本发明公开了一种透气型PU合成革,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:聚氨酯树脂80-100,二甲基甲酰胺80-100,聚氧乙烯甘油醚2-4,高粱壳4-8,荞麦壳1-2,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 0.2-0.4,油酸0.3-0.5,十二烷基葡糖苷0.2-0.5,尼泊金甲酯0.1-0.2,聚乙二醇1-2,乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯1-2,羧甲基纤维素钠4-8,氯化铝0.4-0.8,色浆3-6,改性助剂2-4;本发明的合成革吸水、透气性强,轻盈柔软,手感及外观质量好,舒适度高,具有良好的机械性能,应用范围广泛。

[0001] 本发明涉及合成革领域,具体涉及一种透气型ro合成革及其生产方法。
背景技术
[0002] PU合成革属于聚氨酯弹性体,从结构上近似天然皮革,且具备外观质感良好、机械性能强、价格低廉、加工方便等优势,其应用范围广、种类数量繁多,是代替天然皮革较为理想的材料,目前已大量取代资源不足的天然皮革。然而PU合成革的部分性能远不如天然皮革,如天然皮革具有良好的吸水性、透气性,而PU合成革本身的性质导致其容易形成致密的膜,吸水、透气性能受到限制,合成革的仿真性、舒适度和品质难以提高。
[0003] 羧甲基纤维素钠水凝胶是一种对水有特殊吸附作用的功能性高分子材料,能吸收自身重量数倍的水,吸水性极强。羧甲基纤维素钠具有良好的环境相容性,来源丰富,价格低廉,目前常应用于医药农林等领域。
发明内容

[0005] 本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种透气型PU合成革,包括基布层和I3U层,其中:
PU层由下述重量份的原料制得:
聚氨酯树脂80-100,二甲基甲酰胺80-100,聚氧乙烯甘油醚2-4,高粱壳4_8,荞麦壳1-2,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 0.2-0.4,油酸0.3-0.5,十二烷基葡糖苷0.2-0.5,尼泊金甲酯
0.1-0.2,聚乙二醇1-2,乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯1-2,羧甲基纤维素钠4-8,氯化铝0.4-0.8,色浆3-6,改性助剂2-4 ;
其中改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
高岭土 30-40,海泡石10-15,石棉纤维15-20,苎麻纤维5-10,碳酸钙2-4,氯化钙1_3,棕榈油2-4,硬脂酸镁2-4,生育酚0.2-0.5,三聚磷酸钠4_6,磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1_2,葡萄糖酸钙1-2 ;
改性助剂的制备方法是:
将高岭土、海泡石、石棉纤维粗研磨后加入三聚磷酸钠、碳酸钙和氯化钙混合均匀,550-600°C煅烧4-6h,降温至150_200°C后加入硬脂酸镁和苎麻纤维搅拌l_2h,冷却后研磨至400-500目,加入其余原料60-80°C搅拌l_2h,即得;
一种透气型PU合成革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
Cl)将聚乙二醇、尼泊金甲酯和氯化铝加入适量水中,40-60°C、800-1000r/min搅拌15-30min,冷却至常温,加入羧甲基纤维素钠,600-800r/min搅拌5_10min,冷冻干燥后得组分A ;
(2)将高粱壳和荞麦壳混合后120-150°C处理3-6h,冷却后研磨至100-200目,加入硅烷偶联剂KH-550于1000-1500r/min条件下搅拌15_30min,再加入油酸于120_150°C、同样转速搅拌20-30min,得组分B ;
(3)在容器中先加入二甲基甲酰胺,再加入组分A、组分B和改性助剂,于25-40°C下充分搅拌10-20min后加入色浆和聚氨酯树脂,搅拌均匀后加入其余原料,800-1000r/min搅拌5-10min,真空脱泡30_60min,50-100目过滤,得I3U浆料;
(4)将基布浸湿,采用涂刀涂覆法把PU浆料均匀地涂覆在基布上,送入凝固槽凝固,再经过水洗、烘干,经表面处理后,即得成品。
[0006] 本发明的优点是:
1.结合水凝胶技术,发挥其优越的吸水性作用,使产品具有良好的吸水透气性能和仿真的外观、手感,有效提高了 PU合成革的舒适度以及仿真性,合成革的性能更接近天然皮革;
2.通过改进配方与工艺,提高了合成革的透气性,使合成革更加轻盈、柔软,且拉伸性能与耐磨性能优良,应用范围广泛。
具体实施方式
[0007] 本发明非限定实施例如下:
实施例1
一种透气型PU合成革,包括基布层和I3U层,其中:
I3U层由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
聚氨酯树脂90,二甲基甲酰胺90,聚氧乙烯甘油醚3,高粱壳6,荞麦壳1.5,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 0.3,油酸0.4,十二烷基葡糖苷0.4,尼泊金甲酯0.15,聚乙二醇1.5,乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯1.5,羧甲基纤维素钠6,氯化铝0.6,色浆5,改性助剂3 ;
其中改性助剂由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
高岭土 35,海泡石12,石棉纤维18,苎麻纤维8,碳酸钙3,氯化钙2,棕榈油3,硬脂酸镁3,生育酚0.4,三聚磷酸钠5,磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1.5,葡萄糖酸钙1.5 ;
改性助剂的制备方法是:
将高岭土、海泡石、石棉纤维粗研磨后加入三聚磷酸钠、碳酸钙和氯化钙混合均匀,550°C煅烧4h,降温至180°C后加入硬脂酸镁和苎麻纤维搅拌1.5h,冷却后研磨至400目,加入其余原料60°C搅拌2h,即得;
透气型I3U合成革的生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚乙二醇、尼泊金甲醋和氯化销加入适量水中,60°C、800r/min搅拌15min,冷却至常温,加入羧甲基纤维素钠,800r/min搅拌5min,冷冻干燥后得组分A ;
(2)将高粱壳和荞麦壳混合后1200 °C处理6h,冷却后研磨至100目,加入硅烷偶联剂KH-550于1500r/min条件下搅拌15min,再加入油酸于120°C、同样转速搅拌30min,得组分B ;
(3)在容器中先加入二甲基甲酰胺,再加入组分A、组分B和改性助剂,于30°C下充分搅拌1min后加入色楽和聚氨醋树脂,搅拌均勾后加入其余原料,1000r/min搅拌5min,真空脱泡40min,50目过滤,得I3U浆料;
(4)将基布浸湿,采用涂刀涂覆法把PU浆料均匀地涂覆在基布上,送入凝固槽凝固,再经过水洗、烘干,经表面处理后,即得成品。
[0008] 经测试,耐折牢度23°C,20万次无裂纹,表面颜色牢度湿摩檫4级,拉伸负荷^ 90N/cm,透气性> 8dm3/min。

