Abstract

本发明公开了一种高物性环保水性印字料的制备方法及使用方法,其特征在于以水性聚氨酯树脂为载体、以水性色浆为显色物质、以水性溶剂为分散剂,将三者混合后使用打浆机搅拌均匀,然后静置脱泡,即得水性印字料。本发明所得水性印字料的印字效果稳定、清晰,印字牢度强,恒温恒湿、耐水解等检测均正常。

一种高物性环保水性印字料的制备方法及使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种印字料的制备方法,具体为一种高物性环保水性印字料,尤其适用于合成革行业生产线上的印字工段。
背景技术
在现有的合成革行业印字操作中,普遍使用的为溶剂型印字料,其配方由一定量的溶剂型树脂、大量的MEK、少量的DMF及少量的色浆组成,在其存放和使用过程中极易发生吸水变质,从而导致产生印字转移和印字色条,由此造成许多不良品和印字料的报废,无形中提高了生产成本。同时由于溶剂型印字料使用了大量的溶剂,成本较高。且其主要溶剂为DMF和MEK,在使用过程中有严重的刺激性味道,对员工的职业健康产生很大的危害,对环境造成一定的污染;最为重要的是由于有大量的低闪点弱溶剂MEK存在,生产过程中如遇到明火,易发生爆炸,安全隐患大。
发明内容
为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,本发明旨在提供一种操作更为简单的高物性环保水性印字料的制备方法,同时提高印字料的环保性、安全性和经济性。
本发明解决技术问题,采用如下技术方案:
本发明高物性环保水性印字料的制备方法,其特点在于:以水性聚氨酯树脂为载体、以水性色浆为显色物质、以水性溶剂为分散剂,按如下步骤进行制备:
(1)将水性聚氨酯树脂、水性溶剂及水性色浆混合,构成混合溶液,在所述混合溶液中,所述水性聚氨酯树脂的质量百分含量为85%-94%,所述水性溶剂的质量百分含量为5%-10%,所述水性色浆的质量百分含量为1%-5%;
(2)将所述混合溶液使用打浆机搅拌均匀,然后静置脱泡,即得水性印字料。
所述水性溶剂为水。
所述水性聚氨酯树脂粘度为300-1500cps/25℃,固含量:20%-30%。
所述水性色浆为环保水性黑色浆和/或环保水性白色浆;所述环保水性黑色浆以炭黑为有效成分,粘度为150-250cps/25℃,固含量为30%-40%;所述环保水性白色浆以钛白为有效成分,粘度为1000-2000cps/25℃,固含量为40%-50%。
步骤(2)中打浆机搅拌的转速为1500-2500r/min;步骤(2)中静置脱泡的时间为30-90min。
本发明所制备的水性印字料的使用方法,其特点在于:
将所述水性印字料加入到印字料槽中;在湿法生产线的印字区域,采用电机传动的印字辊将所述水性印字料转移到待印字坯革的背面,然后通过烘箱烘干并冷却,即可。
所述印字辊为凹刻印字辊。
湿法生产线中,所述印字区域位于所述烘箱之前。
在本发明水性印字料的使用方法中,先印字再烘干,因此所用湿法产线中所述印字区域在生产线烘箱前面。优选的,所述湿法生产线为嘉兴大玉的湿法生产线。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的水性印字料的制备方法简单,与溶剂型印字料相比,只需要按比例加入水性树脂、水性溶剂、水性色浆后进行简单搅拌即可使用;
2、本发明的水性印字料性能稳定,可长时间存放,不会存在溶剂型印字料吸水的问题,从而不会产生印字转移;
3、本发明的水性印字料价格便宜,所使用的溶剂为水,可循环使用,与使用MEK、DMF等有机溶剂的溶剂型印字料相比成本降低了三分之二;
4、本发明的水性印字料以水为溶剂,无有机溶剂,不会对人体健康造成损害,亦不会对环境造成污染;
5、本发明的水性印字料在使用时对生产设备有所改进,合成革行业湿法生产中将印字工位提至烘箱工位前,增加了员工的操作空间,降低了员工的操作难度。
6、本发明的水性印字料较溶剂型印字料更加安全,除去了低闪点的MEK和DMF,坯革印字后进入烘箱不用担心有机溶剂爆炸的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的制备方法做进一步的详细说明:
本实施例首先按照如下步骤制备高物性环保水性印字料:
1、选取浙江罗兴实业有限公司的水性刮刀雾面处理剂800M作为载体;本实施例所用水性聚氨酯树脂粘度为1000-1500cps,固含量为24%-26%,外观为乳白色不透明液体。此为经过多次反复实验后得出的最适合替代溶剂型聚氨酯树脂的水性聚氨酯树脂。
2、选取浙江罗兴实业有限公司的环保水性白色浆001WS和环保水性黑色浆501WS作为水性色浆,调整印字料的颜色;
3、选取蒸馏水作为水性印字料的水性溶剂;
4、按照86%的水性刮刀雾面处理剂800M、10%的蒸馏水、3.5%的环保水性白色浆001WS及0.5%的环保水性黑色浆501WS的比例混合各原料,并用打浆机以2000r/min的速度搅拌5分钟,之后静置30分钟,即得水性印字料。
为测试本实施例所得水性印字料的性能,按如下方式使用本实施例的水性印字料:
a、选用浙江嘉兴大玉公司的湿法生产线,该生产线的特征在于印字岗位在烘箱的前面;将本实施例所获得的水性印字料倒入嘉兴大玉的湿法生产线印字岗位处的印字料槽里。
b、选用刻有“国家重点高新技术企业”的印字辊,将印字辊与印字辊上方的橡胶辊间隙调至0.5mm,将步骤a中的湿法生产线的车速调整为15m/min,烘箱温度设定为145℃。
c、将步骤a中的湿法生产线按照步骤b中设定的参数进行开机生产,待坯革经过印字区域时将印字辊上方的橡胶辊压下,经烘箱烘干后该水性印字料便转移到坯革背面了。
如图1和图2所示,通过使用不同坯革(图1为弹力短毛布基,图2为弹力长毛布基)进行测试,本实施例所制备的高物性环保水性印字料转移到坯革背面后效果良好,字迹清晰,不转移,恒温恒湿和耐水解检测均正常。为进行对比,使用广州市花都丰圣树脂有限公司的溶剂型印字料UB-2422进行印字,结果如图3所示,可以看出其字迹模糊。
将使用本实施例的水性印字料印字后的坯革在25%的DMF水溶液中放置检测,5个星期后字迹依然清晰可见,且将坯革放入纯DMF中进行溶解,坯革正面的聚氨酯全部被溶解后背面的水性印字料字迹依然存在。同时此水性印字料环保安全,使用水性印字料的印字岗位的VOC为10ppm,要远远小于使用溶剂型印字料的400ppm。而现有的溶剂型印字料遇DMF就溶解,且易吸水变质,产生印字转移。由此可见,本发明所提供的方法不仅工艺简单高效,所制备的水性在物性和环保方面也取得了突出的进步。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明披露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此本发明保护范围以权利要求书的保护范围为准。

