Abstract
本发明公开了一种无机保温材料混料罐,包括混料罐本体、气体压缩机、电磁阀、旋转接头、气动振动器及主气管和分支气管,气体压缩机的出口与主气管相连,主气管上设有电磁阀,主气管位于转轴内,主气管的末端设有旋转接头,旋转接头的出气口上连接若干分支气管,每个分支气管伸出转轴外与一个气动振动器的进气口相连,气动振动器安装在混料罐本体上。当出现堵塞现象时,开启气动振动器,在振动作用下,可以避免出现堵塞现象。另外,我们将主气管设置在转轴中,主气管通过旋转接头与分支气管相连,这样可以避免混料罐旋转时气管缠绕。设置电磁阀,可以便于工作人员操作,便于实现自动化操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种无机保温材料混料罐。
背景技术
无机保温材料通常由多种粉料混合而成,在使用前,需要将该多种保温材料进行充分的混合,使得它们混合均匀。目前,普遍采用无机保温材料混合机进行混料,该混合机包括混料罐和缓冲储料罐,混料罐上设有进出料口,混料罐内设有贯穿混料罐的转轴,转轴的两端套装在安装在旋转支架上端的轴承中,通过电机带动转轴高速旋转,从而达到将混料罐内的物料混合均匀的目的。物料混合均匀后,从进出料口出来,装袋。目前的混料罐存在一个问题:在下料时,物料易出现堵塞现象。
发明内容
针对现有的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种避免下料时堵塞的无机保温材料混料罐。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种无机保温材料混料罐,包括混料罐本体,所述混料罐本体内设有转轴,所述转轴的两端伸出混料罐本体外,所述混料罐本体上设有进出料口,其特征在于:还包括气体压缩机、电磁阀、旋转接头、气动振动器及主气管和分支气管,所述气体压缩机的出口与主气管相连,所述主气管上设有电磁阀,所述主气管位于转轴内,所述主气管的末端设有旋转接头,所述旋转接头的出气口上连接若干分支气管,每个分支气管伸出转轴外与一个气动振动器的进气口相连,所述气动振动器安装在混料罐本体上。
在上述技术方案中:所述气动振动器为三个,其中两个安装在混料罐本体的内壁上,另一个安装在混料罐本体的外壁上。
在上述技术方案中:所述分支气管上也设有电磁阀。这样便于控制各个气动振动器。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明增加气动振动器,当出现堵塞现象时,开启气动振动器,在振动作用下,可以避免出现堵塞现象。另外,我们将主气管设置在转轴中,主气管通过旋转接头与分支气管相连,转轴旋转时,混料罐旋转,旋转接头旋转,各分支气管跟着旋转,这样可以避免混料罐旋转时气管缠绕。设置电磁阀,可以便于工作人员操作,便于实现自动化操作。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步的描述:
实施例1
如图1所示:本发明的无机保温材料混料罐由混料罐本体1、混料罐旋转支架2、转轴3、气体压缩机4、电磁阀5、旋转接头6、气动振动器7、主气管8、分支气管9等部件组成,混料罐本体1内设有转轴3,转轴3的两端伸出混料罐本体1外,并且转轴3的两端套装在混料罐旋转支架2上的轴承中,混料罐本体1上设有进出料口,此为现有技术,在此不做赘述。混料罐本体1的下方设有缓冲储料罐,气体压缩机4的出口与主气管8相连,主气管8上设有电磁阀5,主气管8位于转轴3内,主气管8的末端设有旋转接头6,旋转接头6的出气口上设有若干分支气管9,这里选择三个分支气管9,分支气管9伸出转轴3外,每个分支气管9的伸出端与一个气动振动器7的进气口相连,各分支气管9上也设有电磁阀5。三个气动振动器7中的两个安装在混料罐本体1的内壁上,另外一个安装在混料罐本体1的外壁上。

1.一种无机保温材料混料罐,包括混料罐本体(1),所述混料罐本体(1)内设有转轴(3),所述转轴(3)的两端伸出混料罐本体(1)外,所述混料罐本体(1)上设有进出料口,其特征在于:还包括气体压缩机(4)、电磁阀(5)、旋转接头(6)、气动振动器(7)及主气管(8)和分支气管(9),所述气体压缩机(4)的出口与主气管(8)相连,所述主气管(8)上设有电磁阀(5),所述主气管(8)位于转轴(3)内,所述主气管(8)的末端设有旋转接头(6),所述旋转接头(6)的出气口上连接若干分支气管(9),每个分支气管(9)伸出转轴(3)外与一个气动振动器(7)的进气口相连,所述气动振动器(7)安装在混料罐本体(1)上,
所述气动振动器(7)为三个,其中两个安装在混料罐本体(1)的内壁上,另一个安装在混料罐本体(1)的外壁上,
所述分支气管(9)上也设有电磁阀(5)。
