Abstract
本发明公开了一种汤汁过滤器，它是在支架的右端设有支撑杆，支撑杆的左侧设有固定杆，固定杆的上侧设有张紧臂，支架的下中部设有连接轴，固定杆由张紧臂安装在支架的连接轴上，连接轴的外端装有张紧卡簧，支架的上端设有滤网，滤网的左侧设有漏斗，漏斗的下端设有出汤口，固定杆的底端设有手柄，使用时，将支撑杆卡装在锅体上，锅体的上端设有锅沿，将固定杆的顶端卡装在锅沿内，即可将滤网固定，本发明结构简单，加工生产成本低，使用方便效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种炊具，确切的说是一种汤汁过滤器。
背景技术
在日常饮食的佐餐中，汤内食品的营养价值较高，特别是鱼汤或骨头汤，这些富含营养的汤汁对婴幼儿的生长发育至头重要，但由于鱼汤或骨汤内含有大小不等的鱼刺或骨渣，会给婴幼儿的饮用带来一定的安全隐患，食用时必须精心过滤才能食用，但目前尚无理想的炊具可用。因此，人们对汤汁过滤的炊具存在极大的需求。
发明内容
本发明人经过反复的研究试验，终于成功的研制出汤汁过滤器，从而完成了本发明。
本发明的目的就是提供一种汤汁过滤器，以过滤汤内的鱼刺、碎骨等杂质，给食用者带来安全和方便。
本发明的方案包括锅体及过滤器，过滤器由支架、支撑杆、固定杆、滤网及漏斗组成，其结构特点是在支架的右端设有两个支撑杆，支撑杆横向排列固定在支架的两侧，支撑杆的左侧设有固定杆，固定杆的上侧设有张紧臂，支架的下中部设有连接轴，固定杆由张紧臂安装在支架的连接轴上，连接轴的外端装有张紧卡簧，张紧卡簧的右端卡装在张紧臂上，支架的上端设有滤网，滤网的左侧设有漏斗，漏斗的底端密封，漏斗的下中部设有出汤口，固定杆的底端设有手柄。使用时，将支撑杆卡装在锅体上，锅体的上端设有锅沿，将固定杆的顶端卡装在锅沿内，即可将滤网固定。为了便于用户选择使用，本发明还设有插接式锅体过滤器、插装式过滤勺过滤器和插销式固定过滤器。
本发明结构简单，设计合理，加工生产成本低，使用方便效果好。

具体实施方式
图1-2中示出的支架7的右端设有两个支撑杆9，支撑杆横向排列固定在支架的两侧，支撑杆的左侧设有固定杆2，固定杆的上侧设有张紧臂8，支架的下中部设有连接轴3，固定杆由张紧臂安装在连接轴上，连接轴的外侧装有张紧卡簧，张紧卡簧的右端卡装在张紧臂上，支架的上端设有滤网6，滤网的左侧设有漏斗5，漏斗的底端密封，漏斗的下中部设有出汤口4，固定杆的底端设有手柄1，锅体11的上端设有锅沿10。
图3-4中示出的插接式锅体12的前侧设有插接槽13，插接槽内设有过滤网14，过滤网的下端设有插接杆15。使用时，将过滤网下端的插接杆插入插接槽内。
图5-6中示出的插装式过滤勺17的前侧开有出料口16，出料口上设有插装槽18，插装槽内设有滤网19。使用时，将滤网装入出料口的插装槽内。
图7中示出的插销式固定过滤器，由支架、支撑杆、固定杆及支撑滑块组成，支架25的右侧设有两个支撑杆27，支撑杆横向排列固定在支架的两侧，支撑杆的左侧设有固定杆20，固定杆的上侧设有张紧臂26，支架的下中部设有连接轴，连接轴的下端设有张紧弹簧21，张紧弹簧的右端设有支撑滑块，支撑滑块位于张紧臂的下端，支架的上端设有滤网24，滤网的左端设有漏斗23，漏斗的底端密封，漏斗的下中部设有出汤口22，锅体29的上端设有锅沿28。使用时，将插销式固定过滤器的支撑杆卡装在锅体上，把固定杆的顶端卡装在锅沿内，张紧弹簧将支撑滑块向右顶出，将固定杆固定在锅体上。
Claims (4)
1.一种汤汁过滤器，由支架、支撑杆、固定杆、滤网及漏斗组成，其特征在于：所述支架（7）的右端设有两个支撑杆（9），支撑杆横向排列固定在支架的两侧，支撑杆的左侧设有固定杆（2），固定杆的上侧设有张紧臂（8），支架的下中部设有连接轴（3），固定杆由张紧臂安装在连接轴上，连接轴的外侧装有张紧卡簧，张紧卡簧的右端卡装在张紧臂上，支架的上端设有滤网（6），滤网的左侧设有漏斗（5），漏斗的底端密封，漏斗的下中部设有出汤口（4），固定杆的底端设有手柄（1），锅体11的上端设有锅沿（10）。
2.一种插接式汤汁过滤器，其特征在于：插接式锅体（12）的前侧设有插接槽（13），插接槽内设有过滤网（14），过滤网的下端设有插接杆（15），过滤网下端的插接杆插入插接槽内。
3.一种插装式过滤勺，其特征在于：插装式过滤勺（17）的前侧开有出料口（16），出料口上设有插装槽（18），插装槽内设有滤网（19），滤网装入出料口的插装槽内。
4.一种插销式固定过滤器，由支架、支撑杆、固定杆及支撑滑块组成，其特征在于：支架（25）的右侧设有两个支撑杆（27），支撑杆横向排列固定在支架的两侧，支撑杆的左侧设有固定杆（20），固定杆的上侧设有张紧臂（26），支架的下中部设有连接轴，连接轴的下端设有张紧弹簧（21），张紧弹簧的右端设有支撑滑块，支撑滑块位于张紧臂的下端，支架的上端设有滤网（24），滤网的左端设有漏斗（23），漏斗的底端密封，漏斗的下中部设有出汤口（22）。
