Abstract
本发明公开了一种快速安装拆卸管接头，所述管接头构件包括锁紧螺母、弹性卡环、接头体a、螺母、螺母联接片、密封圈a、隔套a、接头体b、挡环、密封圈b和隔套b，所述锁紧螺母套在弹性卡环上，所述螺母联接片两侧的挡环、密封圈、隔套通过接头体a和b由螺母锁紧固定，所述接头体的一端插入锁紧螺母中；本申请提供的快速安装管接头不但可以快速安装、而且可以做到快速拆卸；因为在应用过程中如出现需要更换构件的情况时，管子不需要移动或拆卸即可实现，有效的节约了人力物力、节省了维修时间、增加了接头管的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管接头。
背景技术
目前使用的小型管接头，普遍采用螺纹式联接，通过卡环、密封圈等构件可以做到快速安装，但密封圈等构件属于消耗材料，使用一段时间就会出现老化等现象进而影响到管内介质的运输，而出现这些原因需要维修时，则需要从管路头部开始拆卸直到把损坏接头拆掉为止，存在工作量大、维修时间长、耗时耗力、成本高等缺点。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题，本申请提供一种方便快速安装、拆卸的管接头。具体技术方案如下。
本申请提供一种快速安装拆卸的管接头，所述管接头包括锁紧螺母、弹性卡环、接头体a、螺母、螺母联接片、密封圈a、隔套a、接头体b、挡环、密封圈b和隔套b，上述构件的连接关系为：以螺母联接片为中心，螺母联接片的左侧依次为接头体a、挡环、密封圈b、隔套b、弹性卡环和锁紧螺母；螺母联接片的右侧依次为密封圈a、隔套a、接头体b、挡环、密封圈b、隔套b、弹性卡环和锁紧螺母；所述锁紧螺母套在弹性卡环上，所述螺母联接片两侧的挡环、密封圈、隔套通过接头体a和b由螺母锁紧固定，所述接头体的一端插入锁紧螺母中。
进一步地，在本申请中，所述弹性卡环的一侧设有凹槽，所述隔套b与弹性卡环相接触的一端内侧面向外倾斜，其向外倾斜开口的尺寸与弹性卡环的凹槽尺寸一致，因为在安装时隔套b是套在弹性卡环的凹槽上的。
进一步地，本申请中，所述隔套b远离弹性卡环的一端设有隔套凸台，所述隔套凸台的设计是为了卡住接头体a和b的。
进一步地，本申请中，所述接头体a和b的一端分别设有接头体a凸台和接头体b凸台，所述接头体a凸台高度要小于接头体b凸台的高度，便于接头体上的螺母联接，所述接头体a凸台和接头体b凸台上分别设有螺母孔。
进一步地，本申请中，所述螺母联接片内部设有螺纹，所述螺纹分别对应卡住隔套a以及接头体a和b。
进一步地，本申请中，所述接头体a和b的长度等于挡环、密封圈和隔套b的长度之和，其中所述隔套b的长度为去掉隔套b上隔套凸台的长度。
进一步地，本申请中，所述密封圈为X型密封圈。
进一步地，本申请中，所述管接头为单头或双头管接头，当管接头为双头时，其各个构件组成及连接关系如上所述；当管接头为单头时，所述螺母联接片其中一侧的构件省略。
进一步地，本申请中，所述管接头的构件为铝镁合金。
有益效果：本申请提供的快速安装管接头不但可以快速安装、而且可以做到快速拆卸；因为在应用过程中如出现需要更换构件的情况时，管子不需要移动或拆卸即可实现，有效的节约了人力物力、节省了维修时间、增长了接头管的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本申请做进一步说明。
