本发明涉及齿轮行业技术领域,特别涉及一种能够快速拆装的齿轮,包括圆轮体,圆轮体的外圆壁上呈圆周设置有若干个齿体,每两个齿体之间设置有压条,压条的左右两侧对称设置有锯齿状的压齿牙,螺丝穿过沉孔后与圆轮体的外圆壁相固定连接,齿体的左右两侧设置有与压齿牙相配匹的固定齿牙,固定齿牙与压齿牙相齿接,圆轮体的左右两侧壁通过螺丝固定设置有挡板。在使用本发明时,实现齿体可拆装的结构,当齿体有点蚀、胶合、磨损或断齿时,可以自由更换,避免拆卸安装齿轮要花费太长时间,同时还可以节省成本。本发明具有结构简单,设置合理,制作成本低等优点。

本发明涉及齿轮行业技术领域,特别涉及一种能够快速拆装的齿轮。
背景技术
齿轮传动是机械传动中应用最广泛的一种传动形式,它主要用来传递两轴间的回转运动,传统的盘装齿轮均为整体式齿轮,如直齿轮、斜齿轮等多种不同的齿轮,均为整体式齿轮。但在长期的工作使用后,齿轮往往会被损坏,如点蚀、胶合、磨损、断齿等。这时候就需要更换点坏的齿轮以保证机器正常运转。现有的整体式齿轮需要将轴拆卸下来,再将齿轮轴向拆卸,不可避免的就需要将大量的相关部件同时拆卸下来,这种拆卸和重新组装的过程十分麻烦,更换时间较长。故有必要对现有的齿轮结构进行进一步地技术革新。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构简单,设计合理、使用方便的能够快速拆装的齿轮。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明所述的一种能够快速拆装的齿轮,包括圆轮体,所述圆轮体正中心设置有轴孔,所述圆轮体的外圆壁上呈圆周设置有若干个齿体,每两个齿体之间设置有压条,所述压条的左右两侧对称设置有锯齿状的压齿牙,所述压条设置有沉孔,螺丝穿过沉孔后与圆轮体的外圆壁相固定连接,齿体的左右两侧设置有与压齿牙相配匹的固定齿牙,固定齿牙与压齿牙相齿接,所述圆轮体的左右两侧壁通过螺丝固定设置有挡板;挡板的外圆直径大于圆轮体的外圆直径;所述挡板设置有与轴孔相配匹的通孔。

如图1-2所示,本发明所述的一种能够快速拆装的齿轮,包括圆轮体1,所述圆轮体1正中心设置有轴孔1-1,所述圆轮体1的外圆壁上呈圆周设置有若干个齿体2,每两个齿体2之间设置有压条3,所述压条3的左右两侧对称设置有锯齿状的压齿牙,所述压条3设置有沉孔3-1,螺丝4穿过沉孔3-1后与圆轮体1的外圆壁相固定连接,齿体2的左右两侧设置有与压齿牙相配匹的固定齿牙,固定齿牙与压齿牙相齿接,所述圆轮体1的左右两侧壁通过螺丝4固定设置有挡板5;挡板5的外圆直径大于圆轮体1的外圆直径;所述挡板5设置有与轴孔1-1相配匹的通孔。
在使用本发明时,通过螺丝将压条固定在圆轮体上,通过压条和挡板来固定齿体,从而实现齿体可拆装的结构,当齿体有点蚀、胶合、磨损或断齿时,可以自由更换,避免拆卸安装齿轮要花费太长时间,同时还可以节省成本。另外,该结构简单、设计合理,制造成本低。

1.一种能够快速拆装的齿轮,其特征在于:包括圆轮体(1),所述圆轮体(1)正中心设置有轴孔(1-1),所述圆轮体(1)的外圆壁上呈圆周设置有若干个齿体(2),每两个齿体(2)之间设置有压条(3),所述压条(3)的左右两侧对称设置有锯齿状的压齿牙,所述压条(3)设置有沉孔(3-1),螺丝(4)穿过沉孔(3-1)后与圆轮体(1)的外圆壁相固定连接,齿体(2)的左右两侧设置有与压齿牙相配匹的固定齿牙,固定齿牙与压齿牙相齿接,所述圆轮体(1)的左右两侧壁通过螺丝(4)固定设置有挡板(5);挡板(5)的外圆直径大于圆轮体(1)的外圆直径;所述挡板(5)设置有与轴孔(1-1)相配匹的通孔。
