[0002]目前,汽车发动机的汽缸缸体一般都采用铸铝加工,工艺简单,加工方便,但铝材价格贵,成本较大。因此,人们用塑料材料代替铝材料以降低生产成本。塑料的汽缸缸体采用塑料模具生产,根据产品外型特征和安装要点,缸体的上侧有固定侧板,缸体的前侧有活塞孔,缸体的后侧有汽缸嘴,因此,需要开发一副既能对活塞孔和汽缸嘴抽芯,又能对固定侧板脱模的模具。

[0008] 本发明涉及一种汽缸缸体模具型腔斜抽芯机构,如图1一图5所示,包括模具定模板I和动模板2,定模框I上有定模复板6,动模板2安装在模脚7上,模脚下有动模复板8,模脚之间设有上顶板9、下顶板10和顶杆11,定模板中安装定模镶块3,动模板中安装动模镶块4,动模镶块与定模镶块中有注塑成型的缸体5,缸体上制有活塞孔51、汽缸嘴52和固定侧板53,所述的定模镶块3中制有斜向导孔12,斜向导孔中设置斜向导块13,斜向导块13与固定侧板53相配合,斜向导块13连接定模复板6,在动模板2的两侧分别设置小滑块15和大滑块16,小滑块15和大滑块16各自与缸体5和固定侧板53的外侧壁相接触,在小滑块的外侧壁上制有斜导槽17,斜导槽17通过斜导工字板18连接外滑导块19,外滑导块19固定在定模板I下,在所述的小滑块15下方的动模板中设置汽缸嘴型芯滑块20,汽缸嘴型芯滑块连接汽缸嘴芯杆21,汽缸嘴芯杆21穿过动模镶块4与汽缸嘴52内壁相接触,汽缸嘴型芯滑块20由芯杆抽芯油缸22带动外滑,在小滑块15—斜侧的动模板上设置活塞孔滑块25,活塞孔滑块前端连接活塞孔杆26,活塞孔杆26与活塞孔51相接触,活塞孔滑块25由活塞孔油缸27带动外滑,所述的大滑块16由大滑块油缸30带动外滑,在大滑块16中设置汽缸嘴型腔滑块31,汽缸嘴型腔滑块上制有八字形工字槽32,八字形工字槽32中设置两块哈夫锥形块33,两块哈夫锥形块33包覆住汽缸嘴52的外壁。汽缸嘴型腔滑块31由型腔滑块油缸34带动外滑。脱模时,首先由注塑机动力带动模具动模部分开模,动模板2向下运行与定模板I分离,使动模镶块4带着缸体5从定模镶块3中脱出,此时,斜向导块13在斜向导孔12在作用,沿固定侧板53的斜度抽出,斜向导块13与固定侧板53完成分离,同时,小滑块15通过斜导槽17和斜导工字板18的导滑作用,在外滑导块19的拉动下,带动小滑块15外滑,接着,芯杆抽芯油缸22带动汽缸嘴型芯滑块20,汽缸嘴型芯滑块20带动汽缸嘴芯杆21从汽缸嘴52内壁中抽出,再活塞孔油缸27带动活塞孔滑块25,活塞孔滑块25带动活塞孔杆26从活塞孔51中抽芯,然后,大滑块油缸30直接带动大滑块16外滑,而型腔滑块油缸34先带动汽缸嘴型腔滑块31外滑,并在八字形工字槽32的作用下,带动两块哈夫锥形块33呈八字形分开,使汽缸嘴52的外壁脱出,完成抽芯,最后由上顶板9和下顶板10带动顶杆11将缸体5顶出模具外,完成脱模。本方案的抽芯结构和脱模结构构造复杂,但设计紧凑、巧妙,一环扣一环,各结构之间配合紧密,带动缸体5顺利完成抽芯和脱模,具有非常显著的经济效益,实用性强,成本投资省。所述的定模复板6下安装拉块61,拉块上制有拉钩62,斜向导块13上制有卡口 63,拉钩62与卡口 63相配合,拉钩钩住卡口,连接方便,利于拉动斜向导块。所述的动模板2的一侧壁上安装固定板40,所述的型腔滑块油缸34和大滑块油缸30安装的固定板40上,有了固定板40,型腔滑块油缸34和大滑块油缸30安装方便。所述的动模板2的另一侧壁上安装固定块41,芯杆抽芯油缸22安装的固定块41,有了固定块41,芯杆抽芯油缸安装方便。所述的动模板2的另一侧斜向安装固定架43,活塞孔油缸27安装在固定架43上,有了固定架43,活塞孔油缸安装方便。
Claims (5)
1.汽缸缸体模具型腔斜抽芯机构,包括模具定模板(I)和动模板(2),定模框(I)上有定模复板(6),动模板(2)安装在模脚(7)上,模脚下有动模复板(8),模脚之间设有上顶板(9 )、下顶板(10 )和顶杆(11),定模板中安装定模镶块(3 ),动模板中安装动模镶块(4 ),动模镶块与定模镶块中有注塑成型的缸体(5),缸体上制有活塞孔(51)、汽缸嘴(52)和固定侧板(53),其特征在于所述的定模镶块(3)中制有斜向导孔(12),斜向导孔中设置斜向导块(13 ),斜向导块(13 )与固定侧板(53 )相配合,斜向导块(13 )连接定模复板(6 ),在动模板(2)的两侧分别设置小滑块(15)和大滑块(16),小滑块(15)和大滑块(16)各自与缸体(5)和固定侧板(53)的外侧壁相接触,在小滑块的外侧壁上制有斜导槽(17),斜导槽(17)通过斜导工字板(18)连接外滑导块(19),外滑导块(19)固定在定模板(I)下,在所述的小滑块(15)下方的动模板中设置汽缸嘴型芯滑块(20),汽缸嘴型芯滑块连接汽缸嘴芯杆(21),汽缸嘴芯杆(21)穿过动模镶块(4)与汽缸嘴(52)内壁相接触,汽缸嘴型芯滑块(20)由芯杆抽芯油缸(22)带动外滑,在小滑块(15)—斜侧的动模板上设置活塞孔滑块(25),活塞孔滑块前端连接活塞孔杆(26),活塞孔杆(26)与活塞孔(51)相接触,活塞孔滑块(25)由活塞孔油缸(27)带动外滑,所述的大滑块(16)由大滑块油缸(30)带动外滑,在大滑块(16)中设置汽缸嘴型腔滑块(31),汽缸嘴型腔滑块上制有八字形工字槽(32),八字形工字槽(32)中设置两块哈夫锥形块(33 ),两块哈夫锥形块(33 )包覆住汽缸嘴(52 )的外壁,汽缸嘴型腔滑块(31)由型腔滑块油缸(34)带动外滑。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽缸缸体模具型腔斜抽芯机构,其特征在于所述的定模复板(6 )下安装拉块(61),拉块上制有拉钩(62 ),斜向导块(13 )上制有卡口( 63 ),拉钩(62 )与卡口(63)相配合。
3.如权利要求1所述的汽缸缸体模具型腔斜抽芯机构,其特征在于所述的动模板(2)的一侧壁上安装固定板(40),所述的型腔滑块油缸(34)和大滑块油缸(30)安装的固定板(40)上。
4.如权利要求1所述的汽缸缸体模具型腔斜抽芯机构,其特征在于所述的动模板(2)的另一侧壁上安装固定块(41),芯杆抽芯油缸(22)安装的固定块(41)。
5.如权利要求1所述的汽缸缸体模具型腔斜抽芯机构,其特征在于所述的动模板(2)的另一侧斜向安装固定架(43),活塞孔油缸(27)安装在固定架(43)上。
