Abstract
本发明涉及在数字喷墨印花过程中的一种利用地毯水洗装置的水洗工艺，一种地毯水洗装置，包括糊料回收装置、水洗槽、四根导辊、第一道喷水装置、第二道喷水装置、水流冲洗装置和真空吸水装置。所述糊料回收装置包括两组吸料筒、抽吸管道、真空泵、过滤装置、离心脱水装置及混合桶；所述水洗槽为一个长度2m、宽4.3m、深1.3m的梯形槽，水槽内安装有水流冲洗装置和两个导辊。该方法能彻底去除地毯中残存的糊料，地毯品质好，且水洗过程水循环利用，节约水资源，糊料的回收利用，降低印染污水的处理难度，效益提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于地毯印花生产技术领域，尤其涉及在数字喷墨印花过程中的一种利用地毯水洗装置的水洗工艺。
背景技术
地毯数字喷射印花的生产方式是将印染浆料喷射到白坯地毯上，印染出各种绚丽多彩的图案，数字喷射印花技术得到的产品图案丰富，颜色艳丽，图案变换方便，生产效率高，生产成本低，所以数字喷射印花地毯一上市就立受到了众多经济型宾馆酒店的青睐。随着整个社会环保意识的提高，印花过程中，印花浆料中含一定量的糊料和助剂，水洗时一起进入废水中。若地毯中糊料和助剂洗出不充分，地毯后序烘干困难，而且在仓储、运输过程中也会因为地毯中有残存的糊料，容易滋生细菌，从而造成地毯发霉、报废。若将糊料和助剂充分洗出，则需要大量的水冲洗，水洗工序耗水量达到6-8吨/小时，水耗成本高，污水处理的压力大，且加工效率低，耗时耗力。
因此，如何解决地毯中残留物质的有效去除，是地毯印花生产技术领域当前亟待解决的重要问题。
发明内容
为解决上述生产过程中存在的技术问题，本发明提供在数字喷墨印花过程中的一种利用地毯水洗装置的水洗工艺，该方法耗水少、水洗效率高。
一种地毯水洗装置，包括糊料回收装置、水洗槽、导辊、第一道喷水装置、第二道喷水装置、水流冲洗装置和真空吸水装置。所述糊料回收装置包括两组吸料筒、抽吸管道、真空泵、过滤装置、离心脱水装置及混合桶，所述吸料筒带有负压吸口和刮刀板；所述水洗槽为一个长度2m、宽4.3m、深1.3m的梯形槽，水槽内安装有水流冲洗装置和两个导辊。
所述吸料筒通过抽吸管道与真空泵入口连接；真空泵出口依次与过滤装置、离心脱水装置和混合桶连接。
所述水洗槽包括自动加水系统控制、循环泵和过滤器，通过自动加水系统控制控制水洗槽内水位，过循环泵和过滤器对水槽内的水进行循环过滤除去杂质。
该地毯水洗装置包括四根直径为200mm的导辊，水槽内部设有两个导辊，水槽进出口分别设置有一个导辊，用于牵引地毯通过水洗槽。
所述真空吸水装置用来回收在印花地毯出了蒸化箱后经水洗到进入烘箱干燥前所产生的水，本装置解决了印花地毯湿润不均匀的问题能更好的去除糊料等印染助剂，提高地毯的品质，而且用该套设备收集用过的水，处理后继续供水洗地毯使用，起到了节水的作用，每平方米可节水30公斤/平方米。
利用上述地毯水洗装置的水洗工艺，主要包括以下步骤：
(1)糊料回收
将喷印固色后的印花地毯毯面朝上，与水平成15-20°角，地毯经过两组吸料口，其负压为0.025-0.03MPa，吸料口抽吸的糊料通过滤器过滤，离心脱水后，经管道回收到混合桶内，地毯经过抽吸可除去毯面90％以上的糊料，所得糊料可调配后再次利用。
(2)地毯水洗
a.抽吸后的地毯经导辊进入水洗槽，入水前，第一道喷水装置对毯面进行喷水；
b.地毯入水后，水流冲洗装置对地毯毯面进行冲洗，以便于更好地去除地毯毯面残留的糊料和助剂；
