一种多轴小孔钻孔攻丝装置,是由底板、导轨、滑块、导杆、前盖、后盖、固定板、减速步进电机、电机、齿条、齿轮、传动齿轮、传动轴、铜套、夹具、刀柄、铜环、弹簧挡圈、联轴器组成的,其特征在于:导轨和齿条固定在底板上,固定板固定在滑块上,固定板上固定减速步进电机和电机,齿轮与电机连接,齿轮与齿条啮合,后盖固定在固定板上,传动轴通过铜套固定在前盖和后盖的孔内,导杆通过铜套和铜环固定在前盖和后盖的孔内,弹簧挡圈固定在刀柄的内槽上,夹具在导杆的前面,联轴器用来连接导杆和减速步进电机的输出轴,传动齿轮固定在刀柄和传动轴上。该发明的有益之处是:该装置能够一次性加工多个间距小的小孔,提高了加工效率。

[0001] 本发明涉及一种钻孔攻丝装置,具体地说是导杆、电机、导轨等构成的一种多轴小孔钻孔攻丝装置,属于机械加工领域。

[0002]目前,多轴钻孔攻丝设备已相当完善,但其成本却越来越高,小孔的钻孔攻丝设备的成本更高,本设计针对一种特殊结构的散热片钻孔攻丝进行设计,由于孔与孔的间距太小,目前没有一种多轴钻孔攻丝设备能够加工,若是一个一个的孔进行加工,将会影响整个装配的效率,通过设计一种三孔自动钻孔攻丝加工设备,能够解决上述难题,而目前市场上没有该类设备。

[0008] —种多轴小孔钻孔攻丝装置,是由底板1、导轨2、滑块3、导杆4、前盖5、后盖6、固定板7、减速步进电机8、电机9、齿条10、齿轮11、传动齿轮12、传动轴13、铜套14、夹具15、刀柄16、铜环17、弹簧挡圈18、联轴器19组成的,其特征在于:导轨2和齿条10固定在底板I上,固定板7固定在滑块3上,固定板7上固定减速步进电机8和电机9,齿轮11与电机9连接,齿轮11与齿条10啮合,后盖6固定在固定板7上,传动轴13通过铜套14固定在前盖5和后盖6的孔内,导杆4通过铜套14和铜环17固定在前盖5和后盖6的孔内,弹簧挡圈18固定在刀柄16的内槽上,夹具15在导杆4的前面,联轴器19用来连接导杆4和减速步进电机8的输出轴,传动齿轮12固定在刀柄16和传动轴13上。
