随着塑料制品应用的不断推广，对其质量的要求越来越严格，塑料制品的强度及其质量的相对指标也越来越高，针对于传统的注塑技术而言，其成型需要很高的成本，并且成型后的强度以及质量并不如理想中那么好，目前市场上所采用的成型方式，是按照数模成型高度设计注塑机，往往是达不到理论高度，给广大注塑生产用户带来了麻烦。

本发明的技术方案是：
一种新型智能注塑机，包括注塑机底座、U型模、平衡控制杆、显示仪和数据线，所述U型模与注塑机底座通过平衡控制杆连接，所述U型模的左端固定有进料口，所述注塑机底座的左端设有显示仪，所述U型模的底侧固定有智能保湿装置，所述智能保湿装置与显示仪通过数据线连接。
本发明的有益效果是：结构简单，制作成本低。

如图1所示的一种新型智能注塑机，包括注塑机底座1、U型模2、平衡控制杆3、显示仪5和数据线6，所述U型模2与注塑机底座1通过平衡控制杆3连接，所述U型模2的左端固定有进料口4，所述注塑机底座1的左端设有显示仪5，所述U型模2的底侧固定有智能保湿装置7，所述智能保湿装置7与显示仪5通过数据线6连接。本发明的有益效果是：结构简单，制作成本低。
