本发明公开了一种促进内痔手术伤口愈合的药液,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:积雪草40-60份,儿茶10-30份,花椒3-9份,五倍子1-4份,大蓟1-5份,枯矾3-8份,地榆1-5份,龙骨1-8份,千里光1-5份,灯心草2-6份。本发明药材药源易得,成本低廉,所选药材多为药性平和之物,长期使用也不会给使用者增加经济和身体上的负担。

技术领域
本发明涉及中医中药领域,特别是涉及一种促进内痔手术伤口愈合的药液及其制备方法。
背景技术
内痔生于齿线以上和肛门3cm处,称为内痔。《外科大成·痔疮》中说:“内痔在肛门之里,大便则出血如箭,解毕用手按,良久方入。”指出内痔以出血和脱出为主要症状,多为无痛软性肿块。内痔是诸痔中发病率最高的常见病。可通过各种治疗手段进行缓解,不过自身的预防才是最为重要的。
根据内痔的病理变化和发展程度的不同,临床上常分为三型,三期和四期分类。内痔一般情况下不会引起疼痛。三型分类:血管肿型:由毛细血管增殖和扩张而成,外形如杨梅,表面粗糙或光亮,呈鲜红色,粘膜较薄,触之柔软而易出血。静脉瘤型:为静脉丛屈曲,痔核内可有血栓和扩张成球状的静脉瘤,表面粘膜较厚而带光泽,呈紫红色,不易出血。纤维肿型:由于反复脱出、擦伤和炎症刺激,使内痔结缔组织增生,表面粘膜纤维化而变硬和富有弹性,呈苍白色,不易出血。三期分类:一期:病人多无明显的痛苦,肛门稍有瘙痒,肛门自觉分泌物较多,偶有便后手纸带血,滴血或射血。二期:较一期为重,痔核较大,痔粘膜组织薄弱,用力排便时,痔核脱出于肛门外,便后可自行回到肛门内,大便时粪块摩擦痔粘膜表面,引起便血,便血可为手纸带血、滴血、射血不等。三期:为内痔的晚期阶段。由于患内痔时间较长,痔核增大,便后痔核脱出于肛门外、甚至咳嗽、用力、走路及劳动时也可脱出于肛门外,必须用手送回肛门内,或休息后才能送回肛门内。四期分类:根据2000年中华医学会外科学组《痔诊治暂行标准》将本病分为四期,即:①I期内痔:以无痛性便血为主要症状,无内痔脱出,便后出血可自行停止。②II期内痔:便时带血、滴血或喷射状出血,伴有痔核脱出,便后可自行回纳。③III期内痔:便时带血或滴血,伴内痔脱出,或久站,咳嗽,劳累,负重时内痔脱出,须用手回纳。④IV期内痔:内痔脱出不能回纳,内痔可伴发绞窄、嵌顿。
一般症状:内痔早期唯一的症状就是无痛性便血,间断性便血,色鲜红,或附于大便表面,或手纸染血,也可呈点滴状或喷射状出血;内痔进一步发展,排便时会有痔核脱出,轻者便后自行还纳回肛门,重者需用手上推还纳。当内痔脱出没有及时还纳时,会出现嵌顿水肿、血栓形成、溃疡或感染,将有剧烈疼痛。1.便血:排便中或便后出血,色鲜红,有时大便表面附有少量血液,或将手纸染红,有时为滴血或射血。由于粪便擦破粘膜,或因排便时过于用力,血管内压力增高,以致曲张静脉血管破裂,便时则有喷射状出血。2.脱出:由于痔核体积增大,排便时受到粪便的挤压,使其逐渐与肌层分离而脱出肛外,有时是1--2痔核同时脱出,有时是全部痔核并带有直肠粘膜一齐脱出。最初仅在排便时脱出,便后能自行复位。症状较重者,脱出后需用手推回,或卧床休息,方能复位。症状严重者,除排便时脱出外,凡用力、行走、咳嗽、喷嚏、下蹲等,都可能脱出。3.疼痛:单纯内痔,一般无疼痛,有时仅感觉肛门部坠胀或排便困难。如发炎肿胀者,痔内有血栓形成或嵌顿,则有疼痛;如脱出未及时复位者,则疼痛加重;如发生嵌顿,有溃烂坏死,引起肛缘发炎水肿,则疼痛剧烈,病人坐卧不安。4.粘液流出:直肠粘膜长期受痔核的刺激,引起分泌物增多;晚期内痔,因肛门括约肌松弛,常有分泌物由肛门流出。轻者大便时流出,重者不排便时也自然流出,污染内裤,病人极不方便。在内痔脱出时,分泌物更多。5.瘙痒:因分泌物或脱出痔核的刺激,使肛门周围潮湿不洁,发生湿疹和瘙痒,搔痒有时是由于内痔脱出因反射作用而引起的。
