本发明公开了一种汽车五倒挡拨叉端面修整设备,工作台上方安装有铣刀盘、左右延伸的导轨、滑座,滑座上固设有端面定位柱、工件套装圆柱和第一立板,第一立板上安装有气动顶杆和气缸,气动顶杆在气缸的驱动下朝端面定位柱的方向伸长或缩回,滑座的左端固设有水平推拉杆;导轨的右侧固设有第二立板,滑座的上方固设有水平连接板,水平连接板越过第二立板后伸到第二立板的右侧,在水平连接板的下方安装有用于控制气缸的气动开关。构思新颖,设计巧妙,操作方便,自动化程度高,显著提高了生产效率和产品一致性,具有广泛的推广价值。

一种汽车五倒挡拨叉端面修整设备
技术领域
本发明机械加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于去除汽车五倒挡拨叉加工后端面残留毛刺的修整设备。
背景技术
五倒挡拨叉是汽车变速器的重要部件之一,结合图2、图3所示,汽车五倒挡拨叉在加工拨叉叉口后,会在反侧的端面(即图中的区域A)残留下毛刺,通常由人工采用锉刀的方式去除毛刺,不但工作效率低,去毛刺效果也不甚理想,端面显得不平整。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,拟提供一种汽车五倒挡拨叉端面修整设备,用于去除拨叉叉口加工后端面残留的毛刺,提高自动化程度、生产效率及产品一致性。
为此,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种汽车五倒挡拨叉端面修整设备,包括工作台,其特征在于:所述工作台上方安装有铣刀盘、左右延伸的导轨、与导轨匹配的滑座,所述铣刀盘安装在导轨的正前方,且铣刀盘的轴线前后延伸,所述滑座上固设有端面定位柱、工件套装圆柱和第一立板,所述端面定位柱位于铣刀盘中心偏左的位置处,且端面定位柱的左侧壁为平面,工件套装圆柱位于端面定位柱的正后方,第一立板位于端面定位柱的左侧,第一立板上安装有气动顶杆和气缸,所述气动顶杆在气缸的驱动下朝端面定位柱的方向伸长或缩回,所述滑座的左端固设有水平推拉杆,水平推拉杆的左端头设置有球头;
所述导轨的右侧固设有第二立板,滑座的上方固设有水平连接板,所述水平连接板越过第二立板后伸到第二立板的右侧,在水平连接板的下方安装有用于控制气缸的气动开关,当滑座带动水平连接板向左运动到位时,气动开关抵在第二立板上。
使用方法:首先放置待加工工件,将五倒挡拨叉的圆孔套入工件套装圆柱上,工件的叉口朝向前方,叉口的后端面抵在端面定位柱的左侧壁上,握住水平推拉杆的球头,推动滑座、以及滑座上的工件、气动顶杆、水平连接板、气动开关一起沿导轨向右移动,同时气动开关离开第二立板,运动到位后,气动开关控制气缸使气动顶杆伸出并抵在工件的左侧,气动顶杆结合端面定位柱一起将工件夹紧防止工件绕工件套装圆柱转动,铣刀盘上的刀具正好将工件叉口后端面的毛刺去掉。完成后,握住水平推拉杆的球头,拉动滑座向左移动,同时气动顶杆缩回,取下工件,重新装上新的工件继续进行加工。
作为上述方案的优选,所述滑座由底座和安装板构成,底座位于安装板的上方,两者通过螺栓固连成一体。分体式结构,易于安装并降低加工难度。
进一步,所述滑座与导轨通过燕尾槽连接,保证滑座在导轨上运动平稳。
另外,所述端面定位柱的横截面为方形,在端面定位柱的左后角开有缺槽,避免端面定位柱与工件安装时产生干涉。
