Abstract
一种高效环保节能生物质制碳机组,由三个密闭制碳容器(即碳釜)和安装在机箱底部的燃烧系统组成,其特征是每个制碳容器对应一部燃烧灶,燃烧系统组要由燃烧灶、燃烧盘接口、煤气接口和气管构成。碳釜端盖处设有温度测量仪和压力表。机组刚开始工作时,由备用煤气罐通过煤气接口向燃烧灶供气燃烧。机组后视气管组作为机器燃气循环管道,连通碳釜上端面底部燃烧灶,实现废气自循环利用。所述后视气管组嵌入一组水蒸气排出装置及木焦油回收接口。待釜内生物质干馏成碳后,由起重机分别将三个碳釜从机组移至基台。该设计完成了碳釜自动装卸的过程。机组上端安装有防护罩,以提高碳釜工作是的安全性能。

[0002] 众所周知,木炭生产不光要考虑用什么木炭技术,还要考虑成本和失效的问题,说到碳化技术,目前比较成熟的是土窑,土窑建设容易,成本低,但是污染严重碳化时间较长。机制木炭设备厂商推出的碳化炉,成本低,产量也低,技术较难掌握。而且我国木炭机制造偷工减料,生产的碳化炉质量很不好,寿命短,并且后期维护成本较高,劳动强度大,投资较大,回收期较长。因此针对机制木炭过程中需要克服现有技术缺点而发明出一套高效环保节能生物质质碳的装置具有十分重要的意义。

一种高效环保节能生物质制碳机组,其特征是它包括至少二个碳釜3,碳釜3悬置安装在碳釜支架25上,每个碳釜3的下部安装有燃烧盘4,燃烧盘4通过燃烧盘接口 10与管道7相连通,管道7通过三通管分别与煤气罐及生物质气平衡管道15相连通,燃气罐用于初始加热阶段对碳釜进行加热并在碳釜内达到设定温度时通过安装在煤气进口 9上的煤气阀门8停止供气,各碳釜2内因生物质加热产生的生物质气通过与对应上端盖2相连通的生物质气回用气管14送入生物质气平衡管道15后再进入管道7供燃烧盘4用于对碳釜的加热,在生物质气回用气管14上安装有用于在碳釜初始加热阶段将其关闭的生物质气阀门6 ;所述的每个碳釜3的底面中心区域凹陷并向其内部延伸,形成空心圆柱状结构26,力口热时,燃烧盘4产生的火焰进入该空心圆柱结构中将燃烧热量直接传达碳釜内部,实现生物质均匀受热,增加受热面积,每个碳釜3的内部含有多个放置铁质篮筐16的腔室,铁质篮筐16内装满生物质,并依次串套在所述的空心圆柱形结构26上,以便于制碳结束后将每个铁质篮筐16整体从碳釜内取出;在碳釜支架25的一侧安装有用于装缸铁质框篮16的基台19 ;在碳釜支架25和基台19的上部安装有横梁导轨22,横梁导轨22上安装有电动小车20,电动小车20驱动卷筒23带动吊钩21上下移动,从而实现对碳釜在碳釜支架及基台之间的取放以及碳釜内的铁质框篮的取放。

[0012] (2)本发明采用废气自循环,将裂解废气引到釜底点燃给碳釜加热并使碳釜进一步升温,以促进裂解,既能减少废气排放污染,又能为裂解提供能量,无需耗碳供能。而土窑烧炭的生物质块所含的低温挥发裂解物质(250〜500°C )C0、甲烷、乙烯等10%被燃烧,90%排入大气,对空气造成严重污染。
[0013] (3)本发明采用密闭结构,土窑烧炭生物质棒直接与空气接触,裂解反应时,生物质棒中的碳无选择的与氧气反应,其中大约20%不应该参与裂解的碳被白白的燃烧,故成炭率很低,密闭碳釜的外加热闷烧使釜内该裂解的物质全部裂解,不该裂解的物质100%不被氧化。
[0014] (4)本发明中采用碳釜可移动结构,木炭无需随炉冷却,一旦裂解完成,可立即移开碳釜,并重新换釜继续工作,即该机组无冷却间歇。行吊装置的应用提高了上下料时的工作效率,这使制碳效率比土窑提高18〜20倍,因为土窑烧炭过程中,碳棒必须随炉冷却,其冷却时间为5天左右,整个烧炭过程约为5〜6天。
[0015] (5)本发明的使用将减少工作人员在取出木炭时艰苦环境下的工作量,同时提高了工作效率并且大大节约劳动力资源。而土窑出碳非人工搬运不可,其劳动强度很大,且劳动环境差(炉内高温,加上碳尘满窑)。
[0016] 本发明可以提高制碳机组的工作效率,并且碳釜中的生物质的转碳率也大大提高。减少了工人在制碳过程中的工作强度。相比一般制碳机械,高效环保节能生物质制碳机组减少了上下料的工作量,提高了工作效率,减少了制碳成本。吊装自卸结构应用后不仅提高了工作效率,同时减少了人为存在的不安全因素,并且更加节能环保,制造相同数目的木炭耗费的能源更少。