内痔严重的需要进行手术,术后1、术后饮食要清淡,忌食辛辣、醇酒厚味,主要以半流质或全流质饮食为主,养成良好的饮食习惯,定时定量进食,不宜过饱过饥;2、术后患者排便后,应用淡盐水坐浴,促进血液循环,然后再进行换药;3、应注意肛门卫生,避免术后细菌感染,及养成良好的定时排便习惯,经常保持大便通畅,防止便秘;4、术后痔核脱落期时,应尽量少活动,多卧床休息,久站久立时应适时变换体位;5、术后如果出现发热、疼痛、小便困难及便后出血,应及时查明原因,妥善处理,避免病情复发及诱发并发症疾病。
在现有治疗脾肾两虚的保健品中,授权公告号CN 102406697 B(申请号201110363593.4)的专利文献公开了一种促进手术后伤口愈合的中药组合物,其特征在于其组成原料的重量为:黄芪28-32克、当归10-15克、白芷8-12克、鹿角霜18-22克、蒲公英13-18克和甘草3-5克。授权公告号CN 102940854 B(申请号201210487656.1)的专利公开了一种促进伤口愈合的中药组合物,其特征在于:其由下述重量份的原料制成:三七3-6份,大黄3-6份,黄柏6-8份,郁金8-10份,草乌3-6份,独活5-7份,珍珠4-8份,炉甘石3-8份,车前子6-8份。
由此可见中药在促进伤口愈合方面占有非常中药的地位,但是专利文献中,没有专门用于内痔手术后,促进伤口愈合,杀菌消炎,止痒的药物药液。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种促进内痔手术伤口愈合的药液,促进内痔手术伤口愈合的功效,本发明药材药源易得,成本低廉,所选药材多为药性平和之物,长期使用也不会给使用者增加经济和身体上的负担。
本发明的另一目的就是提供上述药液的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是:
促进内痔手术伤口愈合的药液,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:积雪草40-60份,儿茶10-30份,花椒3-9份,五倍子1-4份,大蓟1-5份,枯矾3-8份,地榆1-5份,龙骨1-8份,千里光1-5份,灯心草2-6份。
促进内痔手术伤口愈合的药液,优选的方案为,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:积雪草45-55份,儿茶15-25份,花椒4-7份,五倍子2-4份,大蓟2-4份,枯矾4-6份,地榆2-3份,龙骨3-5份,千里光2-4份,灯心草3-5份。
促进内痔手术伤口愈合的药液,更为优选的方案为,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:积雪草50份,儿茶20份,花椒5份,五倍子3份,大蓟3份,枯矾5份,地榆3份,龙骨4份,千里光3份,灯心草4份。
上述药液的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)将龙骨打成硬币大小的块,置于铁质容器内,于无烟的炉火上煅制酥脆,放凉与枯矾一同研磨成细末,过80-120目筛;
(2)取10g植物油放入干锅中,待干锅四周冒烟时,放入鲜花椒,改成小火,不断翻动花椒,待花椒炸干后关火,晾凉用漏勺取出花椒,即得花椒油,榨干的花椒晒干,研磨成细末待用;
(3)将五倍子、大蓟和地榆一同置于瓦罐内,加入原料药总重量1-5倍的高粱酒,浸泡30-50小时(优选40分钟),过滤,滤液待用,滤渣置于瓦片上,小火慢烘10-20分钟,研磨成细末,过60-100目筛;
(4)将积雪草、儿茶、千里光和灯心草用30-50℃的温水浸泡20-40分钟,用水量为原料药总重量的2-6倍,置于砂锅内加水煎煮20-50分钟后,加入步骤(3)所得滤液,小火慢煎10-20分钟,停火静置1-3小时,取上清液待用;
