Description
The invention relates to a noise reduction device, in particular to a noise reduction device for reducing the noise of a wall panel when a textile machine is in operation.
Background technique
The main feature of textile machinery in mechanism kinematics is high-power high-speed intermittent reciprocating motion, such as air-jet looms and rapier looms. Many intermittent motions are realized by various reciprocating mechanisms. The common reciprocating mechanisms include cams, space or planar connecting rods, eccentric wheels and other mechanisms. To send the weft yarn into the weaving fell under such a large resistance, a lot of power must be provided, which also causes strong vibration of the loom and the accompanying loud noise. Among them, the huge noise when the textile machine is working is mainly produced by the violent vibration of the wallboard. The more violent the vibration of the wallboard, the greater the noise generated. The upper limit of comfort for the human ear is 75 decibels, and below 85 decibels will not cause damage to the hair cells in the cochlea. However, the noise when the textile machine is working is even as high as 150 decibels. Even with earplugs, the noise that can be heard is still 50-80 decibels. decibel. The harm of noise is self-evident. Long-term stimulation by noise can cause mental distress and tension, increased breathing and heart rate, and increased burden on the heart and lungs; nervous system dysfunction; headaches and insomnia follow; endocrine system function is reduced , affecting digestive function.
The definition of object vibration is that a part of the object or the whole is deformed by force, and the deformed part has the force to restore its original state (restoration force, or deformation potential energy). After the applied force disappears, the restoring force makes the deformed object move to the equilibrium position, and the deformation potential energy is gradually converted into kinetic energy. When the object reaches the equilibrium position, the deformation potential energy is zero and the kinetic energy is the largest; due to the inertia, the object continues to deform along with the original shape. The opposite direction deviates from the equilibrium position, resulting in new deformation, and the kinetic energy is gradually converted into deformation potential energy. When the kinetic energy is zero, the deformation potential energy is the largest, and the distance away from the equilibrium position is also the largest; repeating this, the vibration of the object is formed. The amplitude of the vibration is the maximum distance the vibrating object is away from the equilibrium position; the more severe the deformation, the farther the vibrating object deviates from the equilibrium position, and the stronger the vibration; correspondingly, the noise caused by the vibration increases. If we want to reduce the noise when the wallboard is working, we can technically use the method of reducing the vibration of the wallboard, and the quantitative judgment of the noise reduction effect can be measured by the sound level meter commonly used in the market.
Traditional noise reduction can achieve noise reduction effect by reducing vibration. Existing vibration damping devices generally use rubber pads on the bottom of the textile machine for noise reduction treatment, so that the bonding between the bottom of the textile machine and the ground is more stable, thereby achieving a vibration reduction effect to a certain extent. However, due to the limited elastic capacity of the rubber, the mass of the loom is large, and the noise is mainly caused by the vibration of the wallboard on the textile machine, the actual application effect of this method is not ideal, especially for the noise reduction of the working noise of the textile machine The effect is minimal. In addition, for equipment noise reduction, the method of covering the outside of the equipment with sound-proof cotton can also be used, but this method is difficult to completely and effectively cover the textile machines with complex structures, not only the cost is high, but also the sound insulation The effect is extremely low. For most textile manufacturers, the method of soundproofing the factory building is mainly adopted to ensure that the ambient sound outside the factory building complies with relevant regulations. Similarly, this method is not only costly, but also cannot effectively protect the health and safety of workers in the factory building.
In addition, the definition of stress is that when an object is deformed due to external factors (force, humidity, temperature field changes, etc.), the internal force that interacts between the various parts of the object is generated to resist the effect of this external cause and try to make the object from The post-deformation position returns to the pre-deformation position. When the textile machine is working, the wallboard vibrates violently, causing corresponding noise pollution, and the vibration of the wallboard is too violent, which often leads to excessive internal stress of the wallboard. Once the internal stress of the wall panel is too concentrated, or even exceeds its own bearing capacity, the supporting function of the wall panel itself will be destroyed, which will reversely reduce the stability of the textile machine, aggravate the vibration, and especially affect the normal needle movement of the textile machine. , resulting in deviation of the needle movement, and even missing needles.
