本发明公开了一种V型定位方式的线切割机,属于线切割技术领域,包括机架,机架上设置有工作台,工作台上设置有至少一个夹具,夹具包括V型块和U型夹,U型夹的两个自由端设置有向U型夹中心弯折的L型段,V型块的两侧面开设有滑槽,U型夹的L型段沿滑槽滑动嵌合在滑槽内,U型夹的顶部开设有螺纹通孔,螺纹通孔内匹配设置有螺栓;工作台表面设置有至少一个凸棱,V型块的底面开设有与凸棱相匹配的凹槽。通过U型夹上的螺栓将V型块上的棒材夹紧,并且对于不同尺寸的棒材均可通过螺栓拧紧抵至棒材表面实现夹紧,U型夹可滑动至相应位置实现不同的夹紧位以便加工,操作简单快捷,提高了效率。

[0001] 本发明涉及线切割技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种V型定位方式的线切割机。背景技术
[0002] 线切割加工是利用电极丝与工件二极之间脉冲放电时产生的对工件的熔蚀效果来实现的,正常切割时,电极丝与工件之间是非接触状态,不存在切削力。因此,线切割加工时工件的装夹一般只需考虑工件的定位,线切割加工中的夹紧主要是为了防止工件在受到外力作用下而可能发生的位移。在多次的手动穿丝和去除废料的过程中均可能与工件相碰而引起工件的移动,切割时机床的振动也可能引起工件位置的改变,因此需要一定强度的夹紧。现在普遍是通过压板两端分别压在工件与垫块上,再将压板通过螺栓和位于工作台T 型槽内的螺母固定在切割机的工作台上,每次更换不同的工件都需要调整不同的垫块,以达到与工件相同的高度,较为繁琐,影响效率,尤其是对棒状材料,有较多的直径规格,更换垫块或使垫块层叠以满足高度,消耗较多的时间。发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的在于提供一种V型定位方式的线切割机,以解决现有线切割机通过垫块及压板实现夹紧而带来的操作繁琐、消耗较多时间、影响效率的问题。
[0004] 为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种V型定位方式的线切割机,包括机架, 机架上设置有工作台,工作台上设置有至少一个夹具,夹具包括V型块和U型夹,U型夹的两个自由端设置有向U型夹中心弯折的L型段,V型块的两侧面开设有滑槽,U型夹的L型段沿滑槽滑动嵌合在滑槽内,U型夹的顶部开设有螺纹通孔,螺纹通孔内匹配设置有螺栓;工作台表面设置有至少一个凸棱,V型块的底面开设有与凸棱相匹配的凹槽。