(5)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得细末,加入步骤(4)所得上清液中,用小勺搅拌均匀后加入步骤(2)所得花椒油,装瓶即得药液。
上述药液的制备方法,步骤(1)细末过90-110目筛(优选细末过100目筛)。
上述药液的制备方法,步骤(3)加入原料药总重量2-4倍的高粱酒(优选加入原料药总重量3倍的高粱酒)。
上述药液的制备方法,步骤(3)小火慢烘13-18分钟,研磨成细末,过70-90目筛(优选小火慢烘15分钟,研磨成细末,过80目筛)。
上述药液的制备方法,步骤(4)将积雪草、儿茶、千里光和灯心草用35-45℃的温水浸泡25-35分钟(优选将积雪草、儿茶、千里光和灯心草用40℃的温水浸泡30分钟)。
上述药液的制备方法,步骤(4)用水量为原料药总重量的3-5倍(优选用水量为原料药总重量的4倍)。
上述药液的制备方法,步骤(4)小火慢煎13-18分钟,停火静置1.5-2.5小时,取上清液待用(优选小火慢煎15分钟,停火静置2小时,取上清液待用)。
最佳使用方法:为使本发明达到最佳的治疗效果,制成的药液,内痔手术后,伤口疼痛,发痒时即可使用,使用前,用力摇晃均匀,用棉棒站着药液轻轻擦拭伤口,待自感痊愈后停药。
各原料药的药理功效分别为:
积雪草:基原:为双子叶植物伞形科积雪草的干燥全草或带根全草。成分:含多种α-香树脂醇型的三萜成分,其中有积雪草苷、参枯尼苷、异参枯尼苷,羟基积雪草苷,玻热模苷、破热米苷和破热米酸等,以及马达积雪草酸。药性:苦、辛,寒。归肝、脾、肾经。功用主治:清热解毒,利湿消肿。是东方人的长寿药,可益脑提神。研究表明具有滋补、消炎、愈合伤口、利尿通便和镇定作用。对麻风病、溃疡也有疗效,对血液净化及免疫力有激活作用,因其可刺激深层皮肤细胞的更替。它是神经滋补剂,能提高记忆力,减轻精神疲劳;还可降血压,治疗肝病等。
儿茶:心材碎片煎汁,经浓缩干燥即为儿茶浸膏或儿茶末,有清热、生津、化痰、止血、敛疮、生肌、定痛等功能。从心材中提取的拷胶也是工业上鞣革、染料用的优良原料。木材坚硬、细致,可供枕木、建筑、农具、车厢等用。抗病原微生物作用:体外抑菌试验表明,儿茶的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)对金黄色葡萄球菌为2.81mg/ml,白色葡萄球菌为5.63mg/ml,乙型溶血性链球菌为5.63mg/ml,白色念珠球菌为5.63mg/ml,还曾报告儿茶对绿脓杆菌、白喉杆菌、变形杆菌。痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌等有抑制作用。5%的儿茶混悬液对68株痢疾杆菌的药敏试验中对福氏和鲍氏痢疾杆菌的敏感率为100%。此外对病毒及某些真菌也有显著抑制作用。
花椒:花椒,别名:檓、大椒、秦椒、蜀椒、川椒或山椒。为芸香科、花椒属落叶灌木或小乔木,可孤植又可作防护刺篱。其果皮可作为调味料,并可提取芳香油,又可入药,种子可食用,也可加工制作肥皂。花椒性温,味辛,有温中散寒、健胃除湿、止痛杀虫、解毒理气、止痒祛腥的功效;可用于治疗积食、停饮、呃逆、呕吐、风寒湿邪所致的关节肌肉疼痛、脘腹冷痛、泄泻、痢疾、蛔虫、阴痒等病症。抑菌作用:本品挥发油对11种皮肤癣菌和4种深部真菌均有一定的抑制和杀灭作用,其中羊毛样小孢子菌和红色毛癣菌最敏感,MIC低于0.1HL/ml,MFC为0.1HL/ml。实验证实月桂氮卓酮和二甲基亚砜能促进挥发油进入真菌细胞内加速细胞死亡。
五倍子:性味归经:味酸,涩,性寒。归肺、大肠、肾经。功效:敛肺;止汗;涩肠;固精;止血;解毒。主治:肺虚久咳;自汗盗汗;久痢久泻;脱肛;遗精;白浊;各种出血;痈肿疮疖。
大蓟:大蓟,菊科、蓟属植物,蓟的全草或根,多年生草本,高0.5~1m。根簇生,圆锥形,肉质,表面棕褐色。茎直立,有细纵纹,基部有白色丝状毛。功能:凉血止血,解毒消痈。治吐血,衄血,尿血,血淋,血崩,带下,肠风,肠痈,痈疡肿毒,疔疮。