c.地毯经导辊导出水面，第二道喷水装置对毯面再次进行喷水；
d.地毯通过导辊出水洗区，真空吸水装置对毯面进行抽吸，并将污水排入水洗槽，水洗完成。
地毯水洗完成后即可进入烘干处理阶段。
所述水洗槽通过自动加水系统控制控制水洗槽内水位，保证工作水位控制在0.8米，并通过循环泵和过滤器对水槽内的水进行循环过滤除去杂质。
本发明的装置能最大限度地将糊料从印花地毯上的刮吸去除，地毯后序容易洗净烘干，地毯品质好，不易发霉，利于地毯的日常保养。且耗水量低，水循环利用，节约水资源；印染糊料的回收利用率高，回收的糊料输送到过滤除杂装置，除水、混合及检测分析化学处理后再利用，减少了水洗的压力，降低了污水的环保处理的难度，节省助剂资源消耗，节能减排增加经济效益。

具体实施方式
一种地毯水洗装置，包括糊料回收装置、水洗槽8、导辊7、喷水装置10、水流冲洗装置9和真空吸水装置13。所述糊料回收装置包括两组吸料筒1、抽吸管道2、真空泵3、过滤装置4、离心脱水装置5及混合桶6；所述水洗槽为一个长度2m、宽4.3m、深1.3m的梯形槽，水槽内安装有水流冲洗装置9和两个导辊7。
所述吸料筒1通过抽吸管道2与真空泵3入口连接；真空泵3出口依次与过滤装置4、离心脱水装置5和混合桶6连接。
所述水洗槽8内设有自动加水系统控制，主要包括过滤器11和循环泵12，通过自动加水系统控制控制水洗槽内水位，过循环泵和过滤器对水槽内的水进行循环过滤除去杂质。
所述导辊直径为200mm，用于牵引地毯通过水洗槽。
利用上述地毯水洗装置的水洗工艺，主要包括以下步骤：
(1)糊料回收
将喷印固色后的印花地毯毯面朝上，与水平成15-20°角，地毯经过两组吸料口，其负压为0.025-0.03MPa，吸料口抽吸的糊料通过滤器过滤，离心脱水后，经管道回收到混合桶内，地毯经过抽吸可除去毯面90％以上的糊料，所得糊料可调配后再次利用。
(2)地毯水洗
a.抽吸后的地毯经导辊进入水洗槽，入水前，第一道喷水装置对毯面进行喷水；
b.地毯入水后，水流冲洗装置对地毯毯面进行冲洗，以便于更好地去除地毯毯面残留的糊料和助剂；
c.地毯经导辊导出水面，第二道喷水装置对毯面再次进行喷水；
d.地毯通过导辊出水洗区，真空吸水装置对毯面进行抽吸，并将污水排入水洗槽，水洗完成。
利用本发明装置前后印花水消耗由原来的67.2kg/m2减少为24.3kg/m2，印染糊料回收120kg，回收率达92％，地毯无返工。

1.一种利用地毯水洗装置的水洗工艺，该地毯水洗装置包括糊料回收装置、水洗槽、导辊、第一道喷水装置、第二道喷水装置、水流冲洗装置和真空吸水装置，所述糊料回收装置包括两组吸料筒、抽吸管道、真空泵、过滤装置、离心脱水装置及混合桶，所述吸料筒带有负压吸口和刮刀板，所述吸料筒通过抽吸管道与真空泵入口连接，真空泵出口依次与过滤装置、离心脱水装置和混合桶连接；所述水洗槽包括自动加水系统控制、循环泵和过滤器；所述水流冲洗装置安装于水洗槽内部；所述水洗槽为一个长度2m、宽4.3m、深1.3m的梯形槽，水槽内安装有水流冲洗装置和两个导辊，其特征在于：主要包括以下步骤：
(1)糊料回收
将喷印固色后的印花地毯毯面朝上，与水平成15-20°角，地毯经过两组吸料口，其负压为0.025-0.03MPa，吸料口抽吸的糊料通过滤器过滤，离心脱水后，经管道回收到混合桶内，地毯经过抽吸可除去毯面90％以上的糊料，所得糊料可调配后再次利用；
