本发明提供一种数控丝锯加工机,包括,储线系统、工作台、控制系统和切削液润滑系统,控制系统连接切削液润滑系统,工作台包括回转台、直线移动台和机座,直线移动台与机座滑动连接,回转台设置在直线移动台的上方。储线系统包括切割线、储线导轮组、上线架和下线架,上线架、下线架分别设置在回转台外侧的上、下方,切割线首尾连接,穿过所述上线架、下线架,并缠绕于储线导轮组的外侧,控制系统与储线导轮组、回转台、直线移动台连接。本发明通过采用收尾相接、形成一个封闭环形的切割线,实现切割线的单向运动,减少切割线的停顿;采用回转台能够实现加工件的360度旋转,使工作台的运动方向与工件切割轮廓的方向一致,保证加工面的光滑。

一种数控丝锯加工机
技术领域
本发明涉及机械制造制造设备领域,尤其是一种数控丝锯加工机。
背景技术
目前,市场上的线切割机都是一个滚筒,将切割丝绕着在滚筒上。随着切割线的运动,切割线从滚筒的一端移动到另外一端。由于切割线的长度有限,当切割线移动到其末端时,滚筒的转动必须停止,再通过反向转动的方法将切割线移动到另外一端。这样,切割运动将不能够连续运动,使得切割线在切割工件时既要从上往下运动,也要从下往上运动。当切割线从下往上运动时,切割线的润滑和排屑都比较困难。同时,线切割机的工作台都是由X轴和Y轴组成的二自由度工作台。在加工时,使工作台进行X轴方向和Y轴方向的直线运动,通过直线插补方式实现任意轮廓形状工件的加工。但是,用直线插补方式加工轮廓为圆弧或斜线的零件时,所形成的加工轮廓线从微观上看,实际是用一系列沿X轴方向和Y轴方向的阶梯直线段来实现圆弧曲线和斜线,这样加工出来的零件,表面粗糙、光洁度差,无法满足现代化高精度精密零部件的加工要求,使得线切割技术在工程中的应用受到一定程度的限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种数控丝锯加工机,使得切割线的切割运动能够连续地运动,实现切割线的单向运动,提高切割效率,使切割线的润滑和排屑更加方便,同时实现工作台的运动方向与工件切割轮廓的方向一致,使工件切割轮廓与切割线的回路方向一致,大大地降低加工表面的粗糙度,提高表面光洁度和加工效率。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种数控丝锯加工机,包括,储线系统、工作台、控制系统和切削液润滑系统,控制系统连接切削液润滑系统,工作台包括回转台、直线移动台和机座,所述直线移动台与机座滑动连接,回转台设置在直线移动台的上方,所述回转台能够进行在直线移动台上作360度旋转,直线移动台能够沿X轴方向和Y轴方向在机座上作直线运动,所述储线系统包括切割线、储线导轮组、上线架和下线架,所述上线架、下线架分别设置在回转台外侧的上、下方,切割线首尾连接,穿过所述上线架、下线架,并缠绕于所述储线导轮组的外侧,控制系统与储线导轮组、回转台、直线移动台连接。
本发明通过采用收尾相接、形成一个封闭环形的切割线,实现切割线的单向运动,减少切割线的停顿,从而提高切割效率,使切割线的润滑和排屑更加方便。回转台能够在水平面上作360度旋转,使工作台的运动方向与工件切割轮廓的方向一致。在加工圆弧或斜线时,无需通过沿X轴方向和Y轴方向的阶梯直线段来实现圆弧曲线和斜线,保证加工面的光滑。
进一步地,储线导轮组中的储线导轮平行设置、呈多边形分布,使所述切割线与每个储线导轮之间保持1/2以下的圆周接触。切割线缠绕在多个储线导轮上,保证封闭的切割线的长度能够在10米到50000米之间,长度足够长满足切割的需求。切割线与每个储线导轮的接触面为储线导轮截面圆周的1/2以下,减少了切割线与储线导轮的接触面积,降低磨损。
进一步地,还包括同步装置,储线导轮组通过所述同步装置与控制系统连接,同步装置使储线导轮组中的导轮沿着切割线的走线方向两两连接。采用同步装置使所有的储线导轮实现同步转动,保证切割线各处的运动速度一样,使其不会出现脱线或拉线现象。同时仅需一个驱动装置就能带动储线导轮组运转。
进一步地,导轮的表面设置多个环形凹槽,环形凹槽沿着导轮的轴线方向相互平行,切割线缠绕在所述环形凹槽上。采用切割线缠绕在环形凹槽的方式,避免了切割线之间的相互运动,降低了切割线的磨损。
进一步地,切削液润滑系统包括储油槽、抽油泵、油路通道,储油槽与所述油路通道的一端连接,油路通道的另一端设置在上线架的上方,所述抽油泵与油路通道连接,所述储油槽设置直线移动台的底部,所述抽油泵与所述控制系统电连接。抽油泵抽取储油槽内的润滑液,使润滑液通过油路通道流到上线架上的端口,从端口上流出用于润滑上线架与下线架之间的切割线,润滑液润滑后回流到储油槽内。
进一步地,回转台包括支撑台和支架,支架设置在支撑台底部的中央,且支架固定在直线移动台上,支架与所述控制系统连接。支撑台用于放置加工的工件,支撑台带动工件沿着支架在水平方向进行360度的旋转。
进一步地,直线移动台包括X轴移动台和Y轴移动台,X轴移动台与Y轴移动台滑动连接。X轴移动台实现加工的零件能够沿X轴方向运动,Y轴移动台实现加工的零件能够沿Y轴方向运动。
进一步地,还包括三个驱动装置,支架通过驱动装置一与控制系统连接,X轴移动台通过驱动装置二与控制系统连接,Y轴移动台通过驱动装置三与控制系统连接。采用三个驱动装置分别控制工作台的圆周运动、X轴方向直线运动以及Y轴方向直线运动,工作台的运动方向以及速度更加准确,保证加工的精度。
进一步地,还包括防护罩,防护罩开设透明的观察窗,防护罩设置在工作台的外侧,防护罩将工作台包围起来。防护罩防止工作中的润滑液喷洒到外部,造成环境污染。透明的观察窗方便在加工时能够透过防护罩对加工过程进行观察。
进一步地,切割线为金刚石丝锯。金刚石丝锯使本发明适用于对金属、石材、玻璃、陶瓷、蓝宝石等硬性材料进行切割。
本发明的有益效果为:
1)通过采用收尾相接、形成一个封闭环形的切割线,实现切割线的单向运动,减少切割线的停顿;
2)切割线缠绕在多个储线导轮上,保证封闭的切割线的长度能够在10米到50000米之间,切割线的长度足够长能够满足不同的切割需求;
3)回转台能够在水平面上作360度旋转,在加工圆弧或斜线时,无需通过沿X轴方向和Y轴方向的阶梯直线段来实现圆弧曲线和斜线,保证加工面的光滑;
4)采用切割线缠绕在环形凹槽的方式,避免了切割线之间的相互运动,降低了切割线的磨损;
5)采用三个驱动装置分别控制工作台的圆周运动、X轴方向直线运动以及Y轴方向直线运动,工作台的运动方向以及速度更加准确,保证加工的精度。