枯矾:又名煅白矾。取拣净的白矾,置砂锅内加热溶化并煅至枯干,取出,为不规则的结晶体,大小不一。质硬而脆,易砸碎。气微,味微甜而涩。消痰,燥湿,止泻,止血,解毒,杀虫。治癫痫,喉痹,疚涎壅甚,肝炎,黄疸,黄肿,胃、十二指肠溃疡,子宫脱垂,白带,泻痢,衄血,口舌生疮,疮痔疥癣,水、火、虫伤。
地榆:地榆草,蔷薇科植物,中草药。性寒,味苦酸,无毒;归肝、肺、肾和大肠经。有凉血止血,清热解毒,培清养阴,消肿敛疮等功效。【药性】苦酸;寒;无毒【归经】肝;肺;肾;大肠经【功效】凉血止血,清热解毒,消肿敛疮【功效分类】止血药;凉血止血药【主治】吐血,咯血,衄血,尿血,便血,痔血,血痢,崩漏,赤白带下,疮痈肿痛,湿疹,阴痒,水火烫伤,蛇虫咬伤,血痢不止,大便下血,小儿湿疮,小儿面疮。可祛风止血,适用于痔疮下血。
龙骨:陆虎遗生、那伽骨、生龙骨、煅龙骨、五花龙骨、青化龙骨、花龙骨、白龙骨。甘涩,平。重镇安神镇惊安神,敛汗固精,止血涩肠,生肌敛疮。治惊痫癫狂,怔忡健忘,失眠多梦,自汗盗汗,遗精淋浊,吐衄便血,崩漏带下,泻痢脱肛,溃疡久不收口。
千里光:千里光,又名九里明、九里光、黄花母、九龙光、九岭光。是一种中草药,生于山坡、疏林下、林边、路旁、沟边草丛中。产于河南、陕西、江苏、浙江、广西、四川。其性寒,味苦,具有清热解毒,明目,止痒等功效。多用于风热感冒、目赤肿痛、泄泻痢疾、皮肤湿疹疮疖。清热解毒;明目退翳;杀虫止痒。主流感;上呼吸道感染;肺炎;急性扁桃体炎;肋腺炎;急性肠炎;菌痢;黄疸型肝炎;胆湿癣炎;急性尿路感染;目赤肿痛翳障;痈肿疖毒;丹毒;湿疹;干湿癣疮;滴虫性阴道炎;烧烫伤。
灯心草:灯心草是多年生草本水生植物,清心降火,利尿通淋。治淋病,水肿,小便不利,湿热黄疸,心烦不寐,小儿夜啼,喉痹,创伤。
本发明药液“注重整体”,既可促进伤口愈合,又可杀菌止痒,这是有别于药物治疗的一大特点,本发明所采用的原料药,将具有抑菌、止痒、止痛、止血和具有促进伤口愈合功效的药物组合在一起,起到了促进内痔手术后伤口愈合的功效,而且本药液完全根据中医中药原理制备而成,更加安全可靠,无任何毒副作用,对皮肤无任何刺激。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和实验例详细说明本发明的技术方案,但保护范围不被此限制。
实施例1 促进内痔手术伤口愈合功效的药液,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成(每份取10g):积雪草40份,儿茶10份,花椒3份,五倍子1份,大蓟1份,枯矾3份,地榆1份,龙骨1份,千里光1份,灯心草2份。
上述药液的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)将龙骨打成硬币大小的块,置于铁质容器内,于无烟的炉火上煅制酥脆,放凉与枯矾一同研磨成细末,过80目筛;
(2)取10g植物油放入干锅中,待干锅四周冒烟时,放入鲜花椒,改成小火,不断翻动花椒,待花椒炸干后关火,晾凉用漏勺取出花椒,即得花椒油,榨干的花椒晒干,研磨成细末待用;
(3)将五倍子、大蓟和地榆一同置于瓦罐内,加入原料药总重量1倍的高粱酒,浸泡30小时,过滤,滤液待用,滤渣置于瓦片上,小火慢烘10分钟,研磨成细末,过60目筛;
(4)将积雪草、儿茶、千里光和灯心草用30℃的温水浸泡20分钟,用水量为原料药总重量的2倍,置于砂锅内加水煎煮20分钟后,加入步骤(3)所得滤液,小火慢煎10分钟,停火静置1小时,取上清液待用;
(5)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得细末,加入步骤(4)所得上清液中,用小勺搅拌均匀后加入步骤(2)所得花椒油,装瓶即得药液。
