背景技术
角膜炎分为溃疡性角膜炎（角膜溃疡），非溃疡性角膜炎（深层角膜炎）两类。由内因，外因不同因素造成。因角膜外伤，细菌及病毒侵入角膜引起的炎症。患眼有异物感，刺痛甚至烧灼感。球结膜表面混合性充血，伴有怕光、流泪、视力障碍和分泌物增加等症状。角膜表面浸润有溃疡形成。溃疡性角膜炎绝大部分为外来因素所致，即感染性致病因子由外侵入角膜上皮细胞层而发生的炎症。
