括装设有太阳能电池板、风力发电装置的灯杆,所述灯杆上安装有控制箱,所述风力发电装置包括与发电机轴承连接的风轮、与所述发电机轴向的尾部连接的尾舵;所述发电机通过导线连接有蓄电池,所述蓄电池通过导线与照明灯连接;所述太阳能电池板通过电路与所述蓄电池连接。与现有技术相比,本发明结构简单,可利用太阳能和风能互补为路灯提供能源,可跟踪风向,具有风利用率高、发电效率高、绿色环保、安装简单、使用成本低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及路灯制造技术领域,尤其是一种具有风力发电和太阳能互补供电的节能环保路灯。
背景技术
现有的路灯大都是通过市电供电,由于能源越来越紧张,加上太阳能和风能技术的应用,人们开始利用太阳能、风力发电作为新的能源。我国的风力资源极为丰富,绝大多数的地区平均风速在每秒3米以上,特别是东北、西北、西南高原与沿海岛屿,平均风速更大,有的地方一年三分之一以上的时间都是大风天气。风力发电具有清洁,环境效益好;可再生,永不枯竭;基础建设周期短;装机规模灵活等特点。因此,利用太阳能和风力发电互补作为供电能源的路灯可以很好的解决现有能源短缺的问题。目前,现有利用太阳能和风能互补供电的路灯存在如下不足:当风向发生变换时,风轮不能随着风向变换位置,对风的利用率低,造成发电效率低的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种环保节能路灯,它可以解决现有太阳能和风能互补供电的路灯对风的利用率低、发电效率低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:包括装设有太阳能电池板、风力发电装置的灯杆,所述灯杆上安装有控制箱,所述风力发电装置包括与发电机轴承连接的风轮、与所述发电机轴向的尾部连接的尾舵;所述发电机通过导线连接有蓄电池,所述蓄电池通过导线与照明灯连接;所述太阳能电池板通过电路与所述蓄电池连接。
上述环保节能路灯的技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述发电机安装于旋转轴上方,所述旋转轴固定在所述灯杆上;所述蓄电池设于所述控制箱内。
进一步的,所述照明灯为LED灯或高压钠灯。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、采用即具有风能发电装置和太阳能电池板互补给蓄电池充电,可以解决单一的太阳能或是单一风能发电的不足问题,可为在远离市电的情况下急需照明的道路提供有效的照明;2、由于风能发电机具有可以跟踪风向及时调整风轮的风向,使风轮对风的利用率高,发电效率得到提升。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明:
如图1、图2所示的环保节能路灯,包括装设有太阳能电池板7、风力发电装置的灯杆8,灯杆8上安装有控制箱9,该风力发电装置包括与发电机2轴承连接的风轮1、与发电机2轴向的尾部连接的尾舵3;发电机2通过导线连接有蓄电池5,蓄电池5通过导线与照明灯6连接,该照明灯6通过连接杆10连接灯杆8;太阳能电池板7通过电路与蓄电池5连接;发电机2安装固定在旋转轴4上方,旋转轴4固定安装在灯杆8上;该蓄电池5安装固定在控制箱9内;本实施例中照明灯6为LED 灯或高压钠灯。
本发明以风力发电为主,然后通过太阳能电池板作为辅助发电,所获得的电能储存于蓄电池中,用于弥补风力不足时的补充供应,可为在远离市电的情况下急需照明的道路提供有效的照明。
Claims (3)
1.一种环保节能路灯,包括装设有太阳能电池板(7)、风力发电装置的灯杆(8),所述灯杆(8)上安装有控制箱(9),其特征在于:所述风力发电装置包括与发电机(2)轴承连接的风轮(1)、与所述发电机(2)轴向的尾部连接的尾舵(3);所述发电机(2)通过导线连接有蓄电池(5),所述蓄电池(5)通过导线与照明灯(6)连接;所述太阳能电池板(7)通过电路与所述蓄电池(5)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保节能路灯,其特征在于:所述发电机(2) 安装于旋转轴(4)上方,所述旋转轴(4)固定在所述灯杆(8)上;所述蓄电池(5)设于所述控制箱(9)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保节能路灯,其特征在于:所述照明灯(6)为LED 灯或高压钠灯。
