Abstract

本发明涉及一种污泥合成燃料的制备方法,特别是能把城镇污水处理厂的含水率80%的污泥与调质剂、助燃剂按一定的配比直接在合成机中按任意先后顺序计量称重后混合搅拌均匀,使混合料的含水率降至60%以下,再送入热风烘干机中干化至含水率20%以下,即得成品燃料或再制成各种成型燃料即可。该制备方法还采取了更为先进且有效的节能和环保措施,工艺先进、操作方便、投资小、运营费用低,完全符合无害化、资源化、节能环保处理处置污泥的原则,可以大力推广。

Description

污泥合成燃料的制备方法
技术领域:本发明涉及一种污泥合成燃料的制备方法,特别是能把城镇污水处理厂的含水80%以下的污泥进行无害化处置和燃料化利用的制备方法。 
背景技术:现有技术将含水率80%以下的污泥经机械脱水再与调质剂、助燃剂混合成燃料的制备方法,工艺复杂、投资大、成本高、能耗也大。 
发明内容:本发明在对城镇污水处理厂含水80%以下的污泥进行燃料制备时,将污泥与调质剂(6)、助燃剂(5)直接在合成机(3)中按照一定的配合比,并将以上原料按任意先后顺序送入合成机(3)中逐一称重计量后混合搅拌均匀,使混合料的含水率降到60%以下,再送入热风烘干机(4)中干化至含水率20%以下,即得成品散状燃料或再制成各种成型燃料即可。其特征是:所述合成机(3)底部设置有电子计重装置,可对来料按顺序自动进行逐一计重,先将污泥储料仓(1)中的污泥用螺杆泵送入合成机(3)中并计重,再将助燃剂(5)用输送机(9)送入合成机(3)中并计重,然后将调质剂(6)用输送机送入合成机(3)中并计重,以上各原料送入合成机(3)中的顺序可任意调换。所述热风烘干机(4)为二筒或三筒套制而成,其热能利用率可达70%以上,其排气口还带有换热节能装置和水浴旋 风除尘装置;所述热风发生炉(10)的鼓风系统经吸气口(11)从所述储料仓(1)、合成机(3)处抽吸工作现场废气,使废气经所述热风烘干机(4)的换热节能装置一侧吸热后进入热风发生炉(10)焚烧除害,并同热风发生炉(10)产生的高温热风送往热风烘干机(4)中烘干污泥燃料;所述热风烘干机(4)排气口排出的含水份蒸发的废热气经换热节能装置一侧放热后排入水浴旋风除尘装置,水气分离后无害化排放;另有一台电器自动控制柜(8)完成对系统配料、水份、温度的自动计量控制和系统运行的自动控制;所述助燃剂(5)为木屑、秸秆屑、煤粉(焦粉)及地沟油中的至少一种,所述调质剂(6)为石灰、氢氧化钠、氧化镁中的至少一种。所述输送机(9)为螺杆输送机或输送带。所述污泥储料仓(1)上部为长方形柱体,下部为上大下小锥体,顶部设有一折叠式液压或电动滑盖,底部设有一台螺杆泵送出污泥,储料仓(1)顶部应高出地面40-50cm安装,其余部分应置于地下,并在其下部设置一水坑,水坑中设置一台由液面高度控制的排污泵,以便将储料仓中流出的污泥水收集并排放,所述污泥储料仓(1)可用碳钢板、不锈钢板或玻璃钢材料制做。 
本发明的有益效果: 
1.采用合成机底部设电子计重装置,节约了配料计量装置,尤其消除了污泥配料时粘结料斗,清理料斗的不便,有效解决了污泥燃料配料计重问题。 
2.污泥储料仓结构合理、设计先进、使用方便。 
3.本制备方法把污泥和调质剂、助燃剂按一定比例搅拌均匀后, 经烘干即得成品燃料,工艺先进、时效性强、运行费用低。 
4.采用两筒或三筒套制烘干机及换热节能装置,可将烘干机热效率提高至70%以上,还采用工作现场负压吸气、焚烧臭气、水浴除尘、水气分离后排放,使得本制备方法更加节能、环保。

Claims (3)

1.一种污泥燃料的制备方法,用一台螺杆泵(2)将污泥储料仓(1)中的含水率为80%以下的污泥输送到合成机(3)中,按配比重量计量后由输送机(9)将助燃剂(5)送到合成机(3)中,按配比重量计量后由输送机(9)将调质剂(6)送到合成机(3)中并按配比重量计量后合成搅拌均匀,自动送入二筒或三筒热风烘干机(4)中干化至含水率20%以下的散料,并由输送机(9)送往料场堆放或制成各种成型燃料入库,其特征是:

2.根据权利要求1所述的污泥合成燃料的制备方法,其特征是输送机(9)选用螺杆泵或输送带。
