本发明提供一种大角度发光LED灯,包括灯泡壳、光源板、LED光源及灯头体,该光源板设置在该灯头体的顶部,该灯泡壳罩设在该灯头体的顶部,还包括配光环,该配光环为透明体或半透明体,该配光环包括内侧壁与外侧壁,该配光环的底部设置在光源板顶部,所述LED光源围绕该配光环的外侧壁设在光源板顶部,该外侧壁用于将该LED光源发出的部分光沿偏向该灯头体的方向反射,部分所述LED光源发出的光被该配光环的外侧壁及内侧壁折射后射向该灯泡壳的顶部。由于省去了导热柱、柔性带的设置,使得本发明具有结构简单并且照度均匀的优点。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及照明领域,特别是一种大角度发光LED灯。
背景技术
[0002]目前大部分LED灯是靠在灯泡壳内设置多面LED光源来实现大角度发光的,例如授权公告日为2013年11月15日,专利号201320724539.2的中国实用新型专利揭示了大角度发光球泡灯,灯座上设置有一锥形柱体结构的导热柱,LED光源组件包括环形贴装在导热柱上的柔性灯带,如此设置不仅使内部结构复杂,不易加工,并且导致泡壳边缘很亮,泡壳顶部和底部很暗,泡壳照度不均匀,而且光学效率也很低。
发明内容
[0003] 有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单并且照度均匀的大角度发光LED灯。
[0004] 一种大角度发光LED灯,包括灯泡壳、光源板、LED光源及灯头体,该光源板设置在该灯头体的顶部,该灯泡壳罩设在该灯头体的顶部,还包括配光环,该配光环为透明体或半透明体,该配光环包括内侧壁与外侧壁,该配光环的底部设置在光源板顶部,所述LED光源围绕该配光环的外侧壁设在光源板顶部,该外侧壁用于将该LED光源发出的部分光沿偏向该灯头体的方向反射,部分所述LED光源发出的光被该配光环的外侧壁及内侧壁折射后射向该灯泡壳的顶部。
[0005] 与现有技术相比,通过在光源板顶部设置透明或半透明的配光环,LED光源围绕该配光环的外侧壁设在光源板顶部,该外侧壁用于将该LED光源发出的部分光沿偏向该灯头体的方向反射,部分所述LED光源发出的光被该配光环的外侧壁及内侧壁折射后射向该灯泡壳的顶部。这样就可以使得LED光源发出的光线均匀的照射在灯泡壳的底部及底部,由于省去了导热柱、柔性带的设置,使得该LED灯具有结构简单并且照度均匀的优点。

[0015] 请参阅图1至3,是本发明第一实施例的大角度发光LED灯的立体分解图,包括灯泡壳10、光源板30、多个LED光源31、配光环20,及灯头体。该光源板30设置在该灯头体的顶部,该光源板30的底面与该灯头体的顶面热连接。该配光环20的底部设置在光源板30顶部。该灯泡壳10罩设在该灯头体的顶部。
[0016] 该灯头体包括散热件40和灯头50,散热件40的顶面与光源板10的底面热连接,灯头50顶部与散热件40底部连接。
[0017] 该配光环20为透明体或半透明体,该配光环20为喇叭状壳体结构,其外径从该配光环20的底部到顶部逐渐增大。该配光环20包括内侧壁与外侧壁,该配光环20的内侧壁上设有散光结构。该散光结构为表面经磨砂处理的PC材料或PMMA材料。该配光环20底部设有连接件21,光源板30对应该连接件21设有通孔32,所述配光环20的连接件21穿过该通孔32与光源板30连接。该配光环20的外侧壁用于将这些LED光源31发出的光沿偏向该灯头50的方向反射,部分LED光源31发出的光被该配光环20的外侧壁及内侧壁折射后射向该灯泡壳10的顶部。
[0018] 该灯泡壳10为过半球泡壳。该灯泡壳10上设有透光散射材料,该灯泡壳10的壁厚由底部到顶部逐渐变厚,厚度均匀过渡。由于该灯泡壳10上设有透光散射材料,该灯泡壳10顶部较厚可以削弱中心光强提高光束角,可以使光线更加扩散,提高配光曲线均匀性,灯泡壳10底部厚度较薄,可以使更多的光线通过灯泡壳10边缘透射扩散。
[0019] 这些LED光源31围绕该配光环20的外侧壁设在光源板20顶部,并分布在该配光环20在该光源板30上的竖直投影的范围内,这些LED光源31环绕该配光环20设有2圈。
[0020] 综上所述,通过在光源板30顶部设置透明或半透明的配光环20,多个LED光源31围绕该配光环20的外侧壁设在光源板30顶部,该外侧壁用于将这些LED光源31发出的部分光沿偏向该灯头体的方向反射,部分所述LED光源31发出的光被该配光环20的外侧壁及内侧壁折射后射向该灯泡壳10的顶部。这样就可以使得LED光源发出的光线均匀的照射在灯泡壳的顶部及底部,实现大角度发光。由于灯泡壳10为过半球泡壳且其底部厚度较薄,厚度较薄意味着光线穿过时遇到透光散射材料的阻拦较少,这样,从该灯泡壳10底部射出的光线就比其他部分射出的光线更多。这就使得该LED灯的发光角度变大,不仅顶部有光线均匀照亮,底部也有光线均匀照亮。所以,该LED灯具有结构简单并且照度均匀的优点。

Claims (8)

1.一种大角度发光120灯,包括灯泡壳、光源板、1^0光源及灯头体,该光源板设置在该灯头体的顶部,该灯泡壳罩设在该灯头体的顶部,其特征在于:还包括配光环,该配光环为透明体或半透明体,该配光环包括内侧壁与外侧壁,该配光环的底部设置在光源板顶部,所述120光源围绕该配光环的外侧壁设在光源板顶部,该外侧壁用于将该1^0光源发出的部分光沿偏向该灯头体的方向反射,部分所述120光源发出的光被该配光环的外侧壁及内侧壁折射后射向该灯泡壳的顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大角度发光[£0灯,其特征在于:该配光环的外径从该配光环的底部到顶部逐渐增大。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的大角度发光1^0灯,其特征在于:该配光环为喇叭状壳体结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的大角度发光[£0灯,其特征在于:该配光环内侧壁上设有散光结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的大角度发光[£0灯,其特征在于:所述[£0光源分布在该配光环在该光源板上的竖直投影的范围内。
6.根据权利要求2所述的大角度发光[£0灯,其特征在于:该灯泡壳为过半球泡壳。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的大角度发光[£0灯,其特征在于:该灯泡壳上设有透光散射材料,该灯泡壳的壁厚由底部到顶部逐渐变厚。
8.根据权利要求1所述的大角度发光[£0灯,其特征在于:所述配光环底部设有连接件,光源板对应该连接件设有通孔,所述配光环的连接件穿过该通孔与光源板连接。
