一种续筋接骨柿子醋及制备方法,制备方法为以下步骤:步骤一)称取中药原料红花5份、当归5份、赤芍5份、小茴香5份、伸筋草10份、桃仁5份、丹参5份,经过高压锅蒸煮消毒,降至常温后,获得预处理中药原料;步骤二)把步骤一)所获得预处理中药原料,分散置于经过灭菌消毒的陶瓷发酵器皿的底部,预处理中药原料重量份1-15份,加入100重量份成熟新鲜的柿子,放置在无菌、无污染的环境,常温静置发酵30-60日,获得中药原料和柿子醋发酵原料;步骤三)把步骤二)所获中药原料和柿子醋发酵原料,经过80目滤网过滤,获得柿子醋液;步骤四)把步骤三)所获柿子醋液装入经过灭菌消毒的发酵器皿密封,埋入100mm土层中窖藏30--180日,即获柿子醋成品。

本发明所述具有壮阳固精功效的保健柿子醋的制备方法为以下步骤:
步骤一)、称取中药原料红花5份、当归5份、赤芍5份、小茴香5份、伸筋草10份、桃仁5份、丹参5份,经过高压锅蒸煮消毒,降至常温后,获得预处理中药原料;
步骤二)、把步骤一)所获得预处理中药原料,分散置于经过灭菌消毒的陶瓷发酵器皿的底部,预处理中药原料重量份1-15份,加入100重量份成熟新鲜的柿子,放置在无菌、无污染的环境,常温静置发酵30-60日,获得中药原料和柿子醋发酵原料;
步骤三)、把步骤二)所获中药原料和柿子醋发酵原料,经过80目滤网过滤,获得柿子醋液;
步骤四)、把步骤三)所获柿子醋液装入经过灭菌消毒的发酵器皿密封,埋入100mm土层中窖藏30--180日,即获柿子醋成品。
本发明所选择的中药原料,其药性和功效分别是:
红花:【化学成分】含红花甙、新红花甙、红花醌甙、红花多糖、棕榈酸、肉桂酸、月桂酸。【性味】性温,味辛。【功能主治】活血通经,散淤止痛,用于闭经,痛经,恶露不行,症瘕痞块,跌扑损伤,疮疡肿痛。
当归:【化学成分】含基本内酯、正丁烯酰内酯、阿魏酸、烟酸、蔗糖和多种氨基酸,以及倍半萜类化合物等。【性味归经】性温,昧甘、辛。归肝、心、脾经。【功能主治】补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便。用于血虚萎黄、眩晕心悸、月经不调、经闭痛经、虚寒腹痛、肠燥便秘、风湿痹痛、跌扑损伤、痈疽疮疡。
赤芍:功能,行瘀、止痛、凉血、消肿。主治:治瘀滞经闭、疝瘕积聚、腹痛、胁痛、衄血、血痢、肠风下血、目赤、痈肿、跌扑损伤。
小茴香:【性味归经】:味辛,性温。入肾、膀胱、胃经。【成分】:含挥发油,主要为茴香醚、小茴香酮、甲基胡椒酚、茴香醛等成分。【功用】:开胃进食,理气散寒,有助阳道。主治:中焦有寒,食欲减退,恶心呕吐,腹部冷痛;疝气疼痛,睾丸肿痛;脾胃气滞,脘腹胀满作痛。
伸筋草:石松科植物石松Lycopodium japonicum Thunb.的干燥全草。性味归经苦辛温,入肝经。祛风散寒.除湿消肿,舒筋活络。用于风寒湿痹,筋脉拘挛疼痈。外用治跌打扭伤肿痛。
桃仁:【性味归经】苦、甘,平。归心、肝、大肠经。【功能主治】活血祛瘀,润肠通便,止咳平喘。用于经闭,痛经,癓瘕痞块,跌扑损伤,肠燥便秘。
丹参:味微苦,性微寒。色赤,入心经。补心,生血,养心,定志,安神宁心,健忘怔忡,惊悸不寐,生新血,去瘀血,安生胎,落死胎。用于胸肋胁痛,风湿痹痛,症瘕结块,疮疡肿痛,跌仆伤痛,月经不调,经闭痛经,产后瘀痛等。治疗胸肋疼痛、症瘕结块,以及月经不调、经闭经痛具有良效。
本发明柿子醋的祛瘀止痛、强筋健骨、活血消肿养生功效在临床应用当中得到了证实;基本资料如下:
2002-2011年,门诊临床应用本发明所述续筋接骨柿子醋对306例体验者随餐服用或饮用;有骨折及骨折愈合缓慢、软组织肿胀病症,平均年龄46岁;服用方法:每日随餐服用50ml,或每日早晚饮用50ml;连续服用21-28日后,有效或显效238例。有效或显效的评价标准为:症状有所改善或者症状消失。
本发明所述续筋接骨柿子醋的有益效果:口感酸甜,色泽红润,有轻微中药香味,无任何毒副作用。可以佐餐食用,也可以单独饮用,平肝补肾、益精养血、涩肠固精效果明显。
具体实施方法
本发明所述续筋接骨柿子醋及制备方法,是以成熟新鲜的柿子为主要原料,与中药原料红花5份、当归5份、赤芍5份、小茴香5份、伸筋草10份、桃仁5份、丹参5份,经过共同发酵酿造制成;成熟新鲜柿子的重量与中药原料总重量的配比为:100份比1-15份。

Claims (2)
1.一种续筋接骨柿子醋,其特征在于,以成熟新鲜的柿子为主要原料,与中药原料红花5份、当归5份、赤芍5份、小茴香5份、伸筋草10份、桃仁5份、丹参5份,经过共同发酵酿造制成;成熟新鲜柿子的重量与中药原料总重量的配比为:100比1-15。
2.按照权利要求1所述的续筋接骨柿子醋,其特征在于,制备方法为以下步骤:
步骤一)、称取中药原料红花5份、当归5份、赤芍5份、小茴香5份、伸筋草10份、桃仁5份、丹参5份,经过高压锅蒸煮消毒,降至常温后,获得预处理中药原料;
步骤二)、把步骤一)所获得预处理中药原料,分散置于经过灭菌消毒的陶瓷发酵器皿的底部,预处理中药原料重量份1-15份,加入100重量份成熟新鲜的柿子,放置在无菌、无污染的环境,常温静置发酵30-60日,获得中药原料和柿子醋发酵原料;
