Abstract
本发明创造提供一种中空塑料板的挤出设备,包括加料斗、单螺杆、挤出模具、原料筒、调温层、进水管、进油管、油加热炉、冷却水箱、回油管、回水管,加料斗设置在原料筒的进料端,原料筒内部设置有单螺杆,原料筒出料端设置有挤出模具,原料筒的外部设置有调温层,调温层和原料筒之间的空腔内设置有进油管和进水管,进油管连接油加热炉出油端,油加热炉进油端连接回油管,进水管连接冷却水箱出水端,冷却水箱进水端连接回水管,进油管和进水管成双排环绕原料筒。本发明创造的有益效果是使用这种供冷供热相结合的结构,可以提高生产效率,同时能用一台挤出设备生产多种原料熔点不同的中空塑料板。
Description
技术领域
本发明创造属于塑料成型设备领域,尤其是涉及一种中空塑料板的挤出设备。
背景技术
在现有的技术中,塑料板挤出设备生产时,由于塑料原料颗粒和螺杆的摩擦产生的热量会导致原料筒内原料温度升高,生产中常常利用此热量产生的高温熔化原料筒内的塑料原料,但是在螺杆转速不变的情况下仅仅依靠此温度不足以熔化熔点高的塑料原料,螺杆提高转速时,又会增加螺杆产生疲劳工作的危险,这时就需要额外提供热量以达到熔化原料的目的,又或者在生产熔点低的成型塑料板时,摩擦产生的热量导致升温太高,使原料熔化为稀液,在到达挤出模具时,热量仍然不足以散去并且原料依然呈稀液状态,导致塑料板挤出不能成型,如果此时选择降低螺杆转速来减少热量的产生,与此同时又会在一定程度上降低生产效率。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明创造采用的技术方案是:提供一种中空塑料板的挤出设备,包括加料斗、单螺杆、挤出模具、原料筒,其特征在于:还包括调温层、进水管、进油管、油加热炉、冷却水箱、回油管、回水管,所述加料斗设置在原料筒的进料端,所述原料筒内部设置有单螺杆,所述原料筒出料端设置有挤出模具,所述原料筒的外部设置有调温层,所述调温层和原料筒之间的空腔内设置有进油管和进水管,所述进油管连接油加热炉出油端,所述油加热炉进油端连接回油管,所述进水管连接冷却水箱出水端,所述冷却水箱进水端连接回水管,所述进油管和进水管成双排环绕原料筒。
进一步地,所述调温层外壳覆盖一层保温材料。
进一步地,所述进油管贴紧环绕在原料筒外壁上,在原料筒中部的油管上和出口端处的油管上各设置有一个排气阀。
进一步地,所述进水管贴紧环绕在原料筒外壁上,在原料筒中部的水管上和出口端处的水管上各设置有一个排气阀。
本发明创造具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,当使用熔点高的塑料原料生产塑料板时,采用油加热炉给进油管供应热油,帮助熔化原料,以达到完全熔化原料的效果;当使用熔点低的塑料原料生产塑料板时,可以关闭油加热炉,启动冷却水箱给进水管供应冷水,带走一部分摩擦产生的热量,使熔化后的塑料原料能在到达挤出模具处符合成型要求,这种供冷供热相结合的结构,可以提高生产效率,同时能用一台设备生产多种原料熔点不同的塑料板。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种中空塑料板的挤出设备,包括加料斗1、单螺杆3、挤出模具5、原料筒6,其特征在于:还包括调温层2、进水管8、进油管7、油加热炉9、冷却水箱10、回油管11、回水管12,所述加料斗1设置在原料筒6的进料端,所述原料筒6内部设置有单螺杆3,所述原料筒6出料端设置有挤出模具5,所述原料筒6的外部设置有调温层2,所述调温层2和原料筒6之间的空腔内设置有进油管7和进水管8,所述进油管7连接油加热炉9出油端,所述油加热炉9进油端连接回油管11,所述进水管8连接冷却水箱10出水端,所述冷却水箱10进水端连接回水管,所述进油管7和进水管8成双排环绕原料筒6。
所述调温层2外壳覆盖一层保温材料。
所述进油管7贴紧环绕在原料筒6外壁上,在原料筒6中部的油管上和出口端处的油管上各设置有一个排气阀4。
所述进水管8贴紧环绕在原料筒6外壁上,在原料筒6中部的水管上和出口端处的水管上各设置有一个排气阀4。
本实例的工作过程:当生产原料熔点高的塑料板时,原料和单螺杆3的摩擦产生的热量不足时,启动油加热炉9给进油管7供热油,帮助熔化原料,供油初始阶段,油管内会有空气存在,打开排气阀4将油管内空气排净,热油经过对原料筒6循环加热,油温降低,经过回油管11排回油加热炉9,依次循环达到对原料的助熔作用;当生产原料熔点低的塑料板时,原料和单螺杆3的摩擦产生的热量过高时,启动冷却水箱10给进水管8供应冷水,帮助降低调温层2内温度,供水初始阶段,水管内会有空气存在,打开排气阀4将水管内空气排净,冷水经过对原料筒6循环降温,水温升高,经过回水管12排回冷却水箱10,依次循环对原料的降温,提高挤出成型合格率。

1.一种中空塑料板的挤出设备,包括加料斗(1)、单螺杆(3)、挤出模具(5)、原料筒(6),其特征在于:还包括调温层(2)、进水管(8)、进油管(7)、油加热炉(9)、冷却水箱(10)、回油管(11)、回水管(12),所述加料斗(1)设置在原料筒(6)的进料端,所述原料筒(6)内部设置有单螺杆(3),所述原料筒(6)出料端设置有挤出模具(5),所述原料筒(6)的外部设置有调温层(2),所述调温层(2)和原料筒(6)之间的空腔内设置有进油管(7)和进水管(8),所述进油管(7)连接油加热炉(9)出油端,所述油加热炉(9)进油端连接回油管(11),所述进水管(8)连接冷却水箱(10)出水端,所述冷却水箱(10)进水端连接回水管,所述进油管(7)和进水管(8)成双排环绕原料筒(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空塑料板的挤出设备,其特征在于:所述调温层(2)外壳覆盖一层保温材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空塑料板的挤出设备,其特征在于:所述进油管(7)贴紧环绕在原料筒(6)外壁上,在原料筒(6)中部的油管上和出口端处的油管上各设置有一个排气阀(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空塑料板的挤出设备,其特征在于:所述进水管(8)贴紧环绕在原料筒(6)外壁上,在原料筒(6)中部的水管上和出口端处的水管上各设置有一个排气阀(4)。
