本发明涉及抗菌鞋底材料。
背景技术
现有鞋底材料制备的鞋底弹性、硬度不是很舒适,抗菌不够持久,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌鞋底材料,使用该材料制备的鞋底弹性、硬度比较适中,有效持久抗菌作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种抗菌鞋底材料,按重量份计由以下成分组成:3~4份铝酸酯,1~2份苯基硅油,6~7份橄榄油,3~4份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,2~3份硫酸钙,5~6份异戊橡胶,3~4份顺丁胶,4~5份碳黑,1~2份丁苯胶,3~4份二乙二醇,1~3份二丁醚,1~2份过氧化二异丙苯,2~3份二甲基甲酰胺,2~3份氧化镁。
优选的,抗菌鞋底材料,按重量份计由以下成分组成:3.4份铝酸酯,1.2份苯基硅油,6.7份橄榄油,3.4份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,2.3份硫酸钙,5.6份异戊橡胶,3.4份顺丁胶,4.5份碳黑,1.2份丁苯胶,3.4份二乙二醇,1.3份二丁醚,1.2份过氧化二异丙苯,2.3份二甲基甲酰胺,2.3份氧化镁。
