背景技术
[0002] 玻璃钢别名玻璃纤维增强塑料,俗称FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastics),即纤维增强复合塑料。根据采用的纤维不同分为玻璃纤维增强复合塑料(GFRP),碳纤维增强复合塑料(CFRP),硼纤维增强复合塑料等。它是以玻璃纤维及其制品(玻璃布、带、毡、纱等)作为增强材料,以合成树脂作基体材料的一种复合材料。纤维增强复合材料是由增强纤维和基体组成。纤维(或晶须)的直径很小,一般在ΙΟμπι以下,缺陷较少又较小,断裂应变约为千分之三十以内,是脆性材料,易损伤、断裂和受到腐蚀。基体相对于纤维来说,强度、模量都要低很多,但可以经受住大的应变,往往具有粘弹性和弹塑性,是韧性材料。由于所使用的树脂品种不同,因此有聚酯玻璃钢、环氧玻璃钢、酚醛玻璃钢之称。质轻而硬,不导电,机械强度高,回收利用少,耐腐蚀。可以代替钢材制造机器零件和汽车、船舶外壳等。
[0003] 玻璃钢的优点是:轻质高强。相对密度在1.5〜2.0之间,只有碳钢的1/Γ1/5,可是拉伸强度却接近,甚至超过碳素钢,而比强度可以与高级合金钢相比。因此,在航空、火箭、宇宙飞行器、高压容器以及在其他需要减轻自重的制品应用中,都具有卓越成效。某些环氧FRP的拉伸、弯曲和压缩强度均能达到400Mpa以上。耐腐蚀。FRP是良好的耐腐材料,对大气、水和一般浓度的酸、碱、盐以及多种油类和溶剂都有较好的抵抗能力。已应用到化工防腐的各个方面,正在取代碳钢、不锈钢、木材、有色金属等。电性能好。是优良的绝缘材料,用来制造绝缘体。高频下仍能保护良好介电性。微波透过性良好,已广泛用于雷达天线罩。热性能良好。FRP热导率低,室温下为1.25〜1.67kJ/ (m.h.K),只有金属的1/100〜1/1000,是优良的绝热材料。在瞬时超高温情况下,是理想的热防护和耐烧蚀材料,能保护宇宙飞行器在2000°C以上承受高速气流的冲刷。可设计性好。(I)可以根据需要,灵活地设计出各种结构产品,来满足使用要求,可以使产品有很好的整体性。(2)可以充分选择材料来满足产品的性能,如:可以设计出耐腐的,耐瞬时高温的、产品某方向上有特别高强度的、介电性好的,等等。工艺性优良。(I)可以根据产品的形状、技术要求、用途及数量来灵活地选择成型工艺。(2)工艺简单,可以一次成型,经济效果突出,尤其对形状复杂、不易成型的数量少的产品,更突出它的工艺优越性。缺点是:弹性模量低。FRP的弹性模量比木材大两倍,但比钢(E=2.1E5)小10倍,因此在产品结构中常感到刚性不足,容易变形。可以做成薄壳结构、夹层结构,也可通过高模量纤维或者做加强筋等形式来弥补。长期耐温性差。一般FRP不能在高温下长期使用,通用聚酯FRP在50°C以上强度就明显下降,一般只在100°C以下使用;通用型环氧FRP在60°C以上,强度有明显下降。但可以选择耐高温树脂,使长期工作温度在20(T300°C是可能的。老化现象。老化现象是塑料的共同缺陷,FRP也不例外,在紫外线、风沙雨雪、化学介质、机械应力等作用下容易导致性能下降。剪切强度低。层间剪切强度是靠树脂来承担的,所以很低。可以通过选择工艺、使用偶联剂等方法来提高层间粘结力,最主要的是在产品设计时,尽量避免使层间受剪。玻璃钢的生产方法基本上分两大类,即湿法接触型和干法加压成型。如按工艺特点来分,有手糊成型、层压成型、RTM法、挤拉法、模压成型、缠绕成型等。手糊成型又包括手糊法、袋压法、喷射法、湿糊低压法和无模手糊法。

[0005] 本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种全自动玻璃钢脱模系统,包括面板,面板上安装有模具,面板两侧均连接有注模固化铜管和脱模铜管,注模固化铜管和脱模铜管连接在注水管上,面板下方设有多个固定块,固定块上设有顶针,固定块设在液压顶升系统上,液压顶升系统安装在底座上。
[0006] 优选的是,液压顶升系统包括底槽,底槽上设有行程块,行程块上设有滑槽,滑槽上设有顶升块,行程块和顶升块通过滑块连接。

