本发明公开了一种干式静电除尘器,包括壳体,壳体内设有放电电极以及位于放电电极两侧的集尘电极,壳体内设有放电电极振打装置以及集尘电极振打装置,壳体内还设有位于集尘电极和放电电极下方的螺旋输送器,壳体的外壁面上设有与壳体内腔连通的集灰仓,所述放电电极由碳钢层、碳纤维玻璃钢层和碳纤维膜构成,所述碳纤维玻璃钢层包覆在碳钢层上,碳纤维膜包覆在碳纤维玻璃钢层上。本发明中的放电电极的耐腐蚀性能好,有利于确保干式静电除尘器的整体使用寿命。

干式静电除尘器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种干式静电除尘器。
背景技术
现代社会工业生产所排放的烟尘严重污染了大气,并影响着人类的健康,因此各国制定愈来愈严格的排放标准来保护环境,各种除尘设备也广泛地应用于各个不同领域的粉尘排放控制中。静电除尘器是一种高效的除尘设备,其原理是利用高压电使电极产生电晕放电,放出自由电子和离子,使尘粒荷电,荷电粉尘在电场力作用下与气流分离向极性相反的极板或极线运动,荷电粉尘到达极板或极线时由静电力吸附在极板或极线上,通过振打装置使粉尘落入灰斗从而使烟气净化。静电除尘器具有很多优点,例如除尘效率高、阻力低、耗能少;能够高效收集大流量气体和高温或腐蚀性气体中的粉尘;自动化程度高及维修容易等。因此它被广泛应用于电站锅炉、冶炼、水泥等工业除尘领域。现在,随着静电除尘器的不断改进,其应用领域也在不断拓展。
然而,阴极作为电除尘器的放电部分,它的质量直接影响除尘效果。由于长期处在腐蚀工作环境中,工况条件复杂,现有电除尘器阴极线使用的一般是碳钢,这种材料造价比较低但耐腐蚀性能不好,在运行一段时间后表面都会产生腐蚀,以致断裂,同时介质容易在阴极线腐蚀后的表面吸附,不易被振打脱落,从而越积越多直至阴极肥大,影响放电效果,从而直接降低除尘效率。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种干式静电除尘器,本发明中的放电电极的耐腐蚀性能好,有利于确保干式静电除尘器的整体使用寿命。
实现本发明目的的技术方案如下:
干式静电除尘器,包括壳体,壳体内设有放电电极以及位于放电电极两侧的集尘电极,壳体内设有放电电极振打装置以及集尘电极振打装置,壳体内还设有位于集尘电极和放电电极下方的螺旋输送器,壳体的外壁面上设有与壳体内腔连通的集灰仓,所述放电电极由碳钢层、碳纤维玻璃钢层和碳纤维膜构成,所述碳纤维玻璃钢层包覆在碳钢层上,碳纤维膜包覆在碳纤维玻璃钢层上。
所述壳体的进口中端设有两个多孔板以及位于两个多孔板之间的入口扩散板。
所述壳体的进出口和出气口均为喇叭口。
采用了上述方案,所述放电电极由碳钢层、碳纤维玻璃钢层和碳纤维膜构成,所述碳纤维玻璃钢层包覆在碳钢层上,碳纤维膜包覆在碳纤维玻璃钢层上。将导电的碳纤维玻璃钢和碳纤维膜与碳钢形成放电电极,在确保阴极性能的同时,并由于碳纤维膜具有超强的拉伸性能和柔韧度,可适用与各种弧面、棱角及转角的覆贴贴膜,加热后可随意延伸,恢复常温后定型不收缩,有利于提高放电电极的使用寿命。使用该放电电极后,电除尘器的性能更加稳定,寿命大幅度提高。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
参照图1,本发明的干式静电除尘器,包括壳体1,壳体1的进出口和出气口均为喇叭口。壳体1内设有放电电极2以及位于放电电极两侧的集尘电极3,壳体1内设有放电电极振打装置4以及集尘电极振打装置5,壳体内还设有位于集尘电极和放电电极下方的螺旋输送器6,壳体的外壁面上设有与壳体内腔连通的集灰仓7。所述壳体1的进口中端设有两个多孔板8以及位于两个多孔板之间的入口扩散板9。所述放电电极2由碳钢层21、碳纤维玻璃钢层22和碳纤维膜23构成,所述碳纤维玻璃钢层22包覆在碳钢层21上,碳纤维膜23包覆在碳纤维玻璃钢层22上。

1.干式静电除尘器,包括壳体,壳体内设有放电电极以及位于放电电极两侧的集尘电极,壳体内设有放电电极振打装置以及集尘电极振打装置,壳体内还设有位于集尘电极和放电电极下方的螺旋输送器,壳体的外壁面上设有与壳体内腔连通的集灰仓,其特征在于:所述放电电极由碳钢层、碳纤维玻璃钢层和碳纤维膜构成,所述碳纤维玻璃钢层包覆在碳钢层上,碳纤维膜包覆在碳纤维玻璃钢层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的干式静电除尘器,其特征在于:所述壳体的进口中端设有两个多孔板以及位于两个多孔板之间的入口扩散板。