SolidWorks software is the world's first 3D CAD system developed based on Windows. Solidworks software has powerful functions and various components, making it a leading and mainstream 3D CAD solution. Among them, SolidWorks Simulation is a design analysis system fully integrated with SolidWorks. It is a design analysis software based on finite element method (that is, FEA numerical) technology. It provides a single-screen solution for stress analysis, frequency analysis, distortion analysis, Thermal analysis and optimization analysis. In mathematical terms, FEA, also known as finite element method, is a numerical method for solving a series of partial differential equations about field problems. This type of problem involves many engineering disciplines such as mechanical design, acoustics, electromagnetics, geomechanics, fluid dynamics, etc. In mechanical engineering, finite element analysis is widely used in structural, vibration and heat transfer analysis. Due to its versatility and high numerical performance on the finite element method, it occupies the vast majority of the software market for engineering analysis, while other methods are relegated to small model applications. With its powerful fast solver support, SolidWorks Simulation supports its ability to quickly solve large-scale problems, especially for stress analysis, frequency analysis, distortion analysis, thermal analysis and optimization analysis, so as to meet the analysis requirements of engineering research applications need. Using SolidWorks Simulation to analyze the stress of the textile machine wallboard under the vibration state, the maximum stress on the wallboard can be calculated to be 186.5MPa. For the wallboard made of traditional materials, the stress value is already within the limit of the wallboard. Near the critical value, especially for wall panels with imperfect quality control, if the stress inside the wall panels cannot be effectively controlled, the risk of supporting the wall panels will be virtually increased, which may lead to the collapse of the wall panels and even affect the textile quality. The normal needle movement of the machine.
Contents of the invention
In order to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art, the present invention provides a noise reduction device with simple structure and convenient use, which can greatly reduce the vibration and noise of the device by simply attaching it to the surface of the device to be reduced.
The technical solution adopted by the present invention to solve the technical problem is: a noise reduction device, including a mounting shell, the outer surface of which is used for installation and abutment on the mounting shell is a mounting plane, and a vibration damping cavity is opened in the mounting shell. The inner surface of the vibration-damping cavity away from the installation plane is the top surface, and the inner surface of the vibration-damping cavity that is close to the installation plane and corresponding to the top surface is the bottom surface. A vibration-damping unit is installed in the vibration-damping cavity, and the vibration-damping unit includes :
与顶面固定的顶反振板,顶反振板的部分结构朝向底面翘起、且悬设于减振腔内,该翘起结构为顶夹板;The top anti-vibration plate fixed to the top surface, part of the structure of the top anti-vibration plate is tilted towards the bottom surface and suspended in the vibration damping cavity, the tilted structure is the top splint;
与底面固定的底反振板,底反振板的部分结构朝向顶面翘起、且悬设于减振腔内,该翘起结构为底夹板;The bottom anti-vibration plate fixed to the bottom surface, part of the structure of the bottom anti-vibration plate is tilted towards the top surface and suspended in the vibration damping cavity, the tilted structure is the bottom splint;
夹设于顶夹板和底夹板间的阻尼块,该阻尼块为橡胶材料或硅胶材料制成;A damping block sandwiched between the top plywood and the bottom plywood, the damping block is made of rubber or silicone material;
The top splint and the bottom splint are arranged parallel to each other.
The beneficial effects of the present invention are: the installation plane on the installation shell is used to be attached to the equipment to be noise reduction (only for the part that generates noise through vibration), and here the wallboard of the textile machine is taken as an example, and the noise reduction device as a whole The wall panels vibrate together, and the noise reduction device absorbs the vibration from the top and bottom surfaces respectively through the top anti-vibration plate and the bottom anti-vibration plate, and transmits the absorbed vibration feedback to the damping block sandwiched between the top splint and the bottom splint. Among them, the elastic deformation of the top splint and the bottom splint, and at the same time the friction between the two splints and the damping block consumes the vibration energy of the wallboard, thereby reducing the vibration of the wallboard and finally achieving the purpose of reducing noise.
The preferred setting is: the top surface, the bottom surface and the installation plane are arranged parallel to each other, and the plane where the top splint is located and the installation plane are arranged at an angle of 25-65°. As the name suggests, the top splint is located on the plane of the top splint. It refers to the plane of the flat structure. Here, since the top splint and the bottom splint are parallel to each other, the angle between the top splint and the installation plane is defined, that is, the angle of the bottom splint is defined. According to the monitoring of the sound level meter, the angle between the top splint and the installation plane is different, which directly affects the noise decibel value measured by the sound level meter, and there is an optimal noise reduction angle.