本发明的有益效果:构思新颖,设计巧妙,操作方便,自动化程度高,显著提高了生产效率和产品一致性,具有广泛的推广价值。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例并结合附图,对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种汽车五倒挡拨叉端面修整设备,由工作台1、铣刀盘2、导轨3、滑座4、端面定位柱5、工件套装圆柱6、第一立板7、气动顶杆8、气缸9、水平推拉杆10、气动开关12、水平连接板13、第二立板14等组成。
铣刀盘2、导轨3安装在工作台1上方,导轨3左右延伸,滑座4与导轨3匹配,滑座4可沿着导轨3左右移动。最好是,滑座4与导轨3通过燕尾槽连接。铣刀盘2安装在导轨3的正前方,且铣刀盘2的轴线前后延伸。
最好是,滑座4由底座4a和安装板4b构成,底座4a位于安装板4b的上方,两者通过螺栓固连成一体。滑座4上固设有端面定位柱5、工件套装圆柱6和第一立板7,端面定位柱5位于铣刀盘2中心偏左的位置处,且端面定位柱5的左侧壁为平面。端面定位柱5的横截面最好为方形,并在端面定位柱的左后角开有缺槽5a。
工件11通过圆孔套装在工件套装圆柱6上,工件套装圆柱6比端面定位柱5低,端面定位柱5通过左侧壁与工件11面接触。工件套装圆柱6位于端面定位柱5的正后方,第一立板7位于端面定位柱5的左侧,第一立板7上安装有气动顶杆8和气缸9,气动顶杆8位于第一立板7的右侧,气缸9位于第一立板7的左侧,气动顶杆8在气缸9的驱动下朝端面定位柱5的方向伸长或缩回,当气动顶杆8伸长时,气动顶杆8和端面定位柱5从左右两侧将工件11夹紧。
滑座4的左端固设有水平推拉杆10,水平推拉杆10的左端头设置有球头10a用于握持,通过水平推拉杆10带动滑座4在导轨3上左右移动。
导轨3的右侧固设有第二立板14,滑座4的上方固设有水平连接板13,水平连接板13越过第二立板14后伸到第二立板14的右侧,在水平连接板13的下方安装有用于控制气缸9的气动开关12,当滑座4带动水平连接板13向左运动到位时,气动开关12抵在第二立板14上,此时气动顶杆8缩回;当滑座4带动水平连接板13向右运动到位时,气动开关12离开第二立板14,此时气动顶杆8伸出,气动开关12通过气缸9控制气动顶杆8的伸长或缩回。

1.一种汽车五倒挡拨叉端面修整设备,包括工作台(1),其特征在于:所述工作台(1)上方安装有铣刀盘(2)、左右延伸的导轨(3)、与导轨(3)匹配的滑座(4),所述铣刀盘(2)安装在导轨(3)的正前方,且铣刀盘(2)的轴线前后延伸,所述滑座(4)上固设有端面定位柱(5)、工件套装圆柱(6)和第一立板(7),所述端面定位柱(5)位于铣刀盘(2)中心偏左的位置处,且端面定位柱(5)的左侧壁为平面,工件套装圆柱(6)位于端面定位柱(5)的正后方,第一立板(7)位于端面定位柱(5)的左侧,第一立板(7)上安装有气动顶杆(8)和气缸(9),所述气动顶杆(8)在气缸(9)的驱动下朝端面定位柱(5)的方向伸长或缩回,所述滑座(4)的左端固设有水平推拉杆(10),水平推拉杆(10)的左端头设置有球头(10a);
所述导轨(3)的右侧固设有第二立板(14),滑座(4)的上方固设有水平连接板(13),所述水平连接板(13)越过第二立板(14)后伸到第二立板(14)的右侧,在水平连接板(13)的下方安装有用于控制气缸(9)的气动开关(12),当滑座(4)带动水平连接板(13)向左运动到位时,气动开关(12)抵在第二立板(14)上;
所述滑座(4)由底座(4a)和安装板(4b)构成,底座(4a)位于安装板(4b)的上方,两者通过螺栓固连成一体;
所述滑座(4)与导轨(3)通过燕尾槽连接;
