Abstract

本发明提供了一种防颗粒污染的包装方法,采用了如下的包装步骤:清洁托盘,将产品整齐的摆放在清洁的托盘中,然后覆盖防颗粒的高分子薄膜,重复操作后,将托盘做满一捆,然后对成捆的托盘进行真空包装。具有以下优点:防颗粒高分子薄膜片适形的嵌在托盘的卡爪与产品间,最大限度的降低与产品之间的摩擦力,减少运输及使用过程中产生的颗粒,并有效隔离颗粒污染产品,而且整捆的产品做真空包装,充分的保护产品。

一种防颗粒污染的包装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装方法,尤其是一种防颗粒污染的包装方法。 
背景技术
目前,由于在运输过程中产生的振动,及产品自重作用下导致产品托盘压爪与产品发生了磨擦与挤压,磨损的压爪上颗粒脱落到产品上,使得产品受到颗粒污染。 
当前的产品托盘主要用于自动线生产的自动上下料及运输中对产品的保护,在颗粒防护上设计无法周全,加之循环使用,清洗烘干,酒精去胶去污等必须的清洁工艺,使得材质易于老化,在运输振动中产生的摩擦挤压力的作用下,与产品接触的压爪被磨损,不可避免的产生颗粒并污染产品。同时产品送到客户后,导致客户抱怨,并需要安排大量人员返工颗粒问题,再投放到自动化产线上生产,大大增加了人工成本,且不能满足客户要求。 
发明内容
本发明提供了一种防颗粒污染的包装方法,可以简单有效的解决现有技术存在的不能充分防止颗粒污染产品的问题。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下方法步骤: 
(1)产品托盘的清洁:首先对产品托盘进行预清洁,主要清除胶渍及其它可见污染物,然后使用超声波对产品托盘进行深度清洁; 
(2)产品装盘:将对应的产品,依次装入清洁的产品托盘中; 
(3)产品包装:取出一片防颗粒高分子薄膜,覆盖在一盘装满产品的托盘上,再叠加一盘装满产品的托盘,并在上方覆盖一层防颗粒高分子薄膜,重复以上操作,做满一捆;对成捆的产品进行真空包装。 
优选的,所述防颗粒高分子薄膜做成仿产品托盘形状的矩形。 
优选的,所述防颗粒高分子薄膜尺寸小于托盘尺寸0.5cm-1cm。 
优选的,防颗粒高分子薄膜片与产品及托盘间不固定。 
本发明的有益效果在于,防颗粒高分子薄膜片适形的嵌在托盘的卡爪与产品间,最大限度的降低与产品之间的摩擦力,减少运输及使用过程中产生的颗粒,并有效隔离颗粒污染产品,而且整捆的产品做真空包装,充分的保护产品。。 
具体实施方式
本发明包括以下步骤: 
(1)产品托盘的清洁:首先使用酒精对产品托盘进行预清洁,主要清除胶渍及其它可见污染物,然后使用超声波对产品托盘进行深度清洁; 
(2)产品装盘:将对应的产品,依次排装入清洁的产品托盘中; 
(3)产品包装:取出一片防颗粒高分子薄膜,覆盖在一盘装满产品的托盘上,再叠加一盘装满产品的托盘,并在上方覆盖一层防颗粒高分子薄膜,重复以上操作,做满一捆;对成捆的产品进行真空包装。 
优选的,所述防颗粒高分子薄膜做成仿产品托盘形状的矩形,适用于所有的产品,大大减少制作、采购成本。 
优选的,所述防颗粒高分子薄膜尺寸小于托盘尺寸0.5cm-1cm,既能达到足够保护产品的要求,又方便员工操作。 
优选的,防颗粒高分子薄膜片与产品及托盘间不固定,以方便其在托盘与产品间弹性窜动,适用于不同产品和托盘卡爪的外形需求。 
本发明的有益效果在于,防颗粒高分子薄膜片适形的嵌在托盘的卡爪与产品间,最大限度的降低与产品之间的摩擦力,减少运输及使用过程中产生的颗粒,并有效隔离颗粒污染产品,而且整捆的产品做真空包装,充分的保护产品。

Claims (4)

1.一种防颗粒污染的包装方法,包括以下方法步骤:
(1)产品托盘的清洁:首先对产品托盘进行预清洁,主要清除胶渍及其它可见污染物,然后使用超声波对产品托盘进行深度清洁;
(2)产品装盘:将对应的产品,依次装入清洁的产品托盘中;
(3)产品包装:取出一片防颗粒高分子薄膜,覆盖在一盘装满产品的托盘上,再叠加一盘放满产品的托盘,并在上方覆盖一层防颗粒高分子薄膜,重复以上操作,做满一捆;对成捆的产品进行真空包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防颗粒污染的包装方法,其特征在于:所述防颗粒高分子薄膜做成仿产品托盘形状的矩形。
3.根据权利要求1、2所述的一种防颗粒污染的包装方法,其特征在于:所述防颗粒高分子薄膜尺寸小于托盘的尺寸0.5cm-1cm。
4.根据权利要求1、2所述的一种防颗粒污染的包装方法,其特征在于:防颗粒高分子薄膜片与产品及托盘间不固定。
