本发明属于破碎领域,尤其是涉及一种自动进料破碎机。
背景技术
木材竹材等纤维类材质的破碎是造纸工艺中的初始步骤也是最关键的步骤,直接关系到最终生产出来的纸张质量问题。在现有的破碎机中,大都都是分批作业,将物料填入破碎机,待破碎完成后取出物料,这种破碎方式费时费力,而且存在破碎不完全的现象,取料过程中产生的粉尘,对操作人员的健康构成一定的威胁。所以一种快速便捷,自动进料,安全系数高的破碎机有待进一步开发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作简单、生产效率高的自动进料破碎机,尤其适合造纸工艺中纤维类材质的破碎。
本发明的技术方案是:本方案的一种自动进料破碎机由进料室,破碎室和收料室组成,进料室和破碎室固定连接,破碎室和收料室固定连接,进料室的底部设有进料口,破碎室的底部设有筛网,破碎室的顶部中心位置设有转动轴,转动轴上设有刀片,刀片呈螺旋状,从转动轴的顶端延伸到转动轴的底端,筛网的边缘设有震荡器,筛网的中心位置设有重力感应器,重力感应器和进料口通过电连接。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:进料口的开放和关系通过重力感应器控制,省去了人工填料的步骤,节约人力,并且进料和出料同时进行,提高了工作效率,筛网上震荡器的设置能有效的防治筛网的堵塞,使破碎粒径达标的颗粒及时从破碎室进入到收料室,由于本发明的破碎室是全封闭的,有效的避免了粉尘给操作人员的健康造成的威胁。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做详细说明。
如图1、本发明的示意图所示,本发明由进料室1,破碎室2和收料室5组成,进料室1和破碎室2固定连接,破碎室2和收料室5固定连接,进料室1的底部设有进料口8,破碎室2的底部设有筛网6,破碎室2的顶部中心位置设有转动轴8,转动轴8上设有刀片9,刀片9呈螺旋状,从转动轴8的顶端延伸到转动轴8的底端,筛网6的边缘设有震荡器4,筛网6的中心位置设有重力感应器3,重力感应器3和进料口7通过电连接。
本实例的工作过程:将待破碎的物料填入进料室1,物料通过进料口8进入破碎室2,待物料重量达到破碎室2的承受标准时,重力感应器3向进料口8传送信号,进料口8关闭,物料在破碎室2内,被刀片9破碎,破碎颗粒足够小经过筛网6的网孔时,进入到收料室5,破碎室2的物料变少时,进料口8自动开放,进行填充物料动作,物料达到承受标准后,进料口8自动关闭。
