Detailed Description
The present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be noted that the following description is merely illustrative and exemplary in nature and is in no way intended to limit the disclosure, its application, or uses. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the relative arrangement of components and steps and numerical expressions and values set forth in the embodiments do not limit the scope of the present disclosure. Additionally, techniques, methods, and apparatus known to those skilled in the art may not be discussed in detail but are intended to be part of the specification where appropriate.
The following embodiments of the present disclosure add, to a user who has applied for a cloud storage service, read-write authorization for a non-cloud storage user of a friendly mobile phone (without limitation to an operator of the non-cloud storage user of the friendly mobile phone) through a mobile phone client on the basis of an existing cloud storage function, and open write authorization for a folder in cloud storage to the non-cloud storage user of the friendly mobile phone, so as to achieve sharing of a cloud storage space between users in a true sense, and achieve a purpose of being able to download and upload files.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for implementing cloud storage space sharing according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, this embodiment may include the steps of:
s202, receiving information which is uploaded by a cloud storage user client and shares a cloud storage space of a non-cloud storage user to the non-cloud storage user, wherein the information which shares the cloud storage space of the non-cloud storage user to the non-cloud storage user can include but is not limited to shared files/folders, access rights and non-cloud storage user information;
the cloud storage user client can be arranged on the mobile terminal, and the shared files/folders can be files, folders, all files, or all folders and the like designated in the cloud storage space.
The purpose of uploading the information of the non-cloud storage users is to publish the information to be shared to the non-cloud storage users. It should be noted that one or more non-cloud storage users may be provided, when one non-cloud storage user is provided, only the cloud storage resource is shared to one user, and when a plurality of non-cloud storage users are provided, the cloud storage resource group sharing may be implemented.
S204, sending a link short message of a shared cloud storage space to a non-cloud storage user according to the non-cloud storage user information and the shared file/folder, wherein the link short message comprises authentication information and access authority;
firstly, different sharing links are generated based on different files/folders, and then the links shared to the user are sent to the corresponding non-cloud storage users by using the received non-cloud storage user information. When more authorities of the cloud storage space are opened to be friendly to the friendly non-cloud storage, authentication needs to be carried out on non-cloud storage users in order to guarantee the safety of cloud storage space information, and only the users passing the authentication can obtain more operation authorities of the cloud storage space.
S206, receiving a request of a non-cloud storage user for logging in a cloud storage server according to a link short message;
after receiving a link short message of a shared resource, a non-cloud storage user can send a request for logging in a cloud storage server to the cloud storage server by clicking a link in the short message, and after receiving the request, the cloud storage server can remind the non-cloud storage user to input authentication information in an interface mode.
And S208, after the authentication is passed, receiving the access operation of the non-cloud storage user to the shared file/folder in the cloud storage server according to the access authority.
The access right may include a read-only right and a read-write right.
When the access right is a read-only right, the cloud storage server can limit write operations of non-cloud storage users on files/folders in the cloud storage space.
And when the access authority is the read-write authority, the cloud storage server allows the non-cloud storage user to perform read-write operation on the file/folder allowed by the authority.
In the embodiment, the cloud storage user shares the access control authority of one or some files/folders on the cloud storage server to the non-cloud storage user through the client and the cloud storage server in a short message link mode, so that the non-cloud storage user has more access authority to the cloud storage space after passing the authentication of the cloud storage server, and the non-cloud storage user can share the cloud storage space in a real sense.
In one example, a respective access right may be set for each file/folder that is shared. That is, different files may have different access rights, and similarly, different folders may also have different access rights. The authority can be specific to all friendly non-cloud storage users and also can be specific to different friendly non-cloud storage users.
In another example, a respective access right may be set for each non-cloud storage user, i.e., different access rights may be set for different users for the same shared file.
It should be noted that different access rights can be assigned to the same non-cloud storage user for accessing different files/folders. For example, for a certain file a, the cloud storage user may only release read-only permission for friendly non-cloud storage, and the non-cloud storage user is not allowed to write the file, that is, modify or delete the file. And for another file B in the cloud storage space, the cloud storage user can release the read-write permission for the non-cloud storage user at the same time. For example, when the file needs to be edited by a cloud storage user and a non-cloud storage user together, the file can be set to be readable and writable.
