Abstract
本发明涉及悬索桥领域,具体涉及一种大跨度悬索桥加劲梁桥面板,其包括:钢纵横梁结构、混凝土桥面板结构和铺装层;所述混凝土桥面板结构铺于所述钢纵横梁结构的上面,所述铺装层铺于所述混凝土桥面板结构的上面;所述钢纵横梁结构由两个主纵梁和多个横梁组成,横梁和主纵梁之间固定连接;所述铺装层包括自上而下逐层铺设的SMA改性沥青、玻璃纤维格栅、热洒布改性沥青混凝土。本发明能够降低钢用量,提高桥面板的耐久性,增强桥面板和铺设层之间的粘结力。
Description
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及悬索桥领域,具体涉及大跨度悬索桥加劲梁桥面板。
背景技术
[0002] 悬索桥,如图1所示,由主缆索03、塔架、锚碇、吊杆、加劲梁05和桥面等主要构件组成,桥面荷载经加劲梁05、吊杆传给主缆索03,再由主缆索03传至塔架和两端的锚碇。主缆索03为结构体系中的主要承重构件,通过塔顶索鞍07悬挂在主塔02上并通过锚碇01固于两端锚固体中的柔性承重构件。主塔02是悬索桥抵抗竖向荷载的主要承重构件,支承主缆的重要构件。加劲梁05:悬索桥承受风荷载和其它横向水平力的主要构件,提供桥面和防止桥面发生过大的挠曲变形和扭曲变形,主要承受弯曲内力。吊索06:将加劲梁05自重、外荷载传递到主缆的传力构件,通过索夹04连接主缆索03,是联系加劲梁05和主缆的纽带。
[0003] 现有的大跨度悬索桥的加劲梁一般采用钢箱梁或钢桁梁两种结构形式,桥面板均为钢结构,桥面铺装采用环氧浙青,用钢量大、桥面铺装造价高、后期养护维修费用高,且环氧浙青与钢结构桥面板之间的粘结性能较差。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的实施例提供一种大跨度悬索桥加劲梁桥面板,能够降低桥梁用钢量,在钢纵横梁结构上增加混凝土桥面板结构,减少用钢量;并在混凝土桥面板结构上铺设50毫米厚SMA16改性浙青、玻璃纤维格栅抗裂层+热洒布改性浙青防水粘结层的结构形式,可提高桥面板与铺装层之间的粘结性能,相对在钢面板上设置铺装层来说,更换也更加方便。
[0005] 根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种大跨度悬索桥加劲梁桥面板,包括:钢纵横梁结构、混凝土桥面板结构和铺装层;所述混凝土桥面板结构铺于所述钢纵横梁结构的上面,所述铺装层铺于所述混凝土桥面板结构的上面;所述钢纵横梁结构由两个主纵梁和多个横梁组成,横梁和主纵梁之间固定连接;所述铺装层包括自上而下逐层铺设的SMA改性浙青、玻璃纤维格栅、热洒布改性浙青混凝土。

[0012] 通过本发明的实施例提供的大跨度悬索桥加劲梁桥面板,与现有技术相比,包括钢纵横梁结构、混凝土桥面板结构和铺装层,混凝土桥面板结构处于钢纵横梁结构的上方,减少了钢用量,且适合大跨度梁。而且,铺装层包括铺设于混凝土面板上,自上而下逐层铺设的SMA改性浙青、玻璃纤维格栅、热洒布改性浙青混凝土,其中,相对环氧浙青,SMA浙青混凝土是一种由浙青、纤维稳定剂、矿粉和少量细集料组成的浙青玛蹄脂填充间断级配的粗集料骨架间隙而组成的浙青混凝土,因此,SMA改性浙青提高了混凝土面板和铺装层之间的粘结性能,增强桥面结构的耐久性;玻璃纤维格栅起到抗裂的效果,增加强度;另一方面,由于SMA改性浙青的造价远远低于环氧浙青,大大降低了工程造价及桥梁结构的后期养护费用,后期更换中,相对在钢面板上铺设铺装层来说,在混凝土桥面板上铺设铺装层更方便、容易,操作简单。

