Abstract
本发明涉及一种椎弓根穿刺用弧形导向管及其应用,包括直管和直筒导向腔,在直管内设有沿轴线设置的直筒导向腔,其特征在于:直管的下端固定设有弯管,弯管内设有弧形导向腔,弧形导向腔的轴线与弯管的轴线重合,弧形导向腔与直筒导向腔相连通。其优点表现为:本发明与目前使用的直筒型导向管相比,拓宽了穿刺操作的范围,使用方便,通过调节角度,可到达椎体的各个区域,使单侧穿刺可达到原来双侧穿刺的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种椎弓根穿刺用导向管的改进,属医疗机械技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种椎弓根穿刺用弧形导向管及其应用。
背景技术
椎弓根穿刺是脊柱手术中的常用操作,常见于穿刺活检、椎体成形术等,穿刺工作通道主要用于在椎弓根中开辟一条通路,为穿刺及椎体成形创造条件。目前常用的穿刺工作通道主要为直筒型导向管,如图2,它由直管1和直筒导向腔2构成,其不足之处在于:这种直筒型导向管可到达的范围较小,限制了操作范围,为了达到椎体中心和对侧区域,常需要在椎弓根双侧进行穿刺操作,某些区域的操作甚至双侧穿刺仍无法达到。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,使用方便,穿刺后操作范围大,提高了穿刺效果,缩短穿刺取样时间的椎弓根穿刺用弧形导向管。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种椎弓根穿刺用弧形导向管,包括直管和直筒导向腔。所述的直筒导向腔沿所述的直管内的轴线设置,所述的直管的下端固定有弯管,所述的弯管内设有弧形导向腔,所述的弧形导向腔的轴线与所述的弯管的轴线重合,所述的弧形导向腔与所述的直筒导向腔相连通。
本发明优点在于:
本发明一种椎弓根穿刺用弧形导向管将传统的直筒型导向管改为带导向的弧形设计,拓宽了穿刺操作的范围,使用方便,通过调节角度,可到达椎体的各个区域,使单侧穿刺可达到原来双侧穿刺的效果。

下面结合附图对本发明提供的具体实施方式作详细说明。

如附图1所示,一种椎弓根穿刺用弧形导向管,包括直管1和直筒导向腔2。所述的直筒导向腔2沿所述的直管1内的轴线设置,所述的直管1的下端固定有弯管3,所述的弯管3内设有弧形导向腔4,所述的弧形导向腔4的轴线与所述的弯管3的轴线重合,所述的弧形导向腔4与所述的直筒导向腔2相连通。在实际手术过程中,穿刺针经过直筒导向腔2和弧形导向腔4后穿出,通过调节角度,可到达椎体的各个区域,使单侧穿刺可达到原来双侧穿刺的效果,拓宽了穿刺操作的范围,使用更加方便,缩短了手术时间。

1.一种椎弓根穿刺用弧形导向管,包括直管(1)和直筒导向腔(2),其特征在于,所述的直筒导向腔(2)沿所述的直管(1)内的轴线设置,所述的直管(1)的下端固定有弯管(3),所述的弯管(3)内设有弧形导向腔(4),所述的弧形导向腔(4)的轴线与所述的弯管(3)的轴线重合,所述的弧形导向腔(4)与所述的直筒导向腔(2)相连通。
