Abstract

一种用于稠油天然气脱除与油水分离的稠油油田矿场使用的原油沉降罐,由壳体、进油分布器、脱气挡板、整流折流板、整流板、出水收集器、溢油槽、油出口等构成。沉降罐下部设置进油分布器,使米液均匀平稳地进入沉降罐。沉降罐进油布液器上方的油层下部位置设置脱气挡板,由壳体和脱气挡板构成脱气区,经过水洗后的来液首先在脱气区内进行初步的油水分离和脱气,分离后的污水进入下部的污水区域;脱出的天然气,向上进入气相空间。在脱气挡板外侧设置整流折流板,使脱气后的含水原油经再次水洗作用进入整流折流板与壳体、溢油槽间的油水沉降分离区,油水在沉降分离区进行沉降分离。沉降分离区设置整流板,使油水平稳流动。

Description

原油脱气整流沉降分离罐
一、技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种稠油油田矿场稠油脱气、脱水的设备,具体地说是一种具有脱气功能和防止流场搅动的整流功能的原油沉降罐。
二、背景技术
[0002] 我国稠油资源非常丰富,稠油已经成为我国油田稳产、增产的重要组成部分。但是,在稠油集输处理方面一直存在能耗高、成本高的问题,制约着稠油的开发。尤其是近几年随着特超稠油资源的动用,油田面临稠油处理中能耗高、温度高、安全隐患大的问题;同时,掺稀资源短缺的困难越来越严重,稠油处理难度越来越大。
[0003] 几乎所有的稠油油田都采用热化学沉降的方式进行稠油的脱水处理,需要利用立式沉降罐对稠油油水混合物进行沉降脱水。
[0004] 但是在处理中,油水混合液的温度高,所含的少量气体析出,造成沉降罐内流体搅动,影响脱水效果。目前的原油沉降罐,没有针对稠油带气引起的流场搅动措施。稠油原油沉降罐,特别是原油一次沉降罐(加热后的第一级沉降罐)受到气体析出的影响,几乎没有脱水作用,仅仅起到脱除原油中气体的作用。
三、发明内容
[0005] 本发明的目的是提供一种原油脱气整流沉降分离罐,克服上述原油沉降罐存在的缺陷。
[0006] 本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:
[0007] 本发明的原油脱气整流沉降分离罐是:设备由壳体、进油分布器、脱气挡板、整流折流板、整流板、出水收集器、溢油槽、油出口等构成,其特征在于沉降罐下部设置进油分布器,使水液均匀平稳地进入沉降罐。沉降罐进油布液器上方的油层下部位置设置脱气挡板,由壳体和脱气挡板构成脱气区,经过水洗后的来液首先在脱气区内进行初步的油水分离和脱气,分离后的污水进入下部的污水区域;脱出的天然气,向上进入气相空间。在脱气挡板外侧设置整流折流板,使脱气后的含水原油经再次水洗作用进入整流折流板与壳体、溢油槽间的的油水沉降分离区,油水在沉降分离区进行沉降分离。沉降分离区设置整流板(孔板或者条形镂空板结构),使油水平稳流动。分离后的天然气经气出口进入大罐抽气系统回收或者放空;分水后的稠油进入溢油槽,经过沉降罐的油出口排出;分出的污水经过沉降罐下部的出水收集器收集后,通过水出口排出沉降罐。
[0008] 本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
[0009] 1、结构紧凑,脱水流程简单,占地面积小,投资少,管理方便;
[0010] 2、把稠油脱气和脱水有机地结合在一起,提高了脱水效果,增大了适用范围。
[0011] 3、利用整流器使流场稳定,保证了脱水效果。

五、具体实施方式
[0015] 为进一步公开本发明的技术方案,下面结合说明书附图,通过实施例作详细说明。
[0016] 如图1所示,稠油米液经过进口 I进入进油分布器2,来液经进油分布器2布液,使来液均匀平稳地进入沉降罐,在脱气挡板3整流折流板4与壳体11所围起的脱气区进行脱气和油水初步分离,分离出的天然气经过气出口 5排出沉降罐,分气后的稠油经过脱气挡板3整流折流板4中间的通道在整流折流板的下方进入整流折流板4与壳体11所围起的沉降分离区进行油水分离。油水分离后的低含水原油进入溢油槽7,并且经过溢油槽7下部的油出口 8排出沉降罐。分出的污水经过沉降罐下部的出水收集器9、水出口 10排出沉降罐。
[0017] 如图2所示,米液经过原油来液管线12进入沉降罐,分离出的天然气经过天然气出口去大罐抽气系统管线13进入天然气后继处理系统,分离出的低含水原油经过原油出口去二次沉降罐或者净化油罐管线15进入原油后继处理系统,分离出的污水经过分出污水去污水处理系统管线14进入污水后继处理系统。

Claims (4)

1.原油脱气整流沉降分离罐,是由壳体、进油分布器、脱气挡板、整流折流板、整流板、出水收集器、溢油槽、油出口等构成,其特征在于沉降罐下部设置进油分布器,使来液均匀平稳地进入沉降罐。沉降罐进油布液器上方的油层下部位置设置脱气挡板,由壳体和脱气挡板构成脱气区,经过水洗后的来液首先在脱气区内进行初步的油水分离和脱气,分离后的污水进入下部的污水区域;脱出的天然气,向上进入气相空间。在脱气挡板外侧设置整流折流板,使脱气后的含水原油经再次水洗作用进入整流折流板与壳体、溢油槽间的的油水沉降分离区,油水在沉降分离区进行沉降分离。沉降分离区设置整流板,使油水平稳流动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的原油脱气整流沉降分离罐,其特征在于脱气挡板设置在沉降罐内某一高度和距离壳体某一位置。