[0022] 大跨度悬索桥加劲桥面板,如图2所示,包括:钢纵横梁3结构和混凝土桥面板结构2、铺装层;混凝土桥面板结构2处于钢纵横梁3结构的上方;这种结构方式能够减少用钢量,减少成本。
[0023] 其中,钢纵横梁3结构由两个主纵梁4和多个横梁3组成,主纵梁4与悬索桥的轴线相平行,两个主纵梁4通过横梁3相连接,横梁3呈密布状态,横梁3和主纵梁4之间固定连接,本实施例中固定连接的方式采用栓接或焊接方式。
[0024] 如图3所示,铺装层包括在钢筋混凝土面板上,自上而下逐层铺设的SMA改性浙青、玻璃纤维格栅、热洒布改性浙青混凝土。采用这种铺装层,钢筋混凝土桥面板上铺设50毫米厚的SMA16改性浙青,SMA改性浙青提高了混凝土面板和铺装层之间的粘结性能,增强桥面结构的耐久性;玻璃纤维作为抗裂层;热洒布改性浙青具备防水粘结性,提高了混凝土桥面板与铺装层之间的粘结性能,增加桥面结构的耐久性。而且,更换、后期维护铺装层都较现有技术(钢桥面板上铺装铺装层)更换方便、易操作。
[0025] 钢纵横梁3结构处于加劲梁外侧的主纵梁4上方设置人行道6 ;钢筋混凝土桥面板结构2处于钢纵横梁3结构中心区的上方,且设置机动车道。人行道、机动车道的宽度比例可以根据具体需要设定。本结构将人行道6和车行道分开,而且,考虑到桥面受到车辆的作用力巨大,需要具备耐久性和耐磨损性,因此,在钢纵横梁3结构中心区的上方设置混凝土桥面板结构2,而钢纵横梁3结构两侧的主纵梁4上方不必设置混凝土桥面板结构2。
[0026] 本悬索桥为大跨度桥,可以将两个方向的行车分开,中间为桥梁中心线1,均设置机动车道和人行道6,
[0027] 其中,悬索桥吊索5的一端与人行道6与机动车道之间的钢纵横梁3结构固定连接,另一端与主缆固定连接。即吊索5布置在人行道6与机动车道之间,这种设计能够减小横梁3跨度,降低大跨度悬索桥加劲桥面板的钢量和造价。
[0028] 为了提高钢纵横梁3结构的稳定性和力的传递效果,横梁3和主纵梁4之间需要固定连接,以提高稳定性,其中横梁3和主纵梁4之间可以采用栓接或焊接的方式。本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况选择合适的连接方式。
[0029] 为了改进悬索桥的排水和通风问题,钢纵横梁3结构处于加劲梁外侧的主纵梁4设有排水管8和风嘴7,即排水管8和风嘴7都设置于人行道6下方。主纵梁4不仅参与结构受力外,兼做人行道6、风嘴7、排水管8的功能。

1.一种大跨度悬索桥加劲梁桥面板,其特征在于,包括:钢纵横梁结构、混凝土桥面板结构和铺装层;所述混凝土桥面板结构铺于所述钢纵横梁结构的上面,所述铺装层铺于所述混凝土桥面板结构的上面;所述钢纵横梁结构由两个主纵梁和多个横梁组成,横梁和主纵梁之间固定连接;所述铺装层包括自上而下逐层铺设的SMA改性浙青、玻璃纤维格栅、热洒布改性浙青混凝土。
2.如权利要求1所述的大跨度悬索桥加劲梁桥面板,其特征在于,所述钢纵横梁结构处于所述加劲梁外侧的主纵梁上方设置人行道;所述混凝土桥面板结构处于所述钢纵横梁结构中心区的上方,且设置机动车道。
3.如权利要求1所述的大跨度悬索桥加劲梁桥面板,其特征在于,悬索桥吊索的一端与人行道与机动车道之间的钢主纵梁结构固定连接,另一端与主缆固定连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的大跨度悬索桥加劲梁桥面板,其特征在于,所述钢纵横梁结构处于所述加劲梁外侧的主纵梁设有排水管。
5.如权利要求4所述的大跨度悬索桥加劲梁桥面板,其特征在于,所述钢纵横梁结构处于所述加劲梁外侧的主纵梁设有风嘴。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的大跨度悬索桥加劲梁桥面板,其特征在于,所述横梁和所述主纵梁之间固定连接的方式包括栓接。
