碳素生产中余热热载体的利用
本发明涉及炭素生产中的加热。
随着有机热载体加热技术的推广应用,热载体炉逐步取代了蒸汽锅炉,炭素制品生产当中的熔化沥青及混合成型等过程都需要通过热载体炉的供热来实现。但目前炭素生产企业对热载体炉的加热仍然要靠专用的燃烧锅炉通过燃煤、燃油、燃气来实现,同时炭素生产中需要锻烧石油焦,由此产生的大量高温废气得不到有效利用而白白浪费,所以炭素生产的能耗是很大的,致使生产成本居高不下。
本发明的目的就是要将炭素生产中的烟气余热作为热载体炉的热源,以大大降低生产中的能耗。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:将锻烧炉在锻烧石油焦过程中产生的高温废气通过烟道输送到热载体炉中,使热载体炉得到充分加热,然后将热载体炉中被加热的导热油通过管道输送到炭素生产所需的环节。
图1是实现本发明的系统连接图。
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。12室顺式锻烧炉1和8室逆式锻烧炉2在锻烧石油焦时均产生大量的碳氢化合物可燃气体,因此这些碳氢化合物气体可反过来作为锻烧石油焦的燃烧源,而无需另外提供加热能源。这些碳氢化合物经过充分与石油焦燃烧后,产生大量高温烟气,其温度可达900℃以上,流量可达5000m3/h,将这些高温烟气通过烟道3输送到热载体炉4内以加热其中的导热油,导热油通过管道5输送到生产用热现场,用热后导热油又被热油循环泵10经热油过滤器11过滤后通过管道6抽回到热载体炉4内,如此循环加热,以提供不间断的热源。多余的烟气可用风机8由烟囱排出,为防止烟气过热损坏风机8,加人冷却水套7以降低风机8温度,当热载体炉4不工作时,导热油被送至热油储槽存储。
由于热载体炉的热量是由石油焦锻烧炉产生的烟气提供的,而石油焦锻烧本身也不需要外加热源,只凭石油焦产生的可燃气体来作为热源并省去了专用燃烧锅炉,因而,整个炭素生产过程的能耗将大大降低,生产成本也大幅降低。天津碳素厂采用上述节能措施后,每生产4000吨碳素制品,可使热载体炉节省5000吨燃煤。

Claims (1)

1.一种碳素生产中的锻烧炉余热作为热载体炉热源的装置,其特征是锻烧炉[1][2]通过烟道[3]与热载体炉[4]相连接以加热其导热油,导热油通过管道[5]输送至用热现场,用热后导热油由热油循环泵[10]经热油过滤器[11]过滤后通过管道[6]抽回到热载体炉[4]。
