[0004] 为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:具有滋补养胃效果的营养大米由以下重量份的原料组成:粳米340-345、豌豆42-43、菜芙蓉24-25、鹰嘴豆58-60、哈密瓜32-34、豇豆22-23、补血菜30-31、蒲菜15-16、莴笋23-24、黑土豆35-36、羊奶果11-12、刺儿菜17-18、腐乳汁4-5、菊花晶2-3、地骨皮3_4、麦冬1_2、刺玫果2_3、保健添加剂12-13、水适量。
[0005] 其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:马蹄粉34-35、番茄粉20-21、桃仁粉17-18、荞麦粉25-26、芦荟粉11-12、海藻粉4-5、桑葚汁20-21、决明子6-7、黄精2-3、薏苡仁9-10、金线莲1-2、枳实3-4、当归叶2-3、水适量。

(1)选取新鲜无虫无霉变的黑土豆、莴笋去皮洗净,切片烘干,冷却后磨粉过50-60目筛,得混合粗粮粉,备用;
(2)去除豌豆、鹰嘴豆中的杂质,洗净浸泡8-10小时直至完全泡发,捞出置于笼屉中备用,锅内放入地骨皮、麦冬、刺玫果,加足量水煮开,将盛有食材的笼屉置于锅中密封熏蒸3-4小时,取出笼屉待食材冷却后加适量水打磨成浆,得营养浓浆;
(3)哈密瓜、羊奶果取果肉,补血菜、蒲菜、菜芙蓉、刺儿菜、豇豆洗净,用开水焯烫熟后捞出冷凉加适量水打磨成浆,得果蔬浓浆;
(4)粳米磨粉过50-60目筛,与步骤(I)混合粗粮粉、步骤(2 )营养浓浆、步骤(3 )的果蔬浓浆及其他剩余成分加适量水糊化制粒,干燥即可。

1.一种具有滋补养胃效果的营养大米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:粳米340-345、豌豆42-43、菜芙蓉24-25、鹰嘴豆58-60、哈密瓜32-34、豇豆22-23、补血菜30-31、蒲菜15-16、莴笋23-24、黑土豆35-36、羊奶果11-12、刺儿菜17-18、腐乳汁4-5、菊花晶2-3、地骨皮3-4、麦冬1-2、刺玫果2-3、保健添加剂12-13、水适量;其中保健添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:马蹄粉34-35、番茄粉20-21、桃仁粉17-18、荞麦粉25-26、芦荟粉11-12、海藻粉4-5、桑葚汁20-21、决明子6-7、黄精2-3、薏苡仁9-10、金线莲1-2、枳实3-4、当归叶2-3、水适量;制备方法为:将决明子、黄精、薏苡仁、金线莲、枳实、当归叶加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀静置2-3小时后用烘干机烘干,研磨成细粉即可。