Claims (3)

1.一种高物性环保水性印字料的制备方法,其特征在于:
以水性聚氨酯树脂为载体、以水性色浆为显色物质、以水性溶剂为分散剂,按如下步骤进行制备:
(1)将水性聚氨酯树脂、水性溶剂及水性色浆混合,构成混合溶液;在所述混合溶液中,所述水性聚氨酯树脂的质量百分含量为86%,所述水性溶剂的质量百分含量为10%,所述水性色浆的质量百分含量为4%;
所述水性聚氨酯树脂为浙江罗兴实业有限公司的水性刮刀雾面处理剂800M,粘度为1000-1500cps,固含量为24%-26%;所述水性色浆为浙江罗兴实业有限公司的环保水性白色浆001WS和环保水性黑色浆501WS,在所述混合溶液中环保水性白色浆001WS的质量百分含量为3.5%、环保水性黑色浆501WS的质量百分含量为0.5%;所述水性溶剂为蒸馏水;
(2)将所述混合溶液使用打浆机以2000r/min的速度搅拌5分钟,之后静置脱泡30分钟,即得水性印字料。
2.一种权利要求1所制备的水性印字料的使用方法,其特征在于:
将所述水性印字料加入到印字料槽中;在湿法生产线的印字区域,采用电机传动的印字辊将所述水性印字料转移到待印字坯革的背面,然后通过烘箱烘干并冷却,即可;
湿法生产线中,所述印字区域位于所述烘箱之前。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水性印字料的使用方法,其特征在于:所述印字辊为凹刻印字辊。