典型病例一:吕XX,男,45岁,是济南某工厂的工人,2012年秋天患者来诊,患者自述:3年前就患有内痔,一喝酒吃辣的就会犯,每次上大便极为痛苦,严重的时候会出很多血,以前犯的时候都是用点外用药也没太在意,12年开始越发的严重,不能坐,站着或者是走路也很痛苦,用了很多中西药均无明显效果,在医生的建议下接收了手术,手术后医生建议使用本发明所得促进伤口愈合的药液使用。
使用本实施例1所得药液,当感觉瘙痒,疼痛的时候就用海绵沾着药液擦拭伤口,5分钟,伤口处就不痒了,也没有疼痛感,持续使用了6天,不适症状完全消失,患者自感伤口完全愈合。
实施例2 促进内痔手术伤口愈合的药液,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成(每份取5g):积雪草60份,儿茶30份,花椒9份,五倍子4份,大蓟5份,枯矾8份,地榆5份,龙骨8份,千里光5份,灯心草6份。
上述药液的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)将龙骨打成硬币大小的块,置于铁质容器内,于无烟的炉火上煅制酥脆,放凉与枯矾一同研磨成细末,过120目筛;
(2)取10g植物油放入干锅中,待干锅四周冒烟时,放入鲜花椒,改成小火,不断翻动花椒,待花椒炸干后关火,晾凉用漏勺取出花椒,即得花椒油,榨干的花椒晒干,研磨成细末待用;
(3)将五倍子、大蓟和地榆一同置于瓦罐内,加入原料药总重量5倍的高粱酒,浸泡50小时,过滤,滤液待用,滤渣置于瓦片上,小火慢烘20分钟,研磨成细末,过100目筛;
(4)将积雪草、儿茶、千里光和灯心草用50℃的温水浸泡40分钟,用水量为原料药总重量的6倍,置于砂锅内加水煎煮50分钟后,加入步骤(3)所得滤液,小火慢煎10-20分钟,停火静置3小时,取上清液待用;
(5)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得细末,加入步骤(4)所得上清液中,用小勺搅拌均匀后加入步骤(2)所得花椒油,装瓶即得药液。
典型病例二:白XX,女,40岁。山东济南人士,一直从事会计工作,有内痔史,症状:患者自述半年前出现坐立不安的症状,便血厉害,通便不顺畅,每次都极为痛苦,来诊时间:2013年1月12日,由于患者感觉药物治疗不治本,所以医生建议手术治疗,手术后建议使用本发明所得促进内痔手术伤口愈合的药液。
使用本实施例2所得药液,疼痛、瘙痒时使用。使用3次,感觉不适症状有所改善,继续使用5天,不适症状完全消失,自感伤口痊愈。
实施例3 促进内痔手术伤口愈合的药液,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成(每份取15g):积雪草45份,儿茶15份,花椒4份,五倍子2份,大蓟2份,枯矾4份,地榆2份,龙骨3份,千里光2份,灯心草3份。
上述药液的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)将龙骨打成硬币大小的块,置于铁质容器内,于无烟的炉火上煅制酥脆,放凉与枯矾一同研磨成细末,过90目筛;
(2)取10g植物油放入干锅中,待干锅四周冒烟时,放入鲜花椒,改成小火,不断翻动花椒,待花椒炸干后关火,晾凉用漏勺取出花椒,即得花椒油,榨干的花椒晒干,研磨成细末待用;
(3)将五倍子、大蓟和地榆一同置于瓦罐内,加入原料药总重量2倍的高粱酒,浸泡35小时,过滤,滤液待用,滤渣置于瓦片上,小火慢烘13分钟,研磨成细末,过70目筛;
(4)将积雪草、儿茶、千里光和灯心草用35℃的温水浸泡25分钟,用水量为原料药总重量的3倍,置于砂锅内加水煎煮30分钟后,加入步骤(3)所得滤液,小火慢煎13分钟,停火静置1.5小时,取上清液待用;
(5)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得细末,加入步骤(4)所得上清液中,用小勺搅拌均匀后加入步骤(2)所得花椒油,装瓶即得药液。
