本发明公开了一种耐低温热塑弹性涂层，由以下重量份数的成份组成：硅橡胶粉30-40份，苯乙烯/异戊二烯/苯乙烯嵌段共聚物10-15份，氯磺化聚乙烯30份，5-10份四乙酸，弹性乳液90份，增稠剂5份，流平剂2-4份，聚丙烯酸酯0.5-4份，烷基萘1-3份，异丙醇3-6份，10-20份石灰石，3-5份增稠剂，阻燃剂1-2份，消泡剂1-3份，杀菌剂2-4份，硅藻土10-30份，开孔膨胀珍珠岩3份，纳米二氧化2-4份硅，纳米二氧化铁3-7份，颜料1-3份。本发明的涂层具有优良的物理机械性能，耐热、耐低温性能良好，电性能、绝热性优良，耐疲劳、抗老化，并具有良好的回弹性及密封性能，且由于其加工不需要硫化，因此可以直接用于注塑或挤出成型，安全环保。

本发明涉及一种耐低温热塑弹性涂层。
背景技术
热塑性弹性体，又称人造橡胶或合成橡胶。其产品既具备传统交联硫化橡胶的高弹性、耐老化、耐油性各项优异性能，同时又具备普通塑料加工方更、加工方式广的特点。可采用注塑、挤出、吹塑等加工方式生产，既简化加工过程，又降低加工成本，因此热塑性弹性体材料已成为取代传统橡胶的最新材料，其环保、无毒、手感舒适、外观精美，使产品更具创意。因此也是一支更具人性化、高品位的新型合成材料，也是世界化标准性环保材料。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种耐低温热塑弹性涂层。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种耐低温热塑弹性涂层，由以下重量份数的成份组成：硅橡胶粉30-40份，苯乙烯/异戊二烯/苯乙烯嵌段共聚物10-15份，氯磺化聚乙烯30份，5-10份四乙酸，弹性乳液90份，增稠剂5份，流平剂2-4份，聚丙烯酸酯0.5-4份，烷基萘1-3份，异丙醇3-6份，10-20份石灰石，3-5份增稠剂，阻燃剂1-2份，消泡剂1-3份，杀菌剂2-4份，硅藻土10-30份，开孔膨胀珍珠岩3份，纳米二氧化2-4份硅，纳米二氧化铁3-7份，颜料1-3份。本发明的有益效果是：具有优良的物理机械性能，耐热、耐低温性能良好，电性能、绝热性优良，耐疲劳、抗老化，并具有良好的回弹性及密封性能，且由于其加工不需要硫化，因此可以直接用于注塑或挤出成型，安全环保。