结合图1所示,本实施例提供的一种数控丝锯加工机,包括,储线系统1、工作台2、控制系统3和切削液润滑系统4。工作台2包括回转台2.1、直线移动台2.2和机座2.3。直线移动台2.2包括X轴移动台2.21和Y轴移动台2.22。回转台2.1包括支撑台2.11和支架2.12,支架2.12设置在支撑台2.11底部的中央。支架2.12固定在X轴移动台2.21上。X轴移动台2.21与Y轴移动台2.22之间设置X轴滑轨2.41。Y轴移动台2.22与机座2.3之间设置Y轴滑轨2.42。在工作台2的外侧设置防护罩6,防护罩6将工作2台包围起来,防护罩6开设透明的观察窗6.1。
如图2,储线系统1包括切割线1.1、储线导轮组1.2、上线架1.3和下线架1.4,上线架1.3、下线架1.4分别设置在工作台2外侧的上、下方。切割线1.1首尾连接,穿过上线架1.3、下线架1.4,并缠绕于所述储线导轮组1.2的外侧。储线导轮组1.2中的导轮1.21平行设置、呈多边形分布,使切割线1.1与每个导轮1.21之间保持1/2以下的圆周接触。导轮1.21的表面设置多个环形凹槽1.22,如图3。环形凹槽1.22沿着导轮1.21的轴线方向相互平行,切割线1.1缠绕在所述环形凹槽1.22上。切割线1.1缠绕在多个导轮1.21上,保证封闭的切割线的长度能够在10米到50000米之间。储线导轮组1.2通过同步皮带1.23与控制系统3连接,同步皮带1.23使各个导轮1.21沿着切割线的走线方向两两连接。
如图1,切削液润滑系统4包括储油槽4.1、抽油泵4.2、油路通道4.3,储油槽4.1与油路通道4.3的一端连接,油路通道4.3的另一端设置在上线架1.3的上方,抽油泵4.2与油路通道4.3连接。储油槽4.1设置Y轴移动台2.22的底部。
结合图4,支架2.12通过电机一5.1与控制系统3连接,X轴移动台2.21通过电机二5.2与控制系统3连接,Y轴移动台2.22通过电机三5.3与控制系统3连接。抽油泵4.2与控制系统3电连接。
本发明的工作原理如下:
控制器对需要进行加工的图形进行分析处理后,将信号输出。控制器通过控制电机,电机带动回转台、X轴移动台与Y轴移动台分别作圆周运动、X轴方向的直线运动以及Y轴方向的直线运动。同时,控制器启动同步装置,同步装置带动导轮转动,导轮在转动时带动切割线运动。在上线架与下线架的切割线切割放置在支撑台上的加工件。控制器同时启动抽油泵,将储油槽里的润滑油通过油路通道从上线架上的端口顺着切割线流出,起到在加工时的润滑、冷却作用。流出后的润滑液回流到工作台底部的储油槽中,循环利用。

1.一种数控丝锯加工机,包括,储线系统、工作台、控制系统和切削液润滑系统,控制系统连接切削液润滑系统,其特征在于:所述工作台包括回转台、直线移动台和机座,所述直线移动台与机座滑动连接,所述回转台设置在直线移动台的上方,所述回转台能够进行在直线移动台上作360度旋转,所述直线移动台能够沿X轴方向和Y轴方向在机座上作直线运动,所述储线系统包括切割线、储线导轮组、上线架和下线架,所述上线架、下线架分别设置在回转台外侧的上、下方,所述切割线首尾连接,穿过所述上线架、下线架,并缠绕于所述储线导轮组的外侧,所述控制系统与储线导轮组、回转台、直线移动台连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数控丝锯加工机,其特征在于:所述储线导轮组中的储线导轮平行设置、呈多边形分布,使所述切割线与每个储线导轮之间保持1/2以下的圆周接触。