实施例4 促进内痔手术伤口愈合的药液,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成(每份取20g):积雪草55份,儿茶25份,花椒7份,五倍子4份,大蓟4份,枯矾6份,地榆3份,龙骨5份,千里光4份,灯心草5份。
上述药液的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)将积雪草切成长1CM,宽0.5CM的条,置于沸水中氽烫2.5分钟捞出备用;
(2)将五倍子炒熟,取出晾凉,用擀面杖按压推碾成细末备用;
(3)将花椒、大蓟、枯矾、地榆、龙骨、千里光、灯心草用45℃的水浸泡30分钟,置于砂锅内加水煎煮40分钟,用水量为原料药总重量的4倍,过滤得滤液;
(4)将步骤(1)加工好的积雪草与步骤(3)所得滤液混合,置于高压锅内隔水蒸炖9分钟后,得混合物,取出备用;
(5)将儿茶置于细网纱布内,用擀面杖按压推碾,制成儿茶泥;
(6)将步骤(5)所得儿茶泥加入步骤(4)所得混合物中,搅拌均匀后,再次置于高压锅内隔水蒸炖4分钟,得混合物,取出备用;
(7)将步骤(2)中所得细末加入步骤(6)所得混合物中即可。
实施例5 促进内痔手术伤口愈合的药液,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成(每份取30g):积雪草50份,儿茶20份,花椒5份,五倍子3份,大蓟3份,枯矾5份,地榆3份,龙骨4份,千里光3份,灯心草4份。
上述药液的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)将龙骨打成硬币大小的块,置于铁质容器内,于无烟的炉火上煅制酥脆,放凉与枯矾一同研磨成细末,过100目筛;
(2)取10g植物油放入干锅中,待干锅四周冒烟时,放入鲜花椒,改成小火,不断翻动花椒,待花椒炸干后关火,晾凉用漏勺取出花椒,即得花椒油,榨干的花椒晒干,研磨成细末待用;
(3)将五倍子、大蓟和地榆一同置于瓦罐内,加入原料药总重量3倍的高粱酒,浸泡40小时,过滤,滤液待用,滤渣置于瓦片上,小火慢烘15分钟,研磨成细末,过80目筛;
(4)将积雪草、儿茶、千里光和灯心草用40℃的温水浸泡30分钟,用水量为原料药总重量的4倍,置于砂锅内加水煎煮35分钟后,加入步骤(3)所得滤液,小火慢煎15分钟,停火静置2小时,取上清液待用;
(5)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得细末,加入步骤(4)所得上清液中,用小勺搅拌均匀后加入步骤(2)所得花椒油,装瓶即得药液。
试验例1实施例5所得促进内痔手术伤口愈合功效的药液的临床应用:2011年1月-2014年1月,在4所医院筛选300例患者,其中女性150例,男性150例。试验之前1周,对该人群进行连续观察,记录症状及变化,随机分为两组,实验组及对照组,实验组使用实施例5所得产品,对照组使用其它药品(生肌愈皮膏、阿莫西林、云南白药等常规促进伤口愈合的药物)。使用方法为:为使本发明达到最佳的治疗效果,制成的药液,内痔手术后,伤口疼痛,发痒时即可使用,使用前,用力摇晃均匀,用棉棒站着药液轻轻擦拭伤口,待自感痊愈后停药。疗效情况判定标准:显效:使用本品后,不适症状消失,伤口愈合快;无效:使用本品后,不适症状无变化。结果如表1所示。

治疗效果:显效198例(99%),无效2例(1%),显效率99%,效果明显优于对照组。且无效中的2人在继续使用一段时间后,不适症状也均有所改善,因此不排除因使用时间短而使结果有所偏差。使用期间,无一人出现不适症状或副作用。
使用期间自感症状及其体力精神变化如表2所示。

由表2可知:使用3天,50%的患者不适症状改善,疼痛减轻;使用6天,73%以上的患者不适症状逐渐改善或消失,自感伤口痊愈;使用9天,95%以上的患者不适症状逐渐改善或消失,伤口痊愈。
Claims (10)