1.一种透气型PU合成革,包括基布层和层,其特征在于: 所述的PU层由下述重量份的原料制得: 聚氨酯树脂80-100,二甲基甲酰胺80-100,聚氧乙烯甘油醚2-4,高粱壳4_8,荞麦壳1-2,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 0.2-0.4,油酸0.3-0.5,十二烷基葡糖苷0.2-0.5,尼泊金甲酯0.1-0.2,聚乙二醇1-2,乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯1-2,羧甲基纤维素钠4-8,氯化铝0.4-0.8,色浆3-6,改性助剂2-4 ; 所述改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成: 高岭土 30-40,海泡石10-15,石棉纤维15-20,苎麻纤维5_10,碳酸钙2_4,氯化钙1_3,棕榈油2-4,硬脂酸镁2-4,生育酚0.2-0.5,三聚磷酸钠4_6,磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1_2,葡萄糖酸钙1-2 ; 所述改性助剂的制备方法是: 将高岭土、海泡石、石棉纤维粗研磨后加入三聚磷酸钠、碳酸钙和氯化钙混合均匀,550-600°C煅烧4-6h,降温至150_200°C后加入硬脂酸镁和苎麻纤维搅拌l_2h,冷却后研磨至400-500目,加入其余原料60-80°C搅拌l_2h,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气型PU合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: Cl)将聚乙二醇、尼泊金甲酯和氯化铝加入适量水中,40-60°C、800-1000r/min搅拌15-30min,冷却至常温,加入羧甲基纤维素钠,600-800r/min搅拌5_10min,冷冻干燥后得组分A ; (2)将高粱壳和荞麦壳混合后120-150°C处理3-6h,冷却后研磨至100-200目,加入硅烷偶联剂KH-550于1000-1500r/min条件下搅拌15_30min,再加入油酸于120_150°C、同样转速搅拌20-30min,得组分B ; (3)在容器中先加入二甲基甲酰胺,再加入组分A、组分B和改性助剂,于25-40°C下充分搅拌10-20min后加入色浆和聚氨酯树脂,搅拌均匀后加入其余原料,800-1000r/min搅拌5-10min,真空脱泡30_60min,50-100目过滤,得I3U浆料; (4)将基布浸湿,采用涂刀涂覆法把PU浆料均匀地涂覆在基布上,送入凝固槽凝固,再经过水洗、烘干,经表面处理后,即得成品。