The preferred setting is: the number of top splints, bottom splints and damping blocks in the same damping unit is consistent, the top splints and bottom splints are set in one-to-one correspondence, and there is only one damping block between the corresponding top splints and bottom splints. A top splint, a bottom splint and a damping block cooperate with each other to form a damping element in the damping unit. The damping element is the smallest unit of the damping unit. Compared with other combinations, this combination maximizes the vibration reduction. The noise reduction effect is improved, and the production efficiency is improved through large-scale production under the premise of ensuring that the vibration reduction effect remains unchanged.
The optimal structural feature is that there are two top splints, bottom splints and damping blocks in the same damping unit, that is, one damping unit is composed of two damping elements. This structure effectively reduces the manufacturing cost. Improved cost performance.
In order to optimize the vibration and noise reduction effect, the top surface, the bottom surface and the installation plane are arranged parallel to each other, and the top splints, bottom splints and damping blocks are all located on the same plane, and the plane where one of the top splints is located is at an angle of 45° to the installation plane Setting, the plane where the other top splint is located and the installation plane are set at an angle of 135°. The top splint, the bottom splint and the damping block are all located on the same plane, which refers to the space. The three are located on the same plane, which is different from the plane where the top splint is located. The plane where one of the top splints is located is rotated at a 45° angle by a point on the installation plane, thereby forming a 45° angle between the plane where one of the top splints is located and the installation plane; the plane where the other top splint is located is rotated at an angle of 135° by the same fulcrum and the same direction , thus forming an angle of 135° between the plane where the other top splint is located and the installation plane.
The setting of the hole helps to concentrate the vibration at the edge of the hole, so the top surface of the installation shell is provided with a top through hole extending into the vibration damping cavity, and the bottom surface of the installation shell is provided with a bottom extending into the vibration damping cavity. The through hole, the top through hole and the bottom through hole are all circular holes, the position of the top anti-vibration plate corresponds to the top through hole, and the position of the bottom anti-vibration plate corresponds to the bottom through hole. The bottom through hole concentrates the vibration near the bottom surface on the edge of the bottom through hole, and then transmits the vibration to the bottom anti-vibration plate quickly and effectively; the top through hole concentrates the vibration near the top surface on the edge of the top through hole, and then quickly and effectively transmits the vibration It is transmitted to the top anti-vibration plate; this is conducive to the transmission of vibration, and at the same time, the vibration is transmitted to the damping block to the greatest extent to improve the effect of vibration and noise reduction. The position of the top anti-vibration plate corresponds to the top through hole, and the position of the bottom anti-vibration plate corresponds to the bottom through hole. The correspondence mentioned here means that the anti-vibration plate is adjacent to the through hole, or covers the through hole, so that there is It helps the anti-vibration plate to absorb the vibration at the through hole.
A top through hole extending into the vibration-damping cavity is formed on the top surface of the installation shell, and a bottom through-hole extending into the vibration-damping cavity is formed on the bottom surface of the installation shell. And the top anti-vibration plate is provided with a plate through hole corresponding to the top through hole, the top through hole, the bottom through hole and the plate through hole are all circular holes, the center of the top through hole, the bottom through hole and the plate through hole Located on the same straight line; the position of the bottom anti-vibration plate corresponds to the bottom through hole. The plate through holes can concentrate the surrounding vibration on the top anti-vibration plate, thereby improving the transmission effect of the top anti-vibration plate. The three through holes are located on the same straight line, which can improve the vibration transmission effect.
It is further preferably set as follows: the diameter of the top through hole is larger than the diameter of the board through hole. Since the top anti-vibration plate is covered at the top through hole, the position of the hole edge of the top through hole corresponds to the top anti-vibration plate, that is, the position of the hole edge overlaps with the top anti-vibration plate. Therefore, when the diameter of the top through hole is larger than the diameter of the plate through hole, the vibration concentrated at the edge of the top through hole will be quickly and effectively transmitted to the top anti-vibration plate, thereby improving the vibration transmission effect on the installation shell and ensuring the installation to the greatest extent. The vibration on the shell can be fully transmitted to the top anti-vibration plate, which improves the effect of vibration and noise reduction.