[0025] 一种高效环保节能生物质制碳机组,它包括三个碳釜3,三个碳釜3悬置安装在碳釜支架25上,如图1、3、5所示,每个碳釜3的上部设有上端盖2,在上端盖2与碳釜釜体之间安装有聚氨酯隔热板17,上端盖2上安装有压力表11、温度显示仪5以及便于开启的把手I,每个碳釜3的下部安装有燃烧盘4,如图2所示,燃烧盘4通过燃烧盘接口 10与管道7相连通,管道7通过三通管分别与煤气罐及生物质气平衡管道15相连通(如图3),燃气罐用于初始加热阶段对碳釜进行加热并在碳釜内达到设定温度时通过安装在煤气进口 9上的煤气阀门8停止供气,各碳釜2内因生物质加热产生的生物质气通过与对应上端盖2相连通的生物质气回用气管14送入生物质气平衡管道15后再进入管道7供燃烧盘4用于对碳釜的加热,在生物质气回用气管14上安装有用于在碳釜初始加热阶段将其关闭的生物质气阀门6,生物质气平衡管道15上设有用于将循环生物质气中的杂质排出的废物排放孔13;所述的每个碳釜3的底面中心区域凹陷并向其内部延伸,形成空心圆柱状结构26,加热时,燃烧盘4产生的火焰进入该空心圆柱结构中将燃烧热量直接传达碳釜内部,实现生物质均匀受热,增加受热面积,每个碳釜3的内部含有三个(也可为其它数量的多个)放置铁质篮筐16的腔室,铁质篮筐16内装满生物质,并依次串套在所述的空心圆柱形结构26上,以便于制碳结束后将每个铁质篮筐16整体从碳釜内取出,如图4所示;在碳釜支架25的一侧安装有用于装缸铁质框篮16的基台19 ;在碳釜支架25和基台19的上部安装有横梁导轨22,横梁导轨22上安装有电动小车20,电动小车20驱动卷筒23带动吊钩21上下移动,从而实现对碳釜在碳釜支架及基台之间的取放以及碳釜内的铁质框篮的取放。所述的横梁导轨22安装在支撑架24上,电动控制机箱18安装在横梁导轨22的一端上,如图5所示。具体实施时生物质气回用气管14与上端盖2相连的一端应设计成活动连接或采用柔性连接结构,以便于将上端盖移离碳釜3取出完成炭化的生物质铁质框篮。
[0026] 详述如下:
如图2所示,本发明的燃烧灶4、燃烧盘接口 1、管道7,煤气接口 9和生物质气回收气管14构成了自循环供能系统。第一:生物质气回收气管14作为燃气循环管道,通过碳釜上端面2连通至底部燃烧灶4,并由管道15将各个(三个)碳釜的各自管道相互连通,实现气化系统内部压力与温度的平衡。第二:机组刚工作时,由三个备用煤气罐通过碳釜各自的煤气接口 9向燃烧灶供气燃烧,关闭气阀6,并使三个燃烧灶保持相同的进气量。第三:机组生物质热解自行供气时,停止备用煤气罐供气,打开管道气阀6。因生物质量大,热解过程中产生的可燃气体引到釜底燃烧,足够给碳釜加热并使碳釜进一步升温。
[0027] 如图5所示,电动机箱18,支撑架24,横梁导轨22、电动小车20,卷筒23,吊钩21和基台19组成了本发明的装卸系统。第一:电动小车20内部电动机控制卷筒23正反转实现吊钩21升降,将基台19上装满生物质的篮筐16依次串套在碳釜3内或从釜内下卸。第二:按钮开关通过点动控制线路控制接触器动作,电动小车20在横梁滑轨22上左右移动,吊钩21通过铁丝绳连接碳釜端盖把手1,实现碳釜在基台19和机组之间的位置转变。第三:生物质一旦裂解完成,碳釜通过电动小车立即从机组左移至基台,并重新换釜继续工作,即该机组无冷却间歇。
[0028] 如图4所示,密闭制碳容器(即碳釜)3,铁质篮筐16,聚氨酯隔热板17组成了本发明的气化装置,碳爸底面中心区域凹陷并向其内部延伸,形成空心圆柱状结构26。加热时,火焰可通过空心圆柱结构将燃烧热量直接传达碳釜内部,实现生物质均匀受热,增加受热面积。每个碳釜内部含有3个腔室(铁质篮筐),篮筐内装满生物质,并依次串套在釜内圆柱形结构上。其特征是一次性装入生物质容量很大,篮筐的应用方便了制碳结束后的整捆下料。
[0029] 本发明的自动控制装置由碳釜内部温度传感器,自动控制装置,显示仪组成(可采用现有技术自行设计)。它们能依据温度适时排放杂质,传感器对碳釜内部温度压力进行自动采样、即时监控。在温度低于160°C时,自动控制装置发出信号,废物排放孔13打开,水蒸气及其液化水将从排放孔排出。温度在160°C〜300°C时,排放孔关闭。当温度升至300〜500°C时,通过自动控制装置使废物排放孔13每隔半小时打开一次,时长五分钟。该设计确保了废物的及时排放并保证足够自循环可燃气体的供应。
[0030] 本发明的碳釜结构如附图4所示,加热底面突起并向上延伸,形成空柱状,此设计有助于燃烧灶对釜内生物质的均匀加热。上料时,生物质并非直接加入碳釜,而是分别装入铁质篮筐16,该设计方便整捆下料。然后由吊钩21将篮筐16装入碳釜3,并将碳釜装入机组,当全部碳釜安装完成,上料过程结束。机组开始工作时,首先通过三个煤气接口 9分别由三个外设煤气罐供气,当温度高于160°C后,闭合煤气阀门8从而关闭煤气接口 9,停止供气,此时,生物质将自产可燃气体。从点火开始,至炉温上升到160°C,这时生物质所含的水分主要依靠外加热量和本身燃烧所产生的热量进行蒸发。生物质的化学组成几乎没变。绝大部分水蒸气由水蒸气排出接口排出,避免水蒸气反复进出于碳釜,从而提高生物质的分解及转化效率。当炉温上升到160〜280°C之间时,生物质主要靠自身的燃烧产生热量。此时,木质材料发生热分解反应,其组成开始发生变化。当温度为300〜500°C阶段中,木质材料急剧地进行热分解,同时生成了大量的醋酸、甲醇、焦油等液体产物,这些液体将从废物排气孔13排出,供资源循环利用。生物质气回收气管14作为机器燃气循环管道,连通碳釜上端面2及底部燃烧灶4,实现废气自循环利用。待釜内生物质干馏成碳后,装卸系统的电动控制箱18的内部点动控制线路,按钮开关控制接触器动作,实现两个电动机的正反转,从而完成正转或者反转回路。由电动小车20分别将三个碳釜从机组移至基台19,最后控制按钮开关,将铁制篮筐从碳釜中取出,待铁质篮筐中的木炭冷却后,取出木炭成品。移开碳釜时,可重新换釜继续工作,即该机组无冷却间歇。