In addition, when the same cloud storage user shares one or more files/folders to multiple non-cloud storage users at the same time, different access permissions may be set for each non-cloud storage user, for example, for the folder S, a read-only permission may be set for the non-cloud storage user 1, and a read-write permission may be set for the non-cloud storage user 2. For the file A, the non-cloud storage user 1 is set to be read-write permission, and the non-cloud storage user 2 is set to be read-only permission.
In addition, the access rights may also include usage space restrictions on the folders that are shared. For example, when a read-write right is opened for a non-cloud storage user, the non-cloud storage user cannot utilize the shared folder without limitation, and at this time, the cloud storage user may limit the size of the write space of the non-cloud storage user, for example, the writable space is smaller than a set number of bytes, for example, 100M, or the writable space is smaller than a set proportion, for example, 30%, of the size of the shared folder.
In addition, the authentication information sent by the cloud storage server to the non-cloud storage user may be a fixed password or a random password. When the password is a fixed password, the non-cloud storage user uses the same password when accessing the same shared space, and when the password is a random password, the non-cloud storage user uses a different password when accessing the same shared space. When the cloud storage user informs that the random password is used, the cloud storage server sends the password randomly generated by the server along with the short message every time when sending the link short message, and the security of accessing the cloud storage space can be further improved by using the random password for authentication.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for implementing cloud storage space sharing according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, an authorization management and control module for a friendly user is added in a cloud storage user mobile phone client, a cloud storage user can share read-write permission of a file or a folder to a non-cloud storage user mobile phone (without limitation of an operator) through the function, after authorization management of a cloud storage server, sharing link information is issued to the non-cloud storage user mobile phone, the non-cloud storage user can log in a cloud storage service system through the link, and after authentication of the cloud storage service system is passed, the sharing file can be downloaded or uploaded to a designated sharing folder in the cloud storage server.
Specifically, the embodiment may include the following procedures:
adding a read-write authorization management module for a folder on a mobile phone client of a cloud storage user, setting an access authority and an authentication mode, and then sending a file/folder sharing message to a cloud storage server by the client, wherein the access authority is carried in the message;
the mobile phone number can be input into a mobile phone client of the cloud storage user or selected from an address book to serve as a friendly user, and the access authority can be set to be read-only or read-write. When the friendly user is authorized, an authentication mode when the friendly user logs in the cloud storage service system through the link is further required to be determined, specifically, the authentication mode may include a random password and a fixed password, and the default authentication mode is a random password authentication mode.
The cloud storage user creates a shared folder through the mobile phone client, carries out user-friendly access authorization on the folder, and carries out authorization and authentication management on the folder and the user-friendly folder by the cloud storage server. The cloud storage user can also limit the size of the shared folder as required, that is, the size of the shared space which can be occupied by the file uploaded by the non-cloud storage user.
And adding corresponding link information issued according to authorization on the cloud storage server, and performing authentication management on the link request.
If the random password authentication mode is adopted, when a non-cloud storage user accesses the shared link, the cloud storage server generates a random password and issues the random password to a mobile phone of the non-cloud storage user, the user inputs the random password according to the page prompt, the cloud storage server displays the shared link after authentication is completed, and the random password is randomly generated every time the shared link is accessed and cannot be continuously used. If a fixed password authentication mode is adopted, the cloud storage user directly sets a fixed password when setting the access authority of the folder, and the cloud storage server prompts the non-cloud storage user to fix password information when sending the link short message. The password may be used until the cloud storage user changes the password.
After the non-cloud storage user is authorized, the shared file can be downloaded through the shared link, and the file can be uploaded to the shared space of the cloud storage user.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of implementing the above method embodiments may be implemented by hardware associated with program instructions, the program may be stored in a storage medium readable by a computing device, and the program may execute the steps of the above method embodiments when executed, and the storage medium may include various media capable of storing program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk and optical disk.
