饮食本身存在潜在的致癌因素,食物贮存方式不合理、饮食结构不合理、不良饮食习惯等都是导致癌症的主要因素,食品污染、添加剂的广泛应用则是近年来癌症高发的因素之一。祖国医学认为:“正气存内,邪不可干”。我们知道,人体免疫系统正常,即使摄入少量致癌物质,亦会“祛邪于外。”健康专家认为,人们每天都要吃进一些含有致癌物质的食品,但并非人人都患癌症,这是因为人体内具有一套完整的抗癌系统,能够抵挡得住癌细胞对人体的侵袭,只有少数由于缺乏免疫力的人才会得癌症。只要平衡膳食,不偏食,自会保证人体每日摄入足够的营养素。反之,若膳食结构不合理,营养不良或营养过剩则能促发癌症。大量流行病学调查和动物实验研究证实,膳食结构不合理,营养缺乏是恶性肿瘤的一个重要发病因素。蛋白质摄入不足、重要矿物质和一些微量元素如铁、钙、硒、锗、锌的缺乏,维生素A、E、B、C等摄取不足均可导致癌症的发生。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种以蛋白粉和食用菌提取物为主要原料,具有预防癌症及减肥瘦身的的一种蛋白粉制剂及生产方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的。它是由下述重量百分比的原料制成的,大豆分离蛋白40-50%,浓缩乳清蛋白30-40%,猴头菇提取物2%,灰树花提取物3%,卵磷脂2%,低聚果糖10%,低聚木糖3%。
制备本发明一种蛋白粉制剂优选重量百分比范围是,大豆分离蛋白40%,浓缩乳清蛋白40%,猴头菇提取物2%,灰树花提取物3%;卵磷脂2%,低聚果糖10%,低聚木糖3%。
制备本发明一种蛋白粉制剂最佳重量百分比范围是,大豆分离蛋白50%,浓缩乳清蛋白30%,猴头菇提取物2%,灰树花提取物3%;卵磷脂2%,低聚果糖10%,低聚木糖3%。
将上述各组份制成本发明一种蛋白粉制剂的生产方法,主要工艺流程为:制备大豆分离蛋白、粉碎、灭菌、定量、成品,具体操作方法依次按下列步骤:
A、制备大豆分离蛋白:
(1)食用豆粕粉碎过60目筛,加8倍的水,用15%的氢氧化铵溶液调节PH8.5,在55℃提取2h,分离提取液和渣;
(2)渣按(1)步骤用豆粕量8倍的水重复提取一次,分离的提取液,合并二次提取液;
(3)提取液用酸调PH4.5,沉淀,分离的湿的大豆分离蛋白,洗涤后脱水,干燥得大豆分离蛋白;
B、粉碎、按上述质量百分比,将制得的大豆分离蛋白及浓缩乳清蛋白,猴头菇提取物,灰树花提取物,卵磷脂,低聚果糖,低聚木糖利用粉碎机粉碎,过60目筛后混合均匀,制得混合蛋白粉,备用;
C、灭菌、将上述混合后的混合蛋白粉除去生产过程中产生的杂质,经紫外线照射1-2分钟瞬间照射灭菌;
D、定量、装袋、封口,按所需重量装袋,每包重量规定相差不超过±1克;
E、检验合格后制成成品。
本发明的一种蛋白粉复合食用菌提取物,在保证蛋白质营养的同时,增加了食用菌所含有的多糖、矿物质等,使营养更全面、均衡,在预防癌症的同时,可以作为减肥瘦身的食品。
本发明中,大豆分离蛋白具有高蛋白、低脂、增钙、降胆固醇的功效,可有效的补充人体所需蛋白和能量,并且对需要低热量膳食的减肥者而言,用大豆蛋白代替膳食中部分蛋白,不仅降低了胆固醇与饱和脂肪的摄入量,同时也达到了营养摄取的均衡。大豆分离蛋白粉去除了大豆中原有的营养抑制因子胰蛋白酶抑制剂,不会有消化不良、胃胀气等不适反应。大豆分离蛋白增强免疫功能 ;有利于心血管系统的健康 ;提供婴儿的儿童母乳化的功能食品 ;有利于肌肉健壮和增强体力、提高运动效果 ;改善精神面貌、提高工作和学习效率 ;增强骨骼 ;有利于保健最佳体重 ;为乳糖不耐症、酪蛋白和谷蛋白过敏者提供优质蛋白 ;减少皮肤皱纹和光老化,促进伤口愈合 ;延年益寿 。运动中的我们需要消耗更多的蛋白质来延缓或者构筑肌肉。乳清蛋白中特别含有丰富的支链氨基酸,而支链氨基酸具有阻止肌肉分解,促进肌肉合成的功效,对于修复运动损伤也大有禆益。猴头菇提取物具有健胃,补虚,抗癌,益肾精之功效;灰树花提取物具有防癌、抗癌及提高人体免疫功能的作用,对肝硬化、糖尿病、水肿、脚气病、小便不利等症有显著疗效。常食能补身健体,益寿延年。卵磷脂可健康心脏、有益大脑、柔润皮肤、延缓衰老。低聚果糖能促进微量元素铁、钙的吸收与利用,以防止骨质疏松症;可减少肝脏毒素,能在肠中生成抗癌的有机酸,有显著的防癌功能;且口味纯正香甜可口,具有类似脂肪的香味和爽口的滑腻感。低聚木糖具有减少身体内有毒发酵产物及有害细菌酶的产生,抑制病原菌和腹泻,防止便秘,保护肝脏功能,降低血清胆固醇,降低血压,能增强机体免疫力,抗癌等功效。
本发明的工艺优点在于:1、选择原料,配方科学,生产工艺先进,其产品产不仅保健人体,并方便存放;2、产品中不添加防腐剂,保持原料本身的营养成份,易被人体吸收;3原料来源广泛,加工艺线路短,产品易加工制造。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明
实施例1:
制备本发明一种蛋白粉制剂是由下列组份原料制成的,按重量百分比为:大豆分离蛋白40-50%,浓缩乳清蛋白30-40%,猴头菇提取物2%,灰树花提取物3%,卵磷脂2%,低聚果糖10%,低聚木糖3%。
实施例2:
制备本发明一种蛋白粉制剂优选重量百分比范围是:大豆分离蛋白40%,浓缩乳清蛋白40%,猴头菇提取物2%,灰树花提取物3%;卵磷脂2%,低聚果糖10%,低聚木糖3%。

实施例4:
将上述各组份制成本发明一种蛋白粉制剂的生产方法,主要工艺流程为:制备大豆分离蛋白、粉碎、灭菌、定量、成品,具体操作方法依次按下列步骤:

Claims (4)
1.一种蛋白粉制剂,其特征在于:它是由下述重量百分比的原料制成的,大豆分离蛋白40-50%,浓缩乳清蛋白30-40%,猴头菇提取物2%,灰树花提取物3%,卵磷脂2%,低聚果糖10%,低聚木糖3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蛋白粉制剂,其特征在于:其中各种原料的重量百分比是,大豆分离蛋白40%,浓缩乳清蛋白40%,猴头菇提取物2%,灰树花提取物3%;卵磷脂2%,低聚果糖10%,低聚木糖3%。

4.根据权利要求1-3所述的一种蛋白粉制剂的生产方法,其特征在于:主要工艺流程为:制备大豆分离蛋白、粉碎、灭菌、定量、成品,具体操作方法依次按下列步骤:
A、制备大豆分离蛋白:
(1)食用豆粕粉碎过60目筛,加8倍的水,用15%的氢氧化铵溶液调节PH8.5,在55℃提取2h,分离提取液和渣;
