一种茶香鸭舌,由下述重量份的原料制成:
鸭舌200-250、南瓜花8-10、海带粉8-10、核桃粉6-8、合萌根1_2、竹茹1_2、金雀根
1-2、樱桃花2-4、柞树叶1-2、黑土豆10-14、青梅酱10-12、茶叶5_8、天蓝鼠尾草4_6、食盐
4-6、米汁20-40、橄榄油适量、食品添加剂5-10 ;
所述的食品添加剂,是由下述重量份的原料制成:拉丝蛋白80-100、蚂蚁干粉1-2、乳铁蛋白3-5、泥螺多肽2-3、苦瓜粉10-15、竹米5-8、韭菜花15-25、大麦若叶10-15、甘薯嫩叶10-15、裙带菜10-15、甘蓝嫩叶10-15、抹茶粉8-12、薏仁油5_8、菊花酒适量;
所述的食品添加剂的的制备方法为:a、将新鲜的大麦若叶、甘薯嫩叶、裙带菜、甘蓝嫩叶冲洗干净,加1-2倍水打制成浆,得青汁,煮至熟香,冻干研磨成粉,得青汁粉;b、将韭菜花洗净浙干,加入韭菜花0.5-1倍的菊花酒揉拌入罐压实密封静置7-10天,绞磨成浆,得韭菜花酱;C、将韭菜花酱、青汁粉与其他剩余原料搅拌均匀,挤压、膨化后,放入烤香烤制干香,再粉碎至80-120目,即得。

(1)、将合萌根、竹茹、金雀根、樱桃花、柞树叶粉碎至10-20目,加6-10倍水煎煮1-2小时,过滤去渣,滤液继续加热浓缩,得浓缩液;
(2)、将黑土豆去皮洗净切丁,与洗净鲜嫩南瓜花一并加入米汁中,熬制成稠状,打制成浆,压滤去渣,得香稠米汁;
(3)、将鸭舌放入沸水焯制1-2分钟,捞出鸭舌去除舌苔、粘膜,冲洗干净,将茶叶、天蓝鼠尾草粉碎成颗粒,入锅炒制干香,与鸭舌、食盐、浓缩液揉拌均匀,放入鸭舌重的1-1.5倍水翻煮至水微干,捞出鸭舌冲洗干净,待用;
(4)、将海带粉、核桃粉炒制熟香,与香稠米汁及橄榄油以外的其他剩余原料搅拌成酱状,将鸭舌烘干放入酱液中浸润20-40分钟,捞出放入熟香橄榄油锅内煎炸香脆,捞出烘干即可。

2、黑土豆14、青梅酱12、茶叶8、天蓝鼠尾草6、食盐6、米汁40、橄榄油适量、食品添加剂10 ;所述的食品添加剂,是由下述重量(克)的原料制成:拉丝蛋白100、蚂蚁干粉2、乳铁蛋白5、泥螺多肽3、苦瓜粉15、竹米8、韭菜花2、大麦若叶15、甘薯嫩叶15、裙带菜15、甘蓝嫩叶15、抹茶粉12、薏仁油8、菊花酒适量;
所述的食品添加剂的的制备方法为:a、将新鲜的大麦若叶、甘薯嫩叶、裙带菜、甘蓝嫩叶冲洗干净,加2倍水打制成浆,得青汁,煮至熟香,冻干研磨成粉,得青汁粉;b、将韭菜花洗净浙干,加入韭菜花I倍的菊花酒揉拌入罐压实密封静置10天,绞磨成浆,得韭菜花酱;
C、将韭菜花酱、青汁粉与其他剩余原料搅拌均匀,挤压、膨化后,放入烤香烤制干香,再粉碎至120目,即得。

(2)、将黑土豆去皮洗净切丁,与洗净鲜嫩南瓜花一并加入米汁中,熬制成稠状,打制成浆,压滤去渣,得香稠米汁;
(3)、将鸭舌放入沸水焯制2分钟,捞出鸭舌去除舌苔、粘膜,冲洗干净,将茶叶、天蓝鼠尾草粉碎成颗粒,入锅炒制干香,与鸭舌、食盐、浓缩液揉拌均匀,放入鸭舌重的1.5倍水翻煮至水微干,捞出鸭舌冲洗干净,待用;
(4)、将海带粉、核桃粉炒制熟香,与香稠米汁及橄榄油以外的其他剩余原料搅拌成酱状,将鸭舌烘干放入酱液中浸润40分钟,捞出放入熟香橄榄油锅内煎炸香脆,捞出烘干即可。

2.一种如权利要求1所述的茶香鸭舌的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: (1)、将合萌根、竹茹、金雀根、樱桃花、柞树叶粉碎至10-20目,加6-10倍水煎煮1-2小时,过滤去渣,滤液继续加热浓缩,得浓缩液; (2)、将黑土豆去皮洗净切丁,与洗净鲜嫩南瓜花一并加入米汁中,熬制成稠状,打制成浆,压滤去渣,得香稠米汁; (3)、将鸭舌放入沸水焯制1-2分钟,捞出鸭舌去除舌苔、粘膜,冲洗干净,将茶叶、天蓝鼠尾草粉碎成颗粒,入锅炒制干香,与鸭舌、食盐、浓缩液揉拌均匀,放入鸭舌重的1-1.5倍水翻煮至水微干,捞出鸭舌冲洗干净,待用; (4)、将海带粉、核桃粉炒制熟香,与香稠米汁及橄榄油以外的其他剩余原料搅拌成酱状,将鸭舌烘干放入酱液中浸润20-40分钟,捞出放入熟香橄榄油锅内煎炸香脆,捞出烘干即可。
