1、临床资料：2013年10月至2014年10月期间共观察96例流行性腮腺炎患者，其中，男性51例，女性45例；10岁以下52例，11—15岁25例，16岁以上19例。
2、治疗方法：治疗组服用本发明药物，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用。
3、疗效评价标准：
治愈：治疗3—7天，腮肿完全消退，高热，头痛，食欲不振等临床症状体征完全消失；
有效：治疗3—7天，腮肿部分消退，高热、头痛、食欲不振等临床症状体征部分消失；
无效：腮肿无消退，临床症状体征无改变。

病例1：童某，女，13岁，患儿4天前无明显诱因出现双侧耳周肿胀，局部疼痛，咀嚼食物时疼痛加重，患儿自发病以来精神差，食欲不振，夜间睡眠欠佳，曾到附近私人诊所诊治，口服“板蓝根颗粒”并以“双黄连、病毒唑”等药静滴，效果欠佳，双侧耳周仍肿痛。后服用本发明药物5天后，症状明显好转，服药10天后痊愈，双侧耳周肿胀消退，食欲不振现象消失。
病例2：马某，男，8岁，患儿畏寒发热2天，双侧腮部肿痛1天，体温39.2℃，曾服用退烧药，但效果不佳。后确诊为流行性腮腺炎，并服用本发明药物，服药3天后，发热畏寒症状消失，服药7天后痊愈，双侧腮部肿胀消退。

配比(单位：克)：柴胡12，牛蒡子8，桔梗6，夏枯草10，赤芍9，板蓝根12，金银花5，僵蚕3，忍冬藤10，羌活8，独活8，川芎12，白芷12，红花3，天花粉8，防风6，荆芥8，归尾10，甘草3，瓜蒌6，贝母，连翘10，紫花地丁15。
配制及服用方法：水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用。

1.一种治疗流行性腮腺炎的中药制剂，其特征在于：由下述重量份的原料药制成：柴胡12，牛蒡子8，桔梗6，夏枯草10，赤芍9，板蓝根12，金银花5，僵蚕3，忍冬藤10，羌活8，独活8，川芎12，白芷12，红花3，天花粉8，防风6，荆芥8，归尾10，甘草3，瓜蒌6，贝母，连翘10，紫花地丁15。
