本发明公开了一种LED灯,包括灯盖、灯杯、LED、托板、PCB板、绝缘体和灯帽,所述灯盖罩扣在喇叭形灯杯的末端,灯杯的前端与绝缘体一端固定,绝缘体另一端固定灯帽,所述绝缘体内设有PCB板,PCB板的的输入端与灯帽串联,PCB板上设有托板,所述托板为带有锥度的弧形结构,托板上均匀固定多个LED,LED的电源接头穿过托板与PCB板连接。

本发明涉及照明工具,具体涉及一种LED灯。
背景技术
LED(发光二极管)具有寿命长、光效高、无辐射、抗冲击以及低功耗等优点,属于节能的绿色环保照明,因此以LED为光源的LED灯也不断涌现,但现有的LED灯里面的LED都是按照矩阵方式朝一个方向排列的,而且现有LED灯上的透明灯盖和LED之间的距离很近,不利于光的散射,灯盖与杯体之间都是用胶粘贴在一起的,使用一段时间后,胶体容易老化,灯盖易脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种LED灯,克服了现有技术的不足,具有光反射度强,光量大,光线角度宽等特点。
为了达到上述设计目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种LED灯,包括灯盖、灯杯、LED、托板、PCB板、绝缘体和灯帽,所述灯盖罩扣在喇叭形灯杯的末端,灯杯的前端与绝缘体一端固定,绝缘体另一端固定灯帽,所述绝缘体内设有PCB板,PCB板的的输入端与灯帽串联,PCB板上设有托板,所述托板为带有锥度的弧形结构,托板上均匀固定多个LED,LED的电源接头穿过托板与PCB板连接。
所述LED的LED芯片固定在托板内侧,每个LED的LED芯片通过电源引线串联,电源引线再与PCB板连接。
本发明所述的LED灯的有益效果是:
灯盖与金属灯杯内呈带有锥度的弧形排列的LED之间距离较远,LED从不同方向放射出来的光经金属灯杯里层反光膜的大面积反射,可以获得更均匀、更高效的光源。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,本领域的技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的前提下所获取的其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
如图1和2所示本发明提供的LED灯,包括灯盖1、灯杯2、LED3、托板4、PCB板5、绝缘体6和灯帽7,所述灯盖1罩扣在喇叭形灯杯2的末端,灯杯2的前端与绝缘体6一端固定,绝缘体6另一端固定灯帽7,所述绝缘体6内设有PCB板5,PCB板5的的输入端与灯帽7串联,PCB板5上设有托板4,托板4为带有锥度的弧形结构,所述托板4上均匀固定多个LED3,LED3的电源接头穿过托板4与PCB板5连接,通过这种方式安装的LED3是固定在弧形托板上的,并呈半球形排列的,LED3的光源是向不同方向射出去的,增大了LED灯发光的角度。
所述LED3的LED芯片32固定在托板4内侧,每个LED3的LED芯片32通过电源引线33串联,电源引线33再与PCB板5连接,接通电源后发光并通过托板将光源射出去。

1.一种LED灯,包括灯盖、灯杯、LED、托板、PCB板、绝缘体和灯帽,所述灯盖罩扣在喇叭形灯杯的末端,灯杯的前端与绝缘体一端固定,绝缘体另一端固定灯帽,所述绝缘体内设有PCB板,PCB板的的输入端与灯帽串联,PCB板上设有托板,其特征在于:所述托板为带有锥度的弧形结构,托板上均匀固定多个LED,LED的电源接头穿过托板与PCB板连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述LED的LED芯片固定在托板内侧,每个LED的LED芯片通过电源引线串联,电源引线再与PCB板连接。
