本发明为适合多领域湿式水解过滤有害气体而设计。它能旋转自动带水清洗循环过滤轮。根据气体性质流量，自动可调过滤轮，在一体内设多级气体隔离轮式循环过滤。体积根据环境需要，可大型固定设计，也可移动型的设计。小型的可各种款式，外型设计直至随身便携型。

技术领域
本发明是一种轮转带水式气体过滤净化器，净化空气的一种新款设计，属于环保领域的机械产品。 
背景技术
目前因空气污染产生各款式用于净化空气或化工生产过滤设备：干式有滤网型或有活性碳之类的空气滤清器，湿式有喷雾压力式或离心成雾过滤式。因用途的多样性需要，本设计为轮转式水解多道净化过滤器，可设1-6道以上的过滤器，以便将微细颗粒物在吸水膨胀后被有效截留在水解液中。 
发明内容
本设计有以下优点。 
体积可大可小，功率设计可从5W至10KW之间。电机功率可直流或交流，便于多领域使用。 
滤网设置根据用途可设多道过滤轮从粗到细。带水轮速可调节，便于风压气流效率调节，全程可控。 
净化水解液可自动更换或手动更换。 
进风口先进入减速电机位冷却电机，增强电机使用效率。防止温度升高烧坏电机适应长时间工作需要。 
水解液内可加入中和剂或防病毒剂(中药材等)，根据不同时期需要可保护人们健康。 
可移动使用设计，或固定型设计，最小的可随身携带。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域的普通技术人员更加清楚本发明的目的，技术方案和优点，以下结合附图和实施案列对本发明做进一步阐述。 
(1)为风机压力接入口。(2)可调节式减速电机，交流直流都可。(3)安装密封盖板引出进风管。(4)风冷却电机后入滤网一侧。(5)自动补水电磁阀，受总程序控制。(6)第一道粗过滤网。(7)上部轮外密封挡水，因过滤轮为海绵制作圆形，外圆呈弧形，挡水封为凹弧形配合。(8)第二道过滤细网。(9)第三道微过滤网。(10)中和剂添加口，并可吊放袋装中药材，不同季节或病毒流行期添加预防保健措施。(11)净化气体流出方向集罩。(12)螺或扣固定安装配门。(13)引管口接入使用区域。(14)前安装门盖。(15) 装备型过滤轮骨架。(16)换水电磁阀。(17)底座固定架。(18)移动自锁轮。(19)漩涡风机。(20)净化水解液。 

Claims (5)

1.轮式水解净化器，其特征在于：所述的水解液在轮速调节下将气体中的有害物质循环过滤并冲入水中，根据环境需要可设多道滤轮，以达到最佳效果为目的。 
2.轮式水解净化器，其特征在于：所述的过滤轮从粗到细微网孔，材质可多样性，以耐高温，抗腐蚀为首选，模压成型或者胚成型，附压在塑钢轮架上。 
3.轮式水解净化器，其特征在于：配备功率根据体积需要设计，最大容积适合燃煤烟尘T／h设计。最小可随身携带(电池供电)，移动，固定多用途设计。 
4.轮式水解净化器，其特征在于：水解液可以自动更换，也可手动更换。添加剂根据使用环境有害气体性质来选择。保健类消毒灭菌剂根据季节或防病毒流行期选配(包括香料等)。 
5.轮式水解净化器，其特征在于：燃煤，燃油，燃气(包括垃圾燃烧)的气体净化水解液可化工集中回收利用(产生新的化工产品)。 
空气循环净化空调机以及绿色呼吸空气机的水解液无有害物质排放，可随意处理。