如图1所示，本申请提供的快速安装拆卸管接头包括如下构件：锁紧螺母1、弹性卡环2、接头体a3、螺母41、螺母联接片4、密封圈a5、隔套a6、接头体b7、挡环8、密封圈b9和隔套b10，上述构件的连接关系为：以螺母连接片4为中心，其左侧依次为接头体a3、挡环8、密封圈b9、隔套b10、弹性卡环2和锁紧螺母1；螺母的右侧依次为密封圈a5、隔套a6、接头体b7、挡环8、密封圈b9、隔套b10、弹性卡环2和锁紧螺母1；所述锁紧螺母1套在弹性卡环2上，所述隔套b10套在弹性卡环2的凹槽21上，所述螺母联接片4两侧的挡环8、密封圈b9、隔套b10通过接头体a和b由螺母41锁紧固定，所述接头体a和b的一端分别通过隔套b上的隔套凸台11卡紧固定，接头体a和b的这一端分别插入锁紧螺母1中。
在实际应用过程中，具体的实施步骤如下：
1. 快速安装步骤：管接头出厂时已经全部安装装配好，现场安装时，首先拆卸管接头两端的1号件锁紧螺母，然后取出2号件弹性卡环、8号件挡环，9号件密封圈b，10号件隔套b，随后分别将1号件锁紧螺母、2号件弹性卡环、8号件挡环，9号件密封圈b以及其余组合件按照图2的顺序依次套在两根管子的安装端，拧紧螺母联接片上的螺母，然后转动锁紧1号件锁紧螺母，至此接头安装完毕。
2. 快速检修更换密封圈步骤：首先松开管接头两端的1号件锁紧螺母、4号件螺母连接片上的螺母41，顺着管子将1号件锁紧螺母、2号件弹性卡环、3号件接头体1、4号件螺母连接片、8号件挡环、9号件密封圈b、10号件隔套b往后推，露出5号件密封圈a、6号件隔套a，将6号件隔套a从管子端头预留的空隙中拆下来，更换损坏的密封圈a，整个过程中管子不需要移动或拆卸即可实现，最后按照相反的步骤将接头重新安装，也可以按照同样的方法更换其他构件。

Claims (9)
1.一种快速安装拆卸管接头，其特征在于，所述管接头包括锁紧螺母、弹性卡环、接头体a、螺母、螺母联接片、密封圈b、隔套a、接头体b、挡环、密封圈a和隔套b，上述构件的连接关系为：以螺母联接片为中心，螺母联接片的左侧依次为接头体a、挡环、密封圈b、隔套b、弹性卡环和锁紧螺母；螺母联接片的右侧依次为密封圈a、隔套a、接头体b、挡环、密封圈b、隔套b、弹性卡环和锁紧螺母；所述锁紧螺母套在弹性卡环上，所述螺母联接片两侧的挡环、密封圈、隔套通过接头体a和接头体b由螺母锁紧固定，所述接头体a和接头体b的一端插入锁紧螺母中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速安装拆卸管接头，其特征在于，所述弹性卡环的一侧设有凹槽，所述隔套b与弹性卡环相接触的一端内侧面向外倾斜，其向外倾斜开口的尺寸与弹性卡环的凹槽尺寸一致。
3.根据权利要求2所述的快速安装拆卸管接头，其特征在于，所述隔套b远离弹性卡环的一端设有隔套凸台。
4.根据权利要求1所述的快速安装拆卸管接头，其特征在于，所述接头体a和接头体b的一端分别设有接头体a凸台和接头体b凸台，所述接头体a凸台高度小于接头体b凸台的高度，所述接头体a凸台和接头体b凸台上分别设有螺母孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的快速安装拆卸管接头，所述螺母联接片内部设有螺纹。
6.根据权利要求3所述的快速安装拆卸管接头，所述接头体a、接头体b的长度分别等于挡环、密封圈和隔套b的长度之和，其中所述隔套b的长度为去掉隔套b上隔套凸台的长度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的快速安装拆卸管接头，其特征在于，所述密封圈为X型密封圈。
8.根据权利要求1所述的快速安装拆卸管接头，其特征在于，所述管接头为单头或双头管接头。
9.根据权利要求1所述的快速安装拆卸管接头，其特征在于，所述管接头的构件为铝镁合金。
