Abstract

本发明涉及一种治疗支气管哮喘的中药，由细辛、干姜、五味子、麻黄、甘草、桂枝、半夏、芍药、石膏、全蝎、党参组成。本发明提供的中药对支气管哮喘质量效果好，通过对725例支气管哮喘患者进行跟踪治疗，有效率达到96.5%，显效率3.3%，无效率0.2%，本发明采用纯中药制剂，对身体没有毒副作用，可以制成片剂、冲剂，方便服用。

一种治疗支气管哮喘的中药
技术领域
本发明属于中药领域，具体涉及一种治疗支气管哮喘的中药。
背景技术
支气管哮喘是由多种细胞（如嗜酸性粒细胞、肥大细胞、T淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、气道上皮细胞等）和细胞组分参与气道慢性炎症性疾患。这种慢性炎症导致气道高反应性的产生，通常出现广泛多变的可逆性气流受限，并引起反复发作的喘息、气急、胸闷或咳嗽等症状，常在夜间和（或）凌晨发作、多数患者可自行缓解或经治疗缓解。
据其作用机制可分为具有扩张支气管作用和抗炎作用两大类，某些药物兼有扩张支气管和抗炎作用。 　　（1）扩张支气管药物 β2受体激动剂、茶碱类。
（2）抗炎药物 糖皮质激素、白三烯调节剂、色甘酸钠和尼多酸钠、抗lgE单克隆抗体、抗组胺药物。
但是这种治疗药物为激素类药物，副反应较大，而且长期使用身体会对药物产生依赖性，造成其他损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗支气管哮喘的中药，使用中药治疗支气管哮喘，对身体没有副作用，治疗效果好。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种治疗支气管哮喘的中药，由细辛6-9g、干姜6-12g、五味子5-9g、麻黄3-8g、甘草10-15g、桂枝15-22g、半夏6-9g、芍药12-18g、石膏5-8g、全蝎1-3g、党参5-9g组成。
优选地，一种治疗支气管哮喘的中药，由细辛7.5g、干姜9g、五味子7g、麻黄6g、甘草12.5g、桂枝19g、半夏8g、芍药18g、石膏6g、全蝎2g、党参6g组成。
一种治疗支气管哮喘的中药，将上述中药清洗干净，然后加入300-500g水浸泡2-3h；将浸泡好的中药煎煮1-2h，得到药液，然后滤去药渣，冷却，将药液进行灭菌，包装。方便服用。
还可以使用常规制药方法制成冲剂或片剂。
本药每天服用一剂。
本发明的有益效果：本发明提供的中药对支气管哮喘质量效果好，通过对725例支气管哮喘患者进行跟踪治疗，有效率达到96.5%，显效率3.3%，无效率0.2%，本发明采用纯中药制剂，对身体没有毒副作用，可以制成片剂、冲剂，方便服用，孕妇和儿童减量使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
林某，男，44岁，患有支气管哮喘1年，主要症状表现为胸闷、气短，使用如下配方：细辛6g、干姜9g、五味子6g、麻黄3g、甘草12g、桂枝17g、半夏7.5g、芍药13g、石膏6g、全蝎2g、党参7g，加450g水煎煮，每天服用一剂，服用3天，胸闷、气短症状减轻，服用7天痊愈，精神状态明显好转。
实施例2
赵某，女，48岁，患有支气管哮喘2年，呼吸气短、胸闷，有时会出现呼吸困难的症状，使用以下配方：细辛7.5g、干姜9g、五味子7g、麻黄6g、甘草12.5g、桂枝19g、半夏8g、芍药18g、石膏6g、全蝎2g、党参6g，加水煎服，每日一剂，服用10天痊愈。
实施例3
一种治疗支气管哮喘的中药，由细辛8g、干姜9g、五味子8g、麻黄3g、甘草11g、桂枝17g、半夏7g、芍药15g、石膏6g、全蝎1.5g、党参8g组成。
孙某，55岁，男，患有支气管哮喘2年半，服用本药15天痊愈。

一种治疗支气管哮喘的中药，由细辛9g、干姜6g、五味子7.6g、麻黄5g、甘草12g、桂枝18g、半夏8g、芍药14g、石膏8g、全蝎2.5g、党参8g组成。

1.一种治疗支气管哮喘的中药，其特征在于，由细辛6-9g、干姜6-12g、五味子5-9g、麻黄3-8g、甘草10-15g、桂枝15-22g、半夏6-9g、芍药12-18g、石膏5-8g、全蝎1-3g、党参5-9g组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗支气管哮喘的中药，其特征在于，由细辛7.5g、干姜9g、五味子7g、麻黄6g、甘草12.5g、桂枝19g、半夏8g、芍药18g、石膏6g、全蝎2g、党参6g组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种治疗支气管哮喘的中药，其特征在于：将上述中药清洗干净，然后加入300-500g水浸泡2-3h；将浸泡好的中药煎煮1-2h，得到药液，然后滤去药渣，冷却，将药液进行灭菌，包装。