Claims (7)
1.一种高效环保节能生物质制碳机组,其特征是它包括至少二个碳釜(3),碳釜(3)悬置安装在碳釜支架(25)上,每个碳釜(3)的下部安装有燃烧盘(4),燃烧盘(4)通过燃烧盘接口(10)与管道(7)相连通,管道(7)通过三通管分别与煤气罐及生物质气平衡管道(15)相连通,燃气罐用于初始加热阶段对碳釜进行加热并在碳釜内达到设定温度时通过安装在煤气进口( 9 )上的煤气阀门(8 )停止供气,各碳釜(2 )内因生物质加热产生的生物质气通过与对应上端盖(2)相连通的生物质气回用气管(14)送入生物质气平衡管道(15)后再进入管道(7)供燃烧盘(4)用于对碳釜的加热,在生物质气回用气管(14)上安装有用于在碳釜初始加热阶段将其关闭的生物质气阀门(6);所述的每个碳釜(3)的底面中心区域凹陷并向其内部延伸,形成空心圆柱状结构(26),加热时,燃烧盘(4)产生的火焰进入该空心圆柱结构中将燃烧热量直接传达碳釜内部,实现生物质均匀受热,增加受热面积,每个碳釜(3)的内部含有多个放置铁质篮筐(16)的腔室,铁质篮筐(16)内装满生物质,并依次串套在所述的空心圆柱形结构(26)上,以便于制碳结束后将每个铁质篮筐(16)整体从碳釜内取出;在碳釜支架(25)的一侧安装有用于装缸铁质框篮(16)的基台(19);在碳釜支架(25)和基台(19)的上部安装有横梁导轨(22),横梁导轨(22)上安装有电动小车(20),电动小车(20)驱动卷筒(23)带动吊钩(21)上下移动,从而实现对碳釜在碳釜支架及基台之间的取放以及碳釜内的铁质框篮的取放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效环保节能生物质制碳机组,其特征是所述的碳釜(3)的数量为三个或三个以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效环保节能生物质制碳机组,其特征是所述的每个碳釜(3)内放置的铁质框篮(16)的数量为三个或三个以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效环保节能生物质制碳机组,其特征是所述的横梁导轨(22)安装在支撑架(24)上,电动控制机箱(18)安装在横梁导轨(22)的一端上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高效环保节能生物质制碳机组,其特征是在所述的碳釜与上端盖之间加装有聚氨酯隔热板(17),在生物质气回用气管(14)上设有柔性连接管以便于上端盖(2)移离碳釜(3)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高效环保节能生物质制碳机组,其特征是所述的上端盖(2)上安装有压力表(11)、温度显示仪(5)以及便于开启的把手(I)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高效环保节能生物质制碳机组,其特征是所述的生物质气平衡管道(15)上设有废物排放孔(13)。
