Abstract
一种带空压的结晶罐，其特征在于结晶罐（1）下部通过管道连接厢式过滤机(2)，厢式过滤机（2）上设有油脂的进油管道和出抖口(4)，结晶罐（1）上设有进料口(3)和连通空压机的压缩空气进口（5），在过滤速度变慢过滤压力减小时，只需开启空气压缩机，轻轻打开压缩空气阀门，让结晶罐内保持一定的压力，精滤油就会顺利经过滤布过滤出来。既保证了精滤油的品质，又缩短了过滤时间，降低了能耗。

本发明涉及一种带空压的结晶罐。
背景技术
目前，植物油厂精炼车间每次结晶过滤，在结晶成功的油在过滤时，是用浓浆泵输送，但是，冷冻形成的脂晶仅是甘三酯溶点差异下的产物，其结构强度有限，不能承受剪切和压力，用浓浆泵输送会把脂晶搅乱，在较大压力作用下穿过滤布，进入精滤油中，使过滤的精滤油不纯，在做冷冻实验时，油品不合格，有时，精滤油还在清油槽中就已经出现云雾状甚至混浊。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供了一种带空压的结晶罐。
本发明的技术方案是：一种带空压的结晶罐，其特征在于结晶罐（1）下部通过管道连接厢式过滤机(2)，厢式过滤机（2）上设有油脂的进油管道和出抖口(4)，结晶罐（1）上设有进料口(3)和连通空压机的压缩空气进口（5）。
本发明的带空压的结晶罐，其特征在于所述的结晶罐（1）为不锈钢材料制成。
本发明的带空压的结晶罐以不锈钢为材料制成，过滤输送过程中不用浓浆泵，将结晶罐的位置提高，加大结晶罐与过滤机的高度差，在过滤的前3个小时完全可以借其重力进行过滤，这样过滤的效果较好而且少了电能消耗。当过滤速度变慢过滤压力减小时，只需开启空气压缩机，轻轻打开压缩空气阀门，让结晶罐内保持一定的压力（压力不宜过大，以不超过0．2mpa为宜），精滤油就会顺利经过滤布过滤出来。既保证了精滤油的品质，又缩短了过滤时间，降低了能耗。

实施例1：本发明带空压的结晶罐，蜡脂盘4为不锈钢材料制成，在结晶罐1下部通过管道连接厢式过滤机2，厢式过滤机2上设有油脂的进油管道和出抖口4，结晶罐1上设有进料口3和连通空压机的压缩空气进口5。

1.一种带空压的结晶罐，其特征在于结晶罐（1）下部通过管道连接厢式过滤机(2)，厢式过滤机（2）上设有油脂的进油管道和出抖口(4)，结晶罐（1）上设有进料口(3)和连通空压机的压缩空气进口（5）。
2.按照权利要求１所述的带空压的结晶罐，其特征在于所述的结晶罐（1）为不锈钢材料制成。