It is further preferably set as follows: a damping pad is laid on the installation plane of the installation shell, and the damping pad is made of rubber material or silicone material. During installation, the damping pad is located between the installation shell and the wall panel. After the installation shell absorbs the vibration of the wall panel, most of the vibration energy is consumed in the vibration damping cavity, but in addition, a small part of the vibration energy will be transmitted back to the wall panel. At this time, the space between the installation shell and the wall panel The damping pad will prevent this part of the vibration from being transmitted back to the wall panel, and make it consume as much as possible at the damping pad, thereby improving the effect of vibration and noise reduction.
The two opposite sides of the mounting shell are provided with side ports for the entry and exit of the damping unit, and the positions of the top anti-vibration plate and the bottom anti-vibration plate are adjacent to the side ports. The setting of the side port can not only be used for the placement and disassembly of the damping unit, but also can concentrate the vibration at the side port, which helps the top anti-vibration plate and the bottom anti-vibration plate to absorb the vibration of the installation shell.

The wall panel stress is simulated by SolidWorks Simulation, and the maximum internal stress of the wall panel is measured to be 100.1MPa. The noise reduction effect is obviously better than the first embodiment; the maximum stress of the wallboard is also obviously better than the first embodiment. The textile machine of this embodiment is installed to obtain more obvious improvements in noise reduction and wall panel stress; when the number of textile machines is large enough, this effect can improve the working environment to the greatest extent.
In the present invention, as shown in Figures 6 and 7, the vibration damping units 2 are installed in the vibration damping chamber 12 of a noise reduction device in groups of six, and the noise reduction devices are attached to each other in a set of five. It is arranged on the wall panel 4 of the textile machine, which can save materials and improve the utilization rate of space. The wall panel 4 has a square structure, wherein four noise reduction devices are located at the four corners of the wall panel 4 , and the last noise reduction device is located at the center of the wall panel 4 . The noise reduction device as a whole vibrates together with the wallboard 4, and the top anti-vibration plate 21 and the bottom anti-vibration plate 22 in the vibration-reduction chamber 12 respectively absorb the vibration from the top surface 121 and the bottom surface 122, and the function of the anti-vibration plate here is to absorb And feed back the vibration signal. Since the top anti-vibration plate 21 and the bottom anti-vibration plate 22 are tilted and suspended in the damping cavity 12, when working, the top anti-vibration plate 21 and the bottom anti-vibration plate 22 will quickly and independently absorb a large amount of vibration from the top surface 121. and the vibration of the bottom surface 122, and the absorbed vibration is stored in the top splint 211 and the bottom splint 221, and the damping block 23 sandwiched between the top splint 211 and the bottom splint 221 absorbs a large amount of vibration of the top splint 211 and the bottom splint 221 , and dissipate the vibration internally through the damping characteristics of the rubber, thereby greatly reducing the vibration of the wall panel 4 , and then realizing the noise reduction of the wall panel 4 . A top splint 211, a bottom splint 221 and a damping block 23 cooperate with each other to form a damping element in the damping unit 2. The damping element is the smallest unit of the damping unit 2. Compared with other combinations, this combination maximizes The vibration and noise reduction effect is greatly improved, and the manufacturing cost and manufacturing difficulty are reduced under the premise of keeping the vibration reduction effect unchanged. Wherein, the top splint 211 and the bottom splint 221 are elastically deformed, and the friction between the two splints and the damping block 23 consumes the vibration energy of the wallboard 4, thereby reducing the vibration of the wallboard 4 and finally achieving the purpose of reducing noise. In practice, the damping block 23 can be made of rubber or silicone, instead of springs. Because the vibration is in all directions, and the spring has only one direction, that is, the direction perpendicular to the spring section has the best vibration reduction effect, and the vibration in other directions will cause the spring to deform, but it is not easy to achieve the vibration reduction effect. In addition, the damping chamber 12 of the first embodiment is only filled with rubber or silica gel, it is installed on the wallboard and the textile machine is started, and then the ambient noise measured by the sound level meter is 123 decibels; the wallboard is tested by SolidWorks Simulation 4 stress is simulated, and the maximum internal stress of the wall panel 4 is measured to be 170.3 MPa, and the effects of noise reduction and stress reduction are obviously inferior to those brought by the embodiments of the present invention.