[0008] 优选的是,顶针下端通过压片固定在固定块上表面,压片与固定块通过螺栓连接。

[0010] 优选的是,注模固化铜管和脱模铜管从面板一侧穿过并固定在面板下表面再从面板另一侧穿出,注模固化铜管和脱模铜管的其中一根围绕面板边缘设置。

[0012] 综上所述,本发明的全自动玻璃钢脱模系统具有以下优点:结构新颖,使模具加热均匀,安全系数高成本低,工作效率高。

具体实施方式
[0014] 为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
[0015] 如图1所示一种全自动玻璃钢脱模系统,包括面板1,面板I上安装有模具2,模具2根据需要产品的规格安装,玻璃钢格栅有1.5英寸和2英寸两种产品,则玻璃钢模具2可为四宫格形状或九宫格形状,面板I两侧均连接有注模固化铜管3和脱模铜管4,注模固化铜管3内加热水,当玻璃钢在制作时,热水通过注模固化铜管3导热使玻璃纤维熔化,当需要脱模时,脱模铜管4加冷水,使玻璃纤维固化形成玻璃钢,注模固化铜管3和脱模铜管4连接在注水管5上,面板I下方设有多个固定块6,固定块6上设有顶针7,如图5所示的顶针7下端通过压片14固定在固定块6上表面,压片14与固定块6通过螺栓连接,固定块6设在液压顶升系统8上,液压顶升系统8安装在底座9上。
[0016] 如图2所示的液压顶升系统8包括底槽9,底槽9形状为工字型,底槽9上设有行程块10,行程块10上设有滑槽11,滑槽11上设有顶升块12,行程块10和顶升块12通过滑块13连接,滑块13通过螺栓与行程块10和顶升块12连接。
[0017] 当液压顶升系统8顶升开始脱模时,行程块10向顶升块12下部移动,通过行程块10在底槽9的移动,滑块13在滑槽11上与行程块10相反方向移动,在行程块10的挤压下,在滑块13的向上作用力下,顶升块12向上移动,整个脱模系统一侧均设有三套液压顶升系统8,在六个液压顶升系统8的作用下,固定块6向上缓慢运动,固定块6的运动使顶针7向上运动,如图3所示,顶针7上端抵在模具2空隙处,且每八块方形模块设有一个顶针7,顶针7向上顶出成型的玻璃钢。
[0018] 如图4所示的注模固化铜管3和脱模铜管4从面板I 一侧穿过并固定在面板I下表面再从面板I另一侧穿出,面板I下表面布满注模固化铜管3和脱模铜管4,其中一半为注模固化铜管3,一半为脱模铜管4,注模固化铜管3和脱模铜管4的其中一根围绕面板I边缘设置,其中面板I一侧有一根注模固化铜管3绕面板I边缘行走至面板I另一侧,面板I一侧有一根脱模铜管4绕面板I边缘行走至面板I另一侧。
[0019] 面板I与底座9之间设有多个支撑柱15。
[0020] 综上所述,本发明的全自动玻璃钢脱模系统具有以下优点:结构新颖,使模具加热均匀,安全系数高成本低,工作效率高。
Claims (7)
1.一种全自动玻璃钢脱模系统,其特征在于:包括面板(I),所述面板(I)上安装有模具(2),面板(I)两侧均连接有注模固化铜管(3)和脱模铜管(4),所述注模固化铜管(3)和脱模铜管(4)连接在注水管(5)上,所述面板(I)下方设有多个固定块(6),所述固定块(6)上设有顶针(7),所述固定块(6)设在液压顶升系统(8)上,所述液压顶升系统(8)安装在底座(9)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动玻璃钢脱模系统,其特征在于:所述液压顶升系统(8)包括底槽(9),所述底槽(9)上设有行程块(10),所述行程块(10)上设有滑槽(11),所述滑槽(11)上设有顶升块(12 ),所述行程块(10 )和顶升块(12 )通过滑块(13 )连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种全自动玻璃钢脱模系统,其特征在于:所述滑块(13)通过螺栓与行程块(10)和顶升块(12)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动玻璃钢脱模系统,其特征在于:所述顶针(7)下端通过压片(14 )固定在固定块(6 )上表面,所述压片(14 )与固定块(6 )通过螺栓连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动玻璃钢脱模系统,其特征在于:所述顶针(7)上端抵在模具(2)空隙处。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动玻璃钢脱模系统,其特征在于:所述注模固化铜管(3)和脱模铜管(4)从面板(I) 一侧穿过并固定在面板(I)下表面再从面板(I)另一侧穿出,所述注模固化铜管(3)和脱模铜管(4)的其中一根围绕面板(I)边缘设置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动玻璃钢脱模系统,其特征在于:所述面板(I)与底座(9)之间设有多个支撑柱(15)。