1.促进内痔手术伤口愈合的药液,其特征在于:取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:积雪草40-60份,儿茶10-30份,花椒3-9份,五倍子1-4份,大蓟1-5份,枯矾3-8份,地榆1-5份,龙骨1-8份,千里光1-5份,灯心草2-6份。
2.根据权利要求4所述的促进内痔手术伤口愈合的药液,其特征在于:取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:积雪草45-55份,儿茶15-25份,花椒4-7份,五倍子2-4份,大蓟2-4份,枯矾4-6份,地榆2-3份,龙骨3-5份,千里光2-4份,灯心草3-5份。
3.根据权利要求4所述的促进内痔手术伤口愈合的药液,其特征在于:取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:积雪草50份,儿茶20份,花椒5份,五倍子3份,大蓟3份,枯矾5份,地榆3份,龙骨4份,千里光3份,灯心草4份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述促进内痔手术伤口愈合的药液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
(1)将龙骨打成硬币大小的块,置于铁质容器内,于无烟的炉火上煅制酥脆,放凉与枯矾一同研磨成细末,过80-120目筛;
(2)取10g植物油放入干锅中,待干锅四周冒烟时,放入鲜花椒,改成小火,不断翻动花椒,待花椒炸干后关火,晾凉用漏勺取出花椒,即得花椒油,榨干的花椒晒干,研磨成细末待用;
(3)将五倍子、大蓟和地榆一同置于瓦罐内,加入原料药总重量1-5倍的高粱酒,浸泡30-50小时(优选40分钟),过滤,滤液待用,滤渣置于瓦片上,小火慢烘10-20分钟,研磨成细末,过60-100目筛;
(4)将积雪草、儿茶、千里光和灯心草用30-50℃的温水浸泡20-40分钟,用水量为原料药总重量的2-6倍,置于砂锅内加水煎煮20-50分钟后,加入步骤(3)所得滤液,小火慢煎10-20分钟,停火静置1-3小时,取上清液待用;
(5)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得细末,加入步骤(4)所得上清液中,用小勺搅拌均匀后加入步骤(2)所得花椒油,装瓶即得药液。
5.根据权利要求4所述药液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)细末过90-110目筛(优选细末过100目筛)。
6.根据权利要求4所述药液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)加入原料药总重量2-4倍的高粱酒(优选加入原料药总重量3倍的高粱酒)。
7.根据权利要求4所述药液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)小火慢烘13-18分钟,研磨成细末,过70-90目筛(优选小火慢烘15分钟,研磨成细末,过80目筛)。
8.根据权利要求4所述药液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)将积雪草、儿茶、千里光和灯心草用35-45℃的温水浸泡25-35分钟(优选将积雪草、儿茶、千里光和灯心草用40℃的温水浸泡30分钟)。
9.根据权利要求4所述药液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)用水量为原料药总重量的3-5倍(优选用水量为原料药总重量的4倍)。
10.根据权利要求4所述药液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)小火慢煎13-18分钟,停火静置1.5-2.5小时,取上清液待用(优选小火慢煎15分钟,停火静置2小时,取上清液待用)。
